Dermacare Custom Rx Skincare Reviews
About Dermacare Custom Rx Skincare
Dermacare Custom Rx Skincare, found online at Dermacare.com, is a company that provides their customers with prescription strength skincare without the traditional cost and hassle of getting it from a doctor’s office.
How Does It Work?
According to their website, Deramacare Custom Rx Skincare was created by Dr. Alex Jovanovich, a concierge doctor in Chicago who has spent his life battling his own acne and skincare concerns. Dr. Jovanovich realized that many people with completely treatable acne, blemishes, or aging skin often spend years unhappy with their appearance because they think they can’t afford or find the right treatment.
Dermacare will connect their patients with board certified doctors who prescribe each patient a customized acne treatment based on their personal skin circumstances and concerns. Members will then receive their custom medication in the mail in two to four business days and at a fraction of the cost they would normally spend on high quality skincare products.
Currently this company provides prescription strength medication for patients with acne, rosacea, redness, blackheads, enlarged pores, and signs of aging. If you have other skincare concerns they recommend that you speak to your primary care physician.
Ingredients and Side Effects
Their website promises that all their ingredients come directly from FDA licensed manufacturer and they are partnered with licensed compound pharmacies. Their topical skin treatments have been clinically shown to prevent and fight 90% of all acne.
Currently Dermacare Customer Rx Skincare provides their customers with three different monthly package options. Their first package is the Dermacare Rx Treatment Plan, which includes a medical consultation, prescription, the Rx Treatment, free shipping, and medical support all for $20 per month.
The Dermacare Rx Moisturizer Plan is also $20 dollars per month and comes with a medical consultation, prescription, the Rx Moisturizer, free shipping, and medical support.
Finally they offer their customers the Dermacare Rx Treatment + Rx Moisturizer Plan is $30 dollars per month and comes with a medical consultation, prescription, the Rx Moisturizer & Rx Treatment, free shipping, and medical support.
Their website does say that their patients’ satisfaction is their highest priority and any customer who is dissatisfied with their order for any reason has the ability to request a full refund of the money they have paid within the first 60 days of their membership.
Customers will need to email their Customer Service team from your account registered email address so that your refund can be processed accurately. They also ask that if you are dissatisfied with your results any time during the 60 days that you contact them for assistance before asking for a refund, as they are there to help.
Customer Service Contact Info
Customers who would like to speak to their Customer Service team about their questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by phone at 413-944-0011, by email at [email protected], or by using the website’s Live Chat feature whenever it is available.
Unfortunately there are not that many customer reviews available for these products at this time, but the few which are available all appear to be very positive and customers claim that the difference in their skin could easily be seen after a few weeks’ worth of using these products according to the doctor’s and pharmacist’s directions.
Competitors and Alternatives?
People who suffer from skin issues know that there are a million different skincare lines and brands, like Nerd Skincare, which promise to treat the acne concerns of most customers, so if you are looking for alternatives to Dermacare there are many other options available.
If you have experience with this company or their products, please leave your Dermacare Custom Rx Skincare reviews below.
1 ‘Dermacare Custom Rx Skincare’ Review
Placed order last week and received email confirmation that I should expect details of my custom rx in 1-2 days. So far, nothing. Emailed several times to follow up, but received no reply. Found a phone number for Dermacare on the reviewpedia website (it's not listed on the Dermacare website) and left a message. Starting to worry that this is a scam. My card was already charged.
