About Bespoke Post

Bespoke Post, found online at, is a new members’ only monthly box subscription service which searches the globe to find new products which are chosen exclusively with men and their needs in mind.

How Does It Work?

Like any other members’ only subscription box service, Bespoke Post will send their members a new “Box of Awesome” each month full of “time-tested, small-batch, or otherwise remarkable gear” which is generally chosen in relation to a specific theme, like traveling products, food and drink products, grooming products, and much more.

The website says that their ultimate goal is to introduce their subscribers to products that are new and potentially different, and when these products are chosen they are “rigorously” tested to make sure they are both top quality and “remarkable” before they are actually placed in a box.

But, unlike most other services, Bespoke Post allows customers more options than just the single box each month. Some months they will offer two boxes, and though the service will automatically choose a particular box for you to receive, members will be allowed to log into their account and choose which box they would like to receive, or choose that they would like to receive both that month for an extra charge.

In addition, people who are not members are invited to purchase their currently offered boxes without a subscription to see what they have to offer, and members who find a product from one of their boxes that they love are able to go to their Product page and purchase an individual product.

Cost/Price Plans

People who choose to become regular monthly subscribers will get a new box each month for a recurring charge of $45 every 30 days. If a box is offered that you know you simply are not interested in, you are welcome to choose to “Skip” that month within the first five days of the month and you will skip that month’s charge as well. There are no limits to the amount of times you can skip over the life on your membership.

People who wish to purchase a single box one at a time will pay $55 plus Shipping and Handling, and people who choose to purchase individual products from their Product Page will be able to see their charges before they pay for their products.

Refund Policy

While there are some individual products which will not be available to return, most products and all boxes are eligible for return within the first 30 days as long as you live within the 48 continental United States. Unfortunately people who live outside of those 48 states are not eligible to return their products at this time, though this may change soon.

Customers who wish to return their box or product for any reason should email their Customer Service team and they will be given instructions for return and sent a pre-paid return shipping label. Items can be returned for full credit toward other website purchases or for a refund, but a $6 restocking fee will be assessed for refunds.

It is important to note that boxes can only be returned if the entire box is in mint condition. If you wish to return the box because something arrived damaged, you need to make that clear to the Customer Service team in your email.

Customer Service Contact Info

Customers who would like to contact Customer Service with any questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by phone at 888-565-6762 or by email at [email protected]

Unfortunately most current reviews of Bespoke Post are offered by bloggers who are also affiliates of this company, though they do openly disclose that. That being said, these reviewers all point out one very important point about this service – the value of the products that are included in each monthly box is much higher than the actual price you pay, which is always a good sign when it comes to these types of services.

Also, when compared to other monthly subscription services, this company does seem very accommodating, allowing customers to make choices about which boxes they want to receive, if they want to skip a month, if they are interested in choosing to purchase a single box, and they provide what appears to be a comprehensive Return Policy, which is always important.

Competitors and Alternatives?

There are many, many different monthly subscription box services out there, and though most are aimed at women, there are many which are gender neutral, like TouchOfModern, Dollar Shave Club, NatureBox, Conscious Box, Taste Guru, Gizmo Crate, and more, and some others are specifically for men, like BirchBox Men, Trunk Club, FreshNeck, Harry’s Razors, and more.

If you have any experience with this company or their products, please leave your Bespoke Post reviews below.

I canceled my subscription before my first box arrived after seeing the same thing on Amazon for half the price. A month later my credit card was charged - called them and all they say is that I can return the item - I never received any items !!!

Stay away!

Quality Issues

February14, 2017

While I agree with parts of the overview posted here, my opinion differs on the value of the items compared to the subscription price. The quality of the products received is shoddy at best. They are made of cheap materials and I am certain will not stand the test of time. It is an attractive option if you are looking for a simple way to try out things you might not otherwise, but do not expect to receive items that will last you through many uses. Consider me cancelled!

Even if you don't want their subscription, they will "select" you to change again.
