Bidz.com claims to be the internet’s largest brand name and jewelry auction website. All items auctioned on Bidz are 100% authentic and almost all are brand new items.
Some of the items auctioned at Bidz.com are offered by Bidz themselves, while others are auctioned by third parties. If you win a third party auction, you have five days to arrange payment & shipment with the third party seller.
Sometimes Bidz has more than one of a specific item they are auctioning. If you participate in one of these auctions and lose, Bidz will give you a “Second Chance” at the item by placing it into your account at your highest losing bid.
If you would like the item, you may choose to pay that price for it within 2 days. If you no longer want the item, simply let it be relisted for auction.
Bidding on auctions is done in increments of $1.00, though there are certain auctions that allow you to bid in increments of your choosing, though the bids must still be in whole dollar amounts. Registration at Bidz.com is free.

There are so many beautiful items in Bidz. I could not resist. I bought one KC watch and two white gold necklaces. And I got my order about after one or two weeks. I was pleasantly suprised. I like my purchuases very mutch. So I think, I must share my good experience.
After a month I emailed them requesting information for the shipment. 15 days after that they responded with a "SORRY FOR THE DELAY WILL BE SHIPPED SOON”. After another month, I sent a new mail, once again after 15 days I received the same answer “SORRY FOR THE DELAY, BUT WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE SUPPLIER, BUT WILL BE SHIPPING SOON”. So, I requested a refund and the answered that as more than 3 months had pass, they can’t refund the money, so I must ask my bank to refund it. Of course, the bank said that they only refund when the purchase is between the first three months after the purchase. Once again, I emailed them, and I received a “SORRY, WE CAN’T DO ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO CONTACT YOUR BANK”. So, in resume, I will not receive my money back (more than $600.00), they simply stole it. BIDZ.COM ARE THIEVES, DEFRAUDERS, UNSCRUPULOUS, SCAMMERS.
I bought diamond cufflinks for my husband at the Bidz.com. No, I am not mad!)))) But I did that! They looked really exceptional at those pictures, and they do look great indeed! To make a long story short, my order was #982492043 and it took 2 weeks Only to get it. Package was nice, not to say even excellent, so I did not use any additional boxes and ribbons. It was a great surprise to find a small artistic pin in a box. I will wear it myself.

The best customer service, at least as it was for me for last years. Ones ordered goods were not in the stock, so I’ve got my refund in one week. Also I got a long excuse letter from a manager, and they shipped my 2 next orders for free. They did not charge a penny for shipping!
My last order was on 03/05/2018, and it reached my door on 21/05/2018. when I accounted shipping date, as they forecasted, I got my box right in time. They shipped in 3 days.
In fact I don’t buy too much expensive things but “middle-class” things from Bidz made me happy and surprised me with their quality. So, believe it or not, my vote is “YES” and I am happy with what I have from this site.
Using this site again and again I had a feeling that I am a queen of the jewelry. Haha, it gives such a feeling.) Mailing is a bit slow but I am sure that happens because of crossing borders. The most important that they supply customers all around the world! Australians love Bidz! At least, all my colleagues. We love bringing things we won in Bidz to the office and show them-out, yes! Seriously, such stuff you can buy from Bidz, increases your mood every day.
I made a purchase December 27.2017. Contacted bidz.com several times leading up to may about the status of my order. Every time a received a generic response stating that the supplier was back ordered and I would receive my order shortly. After submitting another complaint ticket (7 in total) I received a response claiming I needed to dispute the charges with my credit card company for a refund as I was not receiving my order as bidz.com was not doing business with that supplier any longer. My order was cancelled. I contacted my credit card company to find out it was past the 119 days they allow for a dispute. Bidz.com well no longer respond to my questions. I have lost $500 to bidz.com.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Bidz.com. If you do please be advised you well need to dispute your payment with your credit card company within 119 day.
