iFlipRealEstate is a "real estate business management" system which was designed by Cameron Dunlap, who says that he created this "push button" real estate investing system using all of his experience from 20 years in the business.
The goal of this program is to create a system that connects you with many other real estate systems and what they call "an army of deal finders" to constantly keep their real estate deals updated in real time.
In addition, the website says that this program has been designed in order to be as helpful and easy to use for beginning real estate investors as it is for seasoned investors who are already making multiple deals per day and are just looking for a way to "go to the next level."

The system will be available to you in full for that 30 days, and when your trial is up you will be able to pay for the system on monthly basis for a fee of $79.99/month.
Refund Policy
Since this company provides a 30 day trial of their program, as well as a month-to-month membership system with no long term contracts, they say that they do not offer refunds, either on the monthly membership fees or for any future upgrades or tools you may purchase.

Not a good program, rip off
Totally not helpful, only interested in making money off of Investors, don't fall for this scam. Lost a great portion of my money but they do not offer a refund.
It's a clever set up rip off!
I signed up for Cameron Dunlap's "Vacant HouseBank" paid even for the book!
The customer service really sucks, sorry don't have a "good word" for it and I have spent a LOT of time just asking them to change my email!
The online stuff so called training is nothing special. My experience: Since the customer service I tried by phone, chat and email is "very unsure" I have been very frustrated. The book did not even come with a receipt. I left a message today asking if the book can be returned.
It's a ripoff, very clever set up!
The funding promise is tempting since many don't have that much money available but all I see is this: "Cameron Dunlap is a master in stringing people along". Nothing but a major waste of my time! The ONLY one that gets rich with this is Cameron Dunlap himself!
Don't do it!!!
