Site said item would ship within 3-4 business days, so I waited. I emailed them a week prior to when I would need them (which was well after 3-4 business days) and they said they could not tell me where my package was. I told them I was aware of their 100% satisfaction guarantee and that I was not satisfied; therefore, I would want to return it and receive a full refund. They told me (Alan G. specifically) that I could write refuse on the package once delivered and return to shipper. So, I did. A week later I received a package, but not from 25 Main Street. I couldn't tell who it was from as the sender's information was in a foreign language I could not decipher. I opened it, curious to know what I purchased from a foreign land and there they were - the items I tried to refuse a week beforehand! I was so upset. I taped the parcel, wrote refused all over it, and placed it back in the mailbox to be returned. I have not heard from 25 Main Street about this return and nobody seems to be able to give me my money back. I am very dissatisfied and will never buy from there again and will always highly suggest that no person on the planet use them for anything, especially when expecting something to arrive on time. A 10% discount code for future purchases was offered to me for the inconvenience, but I did not want to purchase from 25 Main Street in the future; therefore, this did not resolve my issue.
Scam. Do not waste your money
I bought an insert for my purse from 25 Main Street even after reading exclusively bad/negative reviews because, after all, it was a low-dollar purchase & their price was the best out there. The package came so late that I had already contacted the BBB to add my voice to those who were saying, "Item never arrived!", and I had actually emailed 25 Main Street a copy of the BBB report. When the package came, their website still showed it as "not shipped". I emailed 25 Main Street to inquire about a refund. I was told by either Mary or Cassandra to simply return the package to sender and a refund will be issued to my account. I did that. I reached out to them weeks later and Cassandra asked me for a tracking number. I advised I was not asked to get one and was not given one. Two months later, I just got an email from Mary asking again for a tracking number.
Look, I am writing this for one reason only - because I ignored all the bad reviews and made a purchase from a truly dishonest company. Don't ignore the reviews on this one. Your order won't magically be the one that comes through.

Ordered 4 sets of solar lights from 25 Main Street the end of May. We first got around to hanging them over the weekend. Two of the four sets do not work. Contacted Customer Service via email because that is the only way to voice a complaint and was told they will not stand by their defective merchandise beyond 14 days. Live and learn! Last time I purchase from a company that does not stand behind their defective merchandise! A very disgruntled former customer!
Site said things would ship in 2-3 business days. 1/10 of the order shipped on time. The rest is in Limbo and no response through any of the channels provided by their site. Thanks you for giving us a phone number and a location for the company. Now I know which BBB to follow up with and which government officials to pass on what a fraud this company is.
Ordered a product. Received email days later that a shipping label was created and product was "about to ship". Given USPS tracking number. For over a week tracking number showed to package was given to USPS....only a label was requested.
Tried to contact anyone there via email, phone and online textbot helper to discuss situation. Heard nothing.
This company has to be a scam. Avoid.
