This company is a SCAMMER - They have a subdivision (DirectStar (& other names) that takes orders/subscriptions, which promise a free 14-day trial. I cancelled the service after 12 days, and was told by DirecTV that they aren't obligated to honor promises made by DirectStar or the other-named companies, so they auto-debited a $500 (!) termination fee. Luckily, my bank (Chase) got me my money back. A simple web search will turn up thousands of complaints against this company - with good, solid reason for disgruntled customers, which resulted in multiple-state fraud charges by the state's attorneys-general.
