I ORDERED SCHOOL SHOES THRU WALMART.COM. THEY WERE DELIVERED AND LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. NOW I HAVE TO RETURN THEM AND PAY SHIPPING. I CALLED 877-942-6654 AND WAS ON HOLD AN HOUR TRYING TO GET CUSTOMER SERV, THEY NEVER ANSWERED. I DID 3 ONLINE CHATS AND GOT THE SAME REP "JULIO" ALL 3 X's WHO DIDN'T BOTHER TO COMPLETE THE CONVERSATION. HE WAS ACTUALLY TAKING MULTIPLE CHATS AT ONCE BECAUSE I WAS ON MY DESKTOP AND CELL PHONE CHATTING WITH HIM AT THE SAME TIME. HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A SHIPPING ADDRESS. SAID I HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN EMAIL???? NEVER GOT ONE!!! I AM NOW DISPUTING THE CHARGE WITH WALMART. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
I placed a large order. There was an item missing from the box. I e-mailed customer service. No answer. I e-mail a few days later. I received a response stating that pictures had to be sent to USPS where the USPS will conduct an investigation. Huh? How would that happen? A picture of something that is missing? An invisible item? USPS? Why are they conducting an investigation? The package was unopened. Clearly CookiesKids didn't put the item in the box. Now, after sending three e-mails I called and was told to call back in a week because they will be very busy. Apparently the investigation will be done then. This sounds asinine.
I purchased a pack of baby tank tops from this company Cookies kids on April 9th, 2019 and received it on the 12th; Well to say the least I think they know exactly how to make a profit from items not for return or exchange. I spoke to A. a manager there and explained to her that before purchasing this said item the disclaimer says 365 Day Easy returns. We even pay return shipping. Don't fall for it. I left a message on the 16th for A. Called again on the 17th, and I was told that I needed to go to the customer care page to view the returns and exchange policy. Dear A. If it is there in black and white and it says easy returns there should be a disclaimer that forwards you to the customer care page. You guys know exactly what you are doing. How would you like it if you were being scammed out of money? BUYERS BE AWARE.
Ordered a bunch of school uniforms, never received them- tried getting in contact with customer service, which takes up the entire day because they are so slow and here I am a month later still trying to find out where the uniforms are, I have been waiting on hold so long I have had the time to write a bad review on every website that will accept them.
