About Complexion MD
Complexion MD Anti-Wrinkle Cream is a new skin care cream available at TryComplexionMD.com and promises that their users can look up to ten years younger in just four weeks of regular use.
According to the website, Complexion MD users reported a 43% decrease in wrinkle depth, a 67% decrease in visible wrinkles, and a 120% increase in skin moisturization.
How Does It Work?
Complexion MD's website says that the collagen layer of your skin is the key to having a flawless face. The ingredients included in this wrinkle cream claim to stimulate this layer of skin which results not just in younger looking skin but in skin that is actually younger and newer.
First time customers can purchase a 30 day supply of this product for $4.95 in Shipping and Handling and they'll receive a 15 day trial use of this product. Customers who are unhappy with the product should call Customer Service within this trial period to cancel their membership.
Customers who wish to keep the product should do nothing and at the end of 15 days they will be charged $69.95 and enrolled in an auto-ship program where they will receive a new shipment and new charge every 30 days.
Ingredients and Side Effects
Unfortunately the website does not go into detail about their active ingredients or the type of general ingredients they use in their product at all. They also do not address whether their product has been associated with any side effects in previously reported use. Customers trying a skin care product for the first time should always watch carefully in case of bad reactions so they can discontinue use if necessary.
Even though Complexion MD offers a 15 day trial period, they actually say that they offer a full 30 days for customers who wish to return the product, but first customers must request an RMA number and return the product along with everything that was included in the original order.
Customer Service Contact Info

This is a complete scam! They lure you in by saying you can try the face cream for $4.95 and then I was charged $1.95 shipping insurance for the free sample trial. The next thing I know, my credit card company contacted me for possible fraud saying this company tried to charge me twice for an additional $89.95 ! Thankfully my bank declined both of these charges, however then the company tried again at a later date for $66.95 and it went through. All these additional charges were not authorized and when I called the company about it, they were very rude and wanted to argue about it. Needless to say, I cancelled my credit card because of these people. Furthermore, the cream dried out my skin- do not try it. This is a terrible scam!
I signed up for the "free" sample and was charged the shipping of $4.95 and the extra $1.95 "shipping insurance" fee. I received the "sample" and used it 1 time, it burned my face! I honestly am glad I didn't throw it away like I had planned on because low and behold they charged my card 89.95!!! I called and she rudely explained it was just a free trial not a sample like the add specifically stated. I told her I wanted a refund immediately and requested to speak to her supervisor. She refused to let me speak with a supervisor, emailed me a return number and hung up on me!!! I am calling my CC company now to make sure no more charges and to launch a dispute.
I fell for the free sample, $4.95 shipping. I also got charged $1.95 shipping insurance. THEN I found this page and called their customer service. I first asked about the $1.95 charge and asked why on earth would I want shipping insurance on a free sample? He assured me he would refund my $1.95, which he did. Then I told him under NO circumstances did I agree to $89.95 a month being charged to my cc. If I wanted to buy more, I would buy on MY terms! Then he asked if I wanted their product at 70% off a month. I hope no one is paying full price for their product, after an offer like that! I told him not to charge another penny to my cc. Then he asked if I wanted to pay $20.00 for the jar I had. I told him ‘no’ and he better not charge one penny to my cc. Then he tried to sell me some other product. I again told him not to charge another penny to my cc. He then gave me an RA number and address and I had to pay $8.00 to ship back their sample. I also called my cc company and put a block on ComplexionMD. What a scam!!!
I returned product. So far I am out 89.95. They said they don't have my return.. Started out as a 4.95 sample. Going to file report with BBB. 2-23-19.
As i'm reading all the reviews I see they do this to everyone...I never seen in the ad when I was ordering their so called sample did it say you would be charged 89.95...total scam... I requested a refund and they said I had 2 options which was either I could return the product and still pay the shipping that I initially paid which was 4.95 plus they snuck in a 1.95 and the cost to ship it back or I could keep the product and be refunded 60.00 dollars of the 89.95 charge 4.95 and the 1.95..so I ended up paying 37.00 roughly for a product I believed to be a sample for the cost of 4.95 ..after I seen that charge I was aggrevated with this company and ended up not even using the product enough to see if their was any effectiveness to it..
Was charged $89 dollars on my credit card but actually only requested free sample. Product not any better than cheaper products. Would not return my money. Total scam. Would NOT buy from this company!
Very misleading when they say "free trial" the charged me $89.95 + shipping. Now in order to get my money back I have to spend more shipping to send it back. Also, the face creme doesn't work, it actually made my skin worse. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
This Merchant is a scam. I have been charged $1.95, and $4.95 for the first free sample trial. And they charged me $89.95 for something I did not order or even receive! When I called to ask them about my charge, they were rude and argumentative. They were not able to answer my question, because they just scam and mislead customers. Please be aware of any kind of online order, because there are so many scammers out there.
