They say they are partnered with the Dental software Dentrix. They are NOT. I called Dentrix and they said stay away from them. I also called the ADA who said they are not recommended - stay away.
They are being watched for fraud. They go into your program and attach to the dentrix software to claim ownership of the exact things that Dentrix already does - and they will charge you more than Dentrix to do it. Then when you try and cancel even within the 3 day legal period they will not answer your written notifications. I had a manager Chris call me and try to get me to stay on promising that a Dentrix rep would call me that very day to confirm that both companies are partners. He also tried to lower the price so I would stay with them. Well, no Dentrix rep ever called me and they billed me anyway. Put in a fraud complaint. They will not get my money.
I signed up and was with them since 2013, now wanting to cancel and found out they renew automatically without notice and you are locked in for another year. This was never told to me up front, and they are not willing to let me out of contract...and will continue to charge me until the year is up. I have not received a call back, when I was told that I would receive a call within the next couple days...it's been 6 days now; no call. Will never use their service, or refer to them again. This is poor customer service, and am very disappointed and upset with this whole matter.
We have been using DemandForce for several months. The premise is superior, the reality is not. Customer Service is non existent, very little of the advertising setup actually operates as it should. No chain of command to problem solve. Once they have your money all promises fall by the wayside. Have been owed a refund for 3 months and "the check is in the mail". Unethical.
