Complexion MD Reviews
About Complexion MD
Complexion MD Anti-Wrinkle Cream is a new skin care cream available at TryComplexionMD.com and promises that their users can look up to ten years younger in just four weeks of regular use.
According to the website, Complexion MD users reported a 43% decrease in wrinkle depth, a 67% decrease in visible wrinkles, and a 120% increase in skin moisturization.
How Does It Work?
Complexion MD's website says that the collagen layer of your skin is the key to having a flawless face. The ingredients included in this wrinkle cream claim to stimulate this layer of skin which results not just in younger looking skin but in skin that is actually younger and newer.
First time customers can purchase a 30 day supply of this product for $4.95 in Shipping and Handling and they'll receive a 15 day trial use of this product. Customers who are unhappy with the product should call Customer Service within this trial period to cancel their membership.
Customers who wish to keep the product should do nothing and at the end of 15 days they will be charged $69.95 and enrolled in an auto-ship program where they will receive a new shipment and new charge every 30 days.
Ingredients and Side Effects
Unfortunately the website does not go into detail about their active ingredients or the type of general ingredients they use in their product at all. They also do not address whether their product has been associated with any side effects in previously reported use. Customers trying a skin care product for the first time should always watch carefully in case of bad reactions so they can discontinue use if necessary.
Even though Complexion MD offers a 15 day trial period, they actually say that they offer a full 30 days for customers who wish to return the product, but first customers must request an RMA number and return the product along with everything that was included in the original order.
Customer Service Contact Info
You can contact their Customer Service team by phone at 800-279-8877, or you can submit any questions, concerns, or complaints directly to their website.
Like most anti-aging skin creams, Complexion MD has mixed reviews with some customers feeling like the cream made a difference in the appearance of their skin and others feeling like it did nothing for them.
Is It Safe?
There does not seem to be any complaints regarding safety at this time.

I returned product. So far I am out 89.95. They said they don't have my return.. Started out as a 4.95 sample. Going to file report with BBB. 2-23-19.
As i'm reading all the reviews I see they do this to everyone...I never seen in the ad when I was ordering their so called sample did it say you would be charged 89.95...total scam... I requested a refund and they said I had 2 options which was either I could return the product and still pay the shipping that I initially paid which was 4.95 plus they snuck in a 1.95 and the cost to ship it back or I could keep the product and be refunded 60.00 dollars of the 89.95 charge 4.95 and the 1.95..so I ended up paying 37.00 roughly for a product I believed to be a sample for the cost of 4.95 ..after I seen that charge I was aggrevated with this company and ended up not even using the product enough to see if their was any effectiveness to it..
Was charged $89 dollars on my credit card but actually only requested free sample. Product not any better than cheaper products. Would not return my money. Total scam. Would NOT buy from this company!
Very misleading when they say "free trial" the charged me $89.95 + shipping. Now in order to get my money back I have to spend more shipping to send it back. Also, the face creme doesn't work, it actually made my skin worse. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
This Merchant is a scam. I have been charged $1.95, and $4.95 for the first free sample trial. And they charged me $89.95 for something I did not order or even receive! When I called to ask them about my charge, they were rude and argumentative. They were not able to answer my question, because they just scam and mislead customers. Please be aware of any kind of online order, because there are so many scammers out there.
In checking my bank statements, I have been charged $1.95, $4.95 and $89.95 for a cream. I've never ordered a cream from this company nor did I receive anything. Due to a chemical burn on my face, I cannot use facial creams. They burn and cause pain. I use a wash and toner prescribed by my doctor. I called the company today to find out what is going on. Rude. Supervisor not at her desk. They claim I ordered it and it was delivered. Refuse to refund money. I have called my credit union and they are checking it out. Will also contact post office. Will file a complaint with FL officials and Federal Trade Commission. I would avoid this company. Sounds like they are thieves.
If you are going to try this product buy from Amazon Prime, I saw it listed there for $29.95. I made the mistake and fell for the “ RISK FREE TRIAL” that stated all you need to do is pay for shipping and your sample will be sent to you. 15 days later a charge of $89.95 hits my bank account... $60 more for the same product on Amazon.
CS is completely rude as well, I did not even get to try my product I packed it back up and shipped it back ASAP because I was told I would receive no refund until my “RISK FREE TRIAL” was returned.
Even if this product is good I would never do business with a company who uses deceptive marketing techniques.
EXtremely Misleading Marketing. "Free Sample"with $4.50 shipping cost turns out to cost you "165.00" before you discover you're being scammed. Pretty slick! If you want to try the product, would strongly suggest you buy it from Amazon- for around $30. Per jar. Be extremely careful. Frankly, I'd prefer to avoid entirely any product that needs to be sold using misleading tactics.
