About Dermology.com

Dermology, found at Dermology.com, is a line of skin care products available since 2002 whose website says their products are created with the purpose of giving people safe and effective beauty solutions.

The beauty industry, and especially companies who specialize in skin care and anti-aging products, is extremely competitive with many different companies all hoping to win the brand loyalty and purchasing dollars of their target market.

But Dermology.com insists that they are a trusted name in the Health and Beauty industry because they have established a respectable reputation for themselves by combining innovative breakthroughs in nutritional science with high quality ingredients collected from around the world.

Their product line includes items like their Complete Anti-Aging Solution, Acne Treatment, Cellulite Solution, Stretch Mark Prevention, Hair Removal Cream, and Skin Brightener Cream.

Many other skin care companies make similar claims as well. In fact, Revitol Natural Skin Care not only makes the same claims as Dermology.com, but they offer the same product guarantees and have all the same Customer Service phone numbers, both domestic and international.

Though neither website has any direct explanation of the relationship between these two companies, it is not uncommon for a single parent company to sell families or collections of products under a variety of brand names.

All Dermology.com products range in priced based on the type of product you are purchasing, the size of the product, and whether or not you purchase that product as part of a special deal.

Like Revitol, customers who are trying Dermology.com products for the first time have access to a 90 day Return Policy, but unfortunately this policy is only good for any unused, unopened items and not for items you have tried and are unhappy with.

Customers who have questions about what rules apply to any potential returns they would like to make can contact their Customer Service department to get specific instructions on how to successfully return a product.

If you have any experience with this company or their products, please leave your Dermology.com reviews below.

complete scam. their products suck and their money back guarantee is a total scam. avoid this company at all costs! for anyone else struggling with acne, please use one of the leading brands, read real reviews, or see a dermatologist (which is what i did, and it cleared up really quick!)

cheats and liars that trick people into fraudulent purchases!

October18, 2014

I got an advertisement for a trial size of Dermology Wrinkle Repair Complex and it sounded great, so I clicked on the icon for the trial size for $9.97. Got my receipt on my email account and they have charged me $149.00. You try to contact them and it says you can call or email, but there are no email address anywhere. They also have an icon where you can cancel your order, but when you click on it it states they've already sent it out and you have to call to cancel.

Scam

June26, 2014

I got an advertisement for a trial size of Dermology Wrinkle Repair Complex and it sounded great, so I clicked on the icon for the trial size for $3.97. Got my receipt on my email account and they have charged me $153.00. You try to contact them and it says you can call or email, but there are no email address anywhere. They also have an icon where you can cancel your order, but when you click on it it states they've already sent it out and you have to call to cancel. They have a place where you can get your RMA, but when you click on that, nothing happens. I'm sick because I will be late with my full amount for my rent this month. How can humans treat other humans this way. What goes around comes around and they will get theirs. In the meantime, I'll be spending money to return this junk and a late fee for my rent. Shameful how we treat each other!
