About BigRebel

BigRebel, found online at BigRebel.com, is a company who says they give people the ability to watch their favorite movies and TV shows online, completely for free, on demand whenever they choose.

How Does It Work?

BigRebel says that their members receive free unlimited access to a comprehensive library of both classics and new releases. Members can watch movies and TV shows with no interruptions or advertisements, and can access titles on any device, including PC, Tablet, Mobile, PS3, Xbox, Smart TVs, and more.

All you have to do to become a member is to provide them with your email address and a password to set up your account. Once you do this, however, you will be asked to supply a credit card number though users are told this information is just used to verify your country of residence, as this service is only available in a few countries.

Cost/Price Plans

Though BigRebel.com states repeatedly that this service is completely free, they do offer a Premium Membership for $24.95 per month.

Unfortunately, they do not provide details about how members make the choice to upgrade to a Premium Membership, and there are many reports of people saying they were upgraded to a Premium Membership without their consent - they simply noticed one day that they had recurring monthly charges from this company.

Refund Policy

The Terms and Conditions of this website state clearly that no refunds will be given for any monthly subscription fees at any time.

Customer Service Contact Info

Customers who wish to contact their Customer Service team with questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by phone at 877-801-9071.

Reputation

This company has many complaints and negative reviews from their customers and members, almost all of which come from customers who state that they signed up for a free membership only to find a recurring monthly charge on their credit card. When they call Customer Service for help, they report a lack of assistance and almost no help in returning the funds that had already been charged to their card.

Competitors and Alternatives?

There are other services which allow users to watch TV and movies from their mobile devices, but almost all services require some fee, though some do provide some free programming, like Hulu.com or the websites of local providers, like ABC.com.
