These solutions include how to give your body a “Diagnostic Check Up” to see if you have too much of some things in your diet, like glucose or diuretics, or too little of something in your diet, like healthy fats or thermogenic spices.

It will also explain which foods will reduce inflammation on your joints and which foods will help burn stubborn fat to alleviate pressure on your joints. 

This guide will also give customers information on topical creams and oils from China and Southeast Asia that will help melt away pain, as well as little-known herbs, nutrients and Traditional Chinese formulas that have been known to relieve arthritis pain.
