About Advanced Dermatology

Advanced Dermatology, found online at, says that, using their “deep dermatological expertise” they have created a full skincare kit that can meet all of your skincare needs.

How Does It Work?

According to their website, as people age, their bodies’ production of collagen and elastin slow down. Because these are the proteins that keep skin plump and youthful, as they are produced less, your skin becomes more and more vulnerable to the signs of aging and damage.

Advanced Dermatology says that they have create a comprehensive skin care system that “deeply regenerates skin” and gives skin a second chance at looking healthy and youthful by turning on the cells that are responsible for collagen production and shutting down the enzymes that break down existing collagen.

To do this, their system including six different products: Daily Renew Cleanser, Super Youth Serum, Anti Wrinkle Firming Night Treatment, Deep Cellular Regeneration Cream, Complete Age Defense Day Cream and Youthful Boost Eye Cream.

The website says that using these products separately would be good, but using these six products together delivers “unmatched results.”

Ingredients and Side Effects

Unfortunately this website does not provide any specific information regarding any ingredients in their products, other than to make vague statements like “plant stem cells” and “wrinkle fighting peptides.” However, if you are someone that has known allergies or sensitivities to any ingredients and are worried about negative side effects, this company provides no information that let you know whether or not these products include any of these ingredients.

Another issue is that this company claims that their skincare products are appropriate for everyone, without exception, which is almost unheard of in skincare products. While there may be a cleanser that can fit most skin types, skin is a very reactive organ and people with acne will need very different formulas and formulations than people with dry skin.

Cost/Price Plans

Their website says that their skincare kit is priced at $59.95, which is 60% off the full retail price of $200.00. When you order it, you will automatically be enrolled in their autoship program at the discounted price of $59.95, and starting 30 days from the order date, you will be sent a 90 day supply at that time and every following 90 days until you cancel your membership.

Refund Policy

The website says that customers who are not completely satisfied with any of their items can return them within 30 days of the date of their first shipment for a refund, but if these products are sent back for any reason other than a fault with the goods themselves, then you will be required to pay for the return shipping.

Customer Service Contact Info

This company appears to receive mixed reviews, with many of the unhappy customers lodging some serious complaints that should make prospective customers take pause. While some of these complaints are about the value of the product – small sizes for the cost – and others are about the products lack of effectiveness, the serious complaints are about this company’s billing processes.

There are multiple complaints logged online which report issues with being able to successfully cancel the auto-enrollment membership in order to stop billing. Many customers said that they spoke to Customer Service more than once about cancelling and continued to receive charges.

When problems with billing are coupled with problems with lack of information when it comes to skincare product ingredients, it is generally a good time for customers to seek a different set of products.

Competitors and Alternatives?

Actually, there are many different skin products available at your local grocery store that use high quality, effective ingredients, are significantly more budget friendly than $100 per month, and come from stores that generally offer decent Refund Policies for their customers. People would be much better off going to a local retailer looking for skincare than using products offered by anonymous online companies.
