Worst customer service I have ever…
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered 2 patio chairs. Long story short...order seems to be lost. 2 modern says they shipped it and their shipping company says that they tried to pick it up from 2 modern and they said it wasn't ready. 2 modern said that if I wanted to cancel this order, that Is lost, I would have to pay for the return shipping. How do they ship something they can't seem to find?
I contacted them 1 day after receiving the wrong item, and they won't accept return because " I discarded the original packaging and they only accepts returns in the original packaging". Now I am left with a $500 chair I have no use for. Horrible. Will NEVER buy from them again
I ordered from this company over the weekend and on Monday I received an email saying that my ordered was cancelled upon my request. I didn't request a cancellation. It turns out that the company had an "error" with a false price. I was deeply disappointed with the inconvenience that the company has done on my first order.
"At your request, your order was cancelled. Your payment to us has been refunded to you. If you have any questions about this matter, kindly reply to this email"
I do no recommend buying from this company for they don't live up to their prices. It was a horrible experience only to be let down.
