The flowers used by this company are promised to be as fresh as possible, with the website saying that they are taken directly from the farm and sent to your door. They provide their customers the best blooms from around the world, including South Africa, Holland, France, and South America, to your door in less than 48 hours.
In addition to sending the flowers directly to your home from the farm, they also claim to be incredibly choosy about which flowers they choose for your bouquet. After the select the best blooms from the farm, each flower bloom will be individually cosseted and then packaged into their signature box so that your flowers arrive “flawless” to you your door.
They have three different monthly subscriptions, priced according to the size of the bouquet they will deliver each month. The Small Box is priced at $34.99 per month, the Medium Box is priced at $38.99 per month, and the Large Box is $48.99 per month.
They also offer their customers a Weekly Box, which provides a single variety bouquet once each week for $38.15 per week, and a Bi-Weekly Box, which provides single variety hand-tied bouquets every other week for $41.00 every other week.
Customers are always welcome to skip shipments, change their plans, or cancel their membership at any time without penalty.
Their website offers a very simple explanation of their Refund Policy, saying that any customer who isn’t happy with the quality of the bouquet they receive should contact their Customer Service team by email and the company will gladly replace your bouquet or refund your money.

Terrible time ordering flowers. Jut read on line review from Feb 2018 that said their live chat function did not work!!! LOL_ when I had the same issue on 12-12-2018 I was told that this eservice just went down as they as switching companies that they use. LIE. My flowers were delivered a week late due to snafu I had with coupon and company claiming human error in warehouse caused my flowers to NOT ship. I would avoid at all costs as there are a lot of poor reviews against them.
