Bitwalking, found online at BitWalking.com, is a new mobile application which says their goal is to provide everyone with the freedom and the ability to make money, using one of the most basic activities: walking.
How Does It Work?
According to their website, there have been many different companies and organizations all over the world that have attempted to address issues of inequality all over the world, but still we haven’t seen the progress we wished we would.
So the creators of Bitwalking decided to take a new and different approach to this issue, by creating a mobile application that allows the steps that people take throughout the day to be converted into digital currency, which they call Walking Dollars, or W$.
It is unclear if this is an entirely new form of digital currency or an existing form of currency, like Bitcoin, but they do say that this form of currency will be globally recognized and accessible to everyone.
This mobile application is available currently for only Android smart phones and devices, but they do say that they are hoping to launch an iOS version of their application soon.
This mobile application is actually completely free of charge for their users at this time, but unfortunately they provide very little information regarding how their customers and members will actually be rewarded, other than to say that any W$ you collect will be able to be traded with other users or can be used at the Bitwalking Store.
Unfortunately the website does not say what kinds of items will be at the Bitwalking Store, what amounts of W$ will likely be required to purchase items through this store, and they don’t even mention how many steps you will need to take before earing specific amounts of W$.
Because this app is free to download and free to use, they do not provide their customers with any refunds at this time. If you believe that money from your account was transacted inappropriately or if you are hoping to return or cancel a reward request and have your W$ restored, you will need to contact their Customer Service team to see what can be done for you, as their website does not provide any information regarding these issues or circumstances.

It is clear from the Google Play reviews of this product that this mobile app is still in the very early stages of development and is still working out the “kinks.” Some customers complain that this app is draining their battery, others complain that there is no reliability for tracking the steps taken, and still others have pointed out that the Bitwalking Store still isn’t live, making the W$ essentially useless while users continue to wait around to see what they are actually earning.
Until this company is able to explain exactly what their W$ will be able to be used toward, it is difficult to recommend this mobile application. Customers don’t want to have worry about the hassle with bugs and issues on their phone if they have no idea what they will actually be able to purchase with this new form of currency.
Competitors and Alternatives?
There are many different mobile applications which promise people the ability to earn money through using their mobile device for basic activities many users already participate in, so customers looking for more reliable alternatives to this application should be able to find other options.

1 ‘Bitwalking’ Review
The Bitwalking promotes their crypto money w$. But after that I buying some w$ and app was activated for me, this’s working only 1 month and then stopped. I can’t sign in anymore and nobodys answer to my email at bitwalking support email address.
So no money, no information! I think they knows well what they’re doing with they app and people’s money. Just some another good idea for scam people’s.
