Title history was not included in my report

The vehicle report is complete but I was hoping for some title history as well, would be a great way to check out a vehicle before buying if you are sure of the title history

I thought the website indicated the cost of the report was $1.00. Nope, the charge on my bank account was for $23.95.

Since I'm trying to locate the seller of a vehicle listed on AutoTrader, I was hoping this website would provide me that info. Instead the site won't let me view ownership records until I complete a review.

The site is easy to use and reasonable but too overly vague on a car history. Maybe an upgrade service?? Any way to find out maintainance history would be nice.

Said $1.00 but credit card was actually charged $18.95 when I checked a few hours later. Am disputing charge with my credit card company. Report gives lots of info but lied about price so would not recommend.

This company is 100 % a scam & full of it...They promise to refund your money yet its been two months and nothing...

I sent a certified us mail letter to their website company address :

1801 century park east ,

Century city , ca. 90067

And the letter was returned to sender, no such business at that address ....This company is 100 % pure scam.
