About CougarLife.com

CougarLife.com is a niche dating website that describes themselves as "the dating site for younger hot men to meet sexy older professional women" and claims they want to end the dating double standard.

The phrase Cougar is used to refer older women who are interested in dating younger men. CougarLife.com says they have created an online space where younger men and older women can find partners with similar interests.

How Does It Work?

All you have to do is go to their website and tell them whether you are a "Cougar" looking for a "Cub" or vice versa. You then can create your free profile and begin searching through other members' profiles.

Once members have decided that they are interested in actually meeting up with other profiled members, they can upgrade to a paid, Premium membership and begin taking advantage of the advanced features of their profiles.

Cost/Price Plans

CougarLife.com does not publish the fees they charge for Premium memberships. Instead, they wait until members are already interested in meeting someone before they show you the required fees. Other websites have reported their fees as being $40 per month, for a monthly membership, $87 for three months, and $144 for one year, but these fees have not been verified.

Refund Policy

There is no Refund Policy offered by this website. According to their Terms and Conditions, all fees you pay are non-refundable, so you should make the most of your free membership period and be sure you are ready for the Premium membership before you pay.

Customer Service Contact Info

Customers who would like to contact their Customer Service team can submit any questions, concerns, or complaints directly to their website through their Contact Us link, or by traditional mail at 20 Eglinton Ave West, Suite 1200, Toronto, ON Canada M4R 1K8.

Reputation

Unfortunately CougarLife.com does not have a good reputation because they employ "Cougar C's" on their website. Cougar C's are employees of their site that create "fake" profiles and interact with members for "entertainment purposes."

While this is not uncommon with certain dating sites, it has made many members very unhappy with their experience.

Competitors and Alternatives?

There are many different niche dating websites out there trying to appeal to specific markets, like MatureDating.com, DatingAffair.com, SpeedDate.com, and many more.
