Great experience

I was looking for a Hyundai Sonata and went on CarWoo! because I did not want to put my phone number in on some dealers website. Within 5 hours I had 3 offers and they were all well below the MSRP of the car. I went back and forth and the dealers were really helpful finding the colors and options I wanted. I ended up just being able to go into the dealership and get it all taken care of in the matter of a couple of hours and it was a great experience. I would recommend CarWoo! to anyone who is looking for a car, I ended up saving 17%!

I have attempted to use Car Woo on several occassions. Never successful. In each case only had one or two dealers contact me. All prices were much higher than the prices I obtained via direct communication with the dealers.

Like any of the recent plethora of car buying services, Car Woo is good for those of us who dislike the art of negotiating. People get a discounted price but not the best price. For some that is enough.

I can tell you that certain areas for CarWoo! are better than others. I know for a fact Colorado, Florida, Massachusetts are all areas where they do not have many active dealers. If you call in the 877 number and ask them about your deal the customer service team is extremely helpful and responsive and they will get you more offers on your car.

The idea of CarWoo is that your contact information is protected until you decide that you are happy with an offer received from a local dealership. You are given the opportunity to negotiate anonymously on the site if you are dissatisfied with the offer you receive. All the communication back and forth with the dealer is done on the site with your contact information secured. If you think the price is high, tell the dealer. People who engage and communicate are more likely to get favorable pricing.
