About Acne No More

Acne No More, found online at, is a new health and wellness guide available from Mike Walden who claims that this program has successfully eliminated the acne of more than 138,000 people.

How Does It Work?

According to their website, there is an overload of conflicting and ineffective advice on how to treat your acne, making it no surprise that most people feel overwhelmed and confused about what to do. But the Acne No More program states that they are the result of more than seven years’ worth of research and have worked for thousands of clients successfully.

This research has shown them that acne is not just a skin problem; instead it is a “symptom of a disorder that affects your whole body and manifests as acne,” which is why Mike Walden believes it is so important to treat the root cause of your acne – because it’s not just an issue of attractive skin, but of your overall health and wellness.

The Acne No More system only takes 30 minutes to do each day and claims to be effective on any kind of acne, whether whiteheads, blackheads, cystic acne, body acne, or any other kind of acne you feel you may have.

This routine is not just about cleansing skin or putting on medicated creams and toners – in fact, the website is emphatic that there is no topical product, prescription or over-the-counter, that will actually treat acne – but about fixing the problems within your body that result in acne. It is about normalizing your hormones, eliminating any “blocks” in your system, killing the internal micro-organisms that stress your system, and more.

Not surprisingly, this book has mostly mixed reviews from the few websites where it appears the reviews have been supplied by customers as opposed to being supplied by affiliate websites or partner companies.

The positive reviews are all very similar, claiming that the book made a difference and they began to see a reduction in their acne in just a few weeks, though no one really mentioned being able to see results in less than one week, as the Acne No More web page has claimed.

The negative reviews are equally consistent, actually, claiming that this book is a waste of money and the program that it promotes is to be on an extremely restrictive diet – eating nothing that has been claimed to either cause acne, raise insulin levels, disrupt hormone levels, or cause inflammation – as well as a regular routine of supplements that can easily cost more than $100 each month. As one reviewer put it, she wouldn’t really be surprised if a diet that restrictive and a yearly contribution of more than $1200 in supplements did clear up her skin, but how realistic is it that this is a program you will follow?

Competitors and Alternatives?

There are many, many different companies, books, medications, and products available which claim to be able to give people clear skin, and as the Acne No More web page says, the vast amount of information can get confusing. Likely the answer is that there is no one single thing that “cures all” when it comes to acne, and people will be better off determining what kind of acne they have before they look to see what may be able to make it better.
