About Community Auto Credit

Community Auto Credit is a website that provides "loans for people with unique credit," meaning that they specifically partner with lenders and dealers that are willing to work with customers that have bad credit.

How Does It Work?

Customers can use their website to search through available vehicles in their local area. When you've found a vehicle that you are interested in buying, you fill out the necessary application to see what kind of credit you will qualify for.

Community Auto Credit says that you should receive an email response regarding your application in about 15 minutes, and a phone call from a representative in 24-48 hours if you've been approved to purchase your car.

Cost/Price Plans

This website and service is completely free to use when finding cars and when filling out the necessary applications. However, when dealing with any loans there are always fees and interest rates that apply and users should make sure they understand all these before accepting loan terms.

Refund Policy

Since Community Auto Credit does not charge users for their services, they do not have a Refund Policy. When dealing directly with your loan provider, customers should discuss whether or not there is a time period during which they can cancel their loan without penalty.

Customer Service Contact Info

Customers who would like to contact their Customer Service team with questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by submitting them directly to the website.

Unfortunately there are not many user reviews available for this website and their services at this time. Companies that specialize in working with customers that have bad credit are often accused of charging exorbitant fees and interest rates, so you may just want to be aware of that in advance.

Competitors and Alternatives?

There are other websites that work to help customers with bad credit find financing purchase cars, including Auto Credit Express,, Ally Auto Financing, and more.
If you have any experience with this company or their products, please leave your Community Auto Credit reviews below.

First of all you fill out their application and the questions some of them you just cannot answer the way they need to be answered some of us yes or unemployed retired or self-employed or employed why don't they have on disability or SSI. Because you don't know what to put so you put retirement. Basenji on one of those sites to get your credit report and first of all this is free and they don't tell you that if you have a smartphone you can not get a link to go straight to them we're supposed to go so you paid for your credit report you go back to the site and bears a list that they call 5 items you have to take care of 4X items to do while loan will be processed. Number one get your credit report number 2 get insurance quote and it sends you to State Farms and it's not just to get a quote they want you to buy their insurance I've been with mine for 4 years and I'm very happy with them and there's no way to put no I don't want it or yes I want it Fury sign up for identity theft and that costs money too. And then get yourself some Equity protection excuse me if I need protection with anything I own I will get it from my insurance company and if you do not go through these five steps of items they chose you do not get approved you don't even hear from them and I sent them a message and it went to consumer [email protected] Auto well I got the message message from the domain that that site does not even exist so I went back and I found a link who were they said that I had to do the 5 items and I sent them an email telling them I applied for the credit and paid for it can't even get it to you I am not changing my insurance I am happy with them I don't need no identity protection or Equity protection coverage and all I got back was here's a link to get a report of your credit so I'm trying to find out a way to cancel the loan application so I won't be put on my hard inquiries
