Zaken corp contacted me with a letter saying for $200.00 i could join paid went to work post cards had no return in two month i called zaken they said i need training $1.000 i paid $500.00 zaken is no good.

It was a bad experience for me. A working mom wanting to earn extra money to pay bills, buy food, vitamins for my kids but it didn't work. I lost 174.00 dollars to purchase the kit. I finally call them to teach me but then the supervisor is very rude and mean. I told my myself "not to do it anymore" and been hearing about zaken that is a scam. I just give myself a try but what can you do if zaken corporation or quick sell is a scam.. So guys watch out before you give your money to these bad employees and dishonest employer.

I purchased this Zaken scam for my granddaughter supposedly at $148.00. When I received my credit card statement the Zaken Co. had taken me for $352.00. My granddaughter called to see why the double charge and was told she was supposed to get a booklet. The person on the phone said "I will send you the booklet". Zaken method is not easy. Many calls can be made and no results. My Gdtr tried to get a refund to no avail. I tried several times and was rudely told by the most angry female that I was not due a refund since I did not buy some "additional something".? THE YELLOW SHEETS WITH DICK VAN PATTEN'S PICTURE SHOWS THAT A REFUND WILL BE GIVEN WITHIN TWO YEARS. TO THIS DAY, I HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY $352.00 BACK NOR DO I HAVE AN EXPLANATION WHY DOUBLE CHARGE WAS MADE. DICK VAN PATTEN--I WANT MY $352.00 BACK!!!! DVP, HOW CAN YOU LEND YOUR NAME TO SUCH A SCAM??? AVOID THIS SCAM!!

I was doing their program and wasn't making a lot of money and I needed a refund as soon as possible and I was calling them and no one was getting back to me. I got really mad and started posting bad reviews about them but on one of my reviews, one of their managers commented on my reviews and gave me their number. I called them and they apologized to me for all the hard time and they gave me a full refund plus a free gift. I took all the negative reviews off as soon as I could.

I talked to a Patrick at Zaken corp about getting out of the mess that I had gotten myself into,but he refused to listen to me. He did not refund my monies to me. He is having some company take money from my credit card every month in the amount of $162.00/mo. It is causing many problems in my home. I tried several times to contact him without any success. We would like to join this law suit.

easiest 700 dollars I have ever made in my life. I called Zaken to order their kit and just in a little bit I made money. I am currently working with their program and I am making a great living and I have a lot of free time. It does NOT take up a lot of your time but you still have to put in effort

I didn't make enough money with Zaken so I asked them for a refund and they gave me all the money I gave them back with no problems. They are an honest company and I have respect for them because other businesses would give you problems if you asked for a refund because they are confident you wouldn't.

I spent $115 on the start up materials and mailed out 400 plus postcards and other flyers and did not generate 1 penny of income. So now I have a debt of $300.00 to pay off plus our money never reaches around any way. I sent back the material after getting the OK from the customer department. But because it was past the extended date to return it I get no money returned.

The freak that I spoke to said that they could mail the packet back to me so I could continue the program! They don't even understand English. I am in debt! I did exactly what I was told to do and I got burnt BAD. Don't ever consider working for this company.You will regret the day you received their info.It will turn out to plunge you deeper into debt.

Another business practice that The Zaken Corporation does is damage control. They write false bravados about themselves on the internet to make themselves look good.

Let me set you straight, they don't even return phone calls. God forbid you leave a voice mail message wanting to cancel. Think you will ever hear back from them? Don't bet on it. They will take your money and if they do offer a refund, generally they take a 25% restocking fee. Restock what? A Binder?

Let me give you a hint. For 3595.00, you get a 50 cent binder, about 25 cents worth of photocopied instructions, a 1/2 hour "mentoring session" from a so called expert who is reading from a script, and very little hope of making anything at all. If you ask for a refund, they will say that services have been rendered and you aren't entitled to a refund. WAKE UP PEOPLE! This place is unethical, borderline illegal, BTW they are being investigated by the California Attorney Generals Office as well as the Ventura County District Attorney's Special Prosecution Unit.

I worked for The Zaken Corporation and let me tell you that they are a scam! They sell these business opportunities to people starting at 1995.00 up to 19,995.00. Most of these sales range in the 3495.00 to 5195.00 range.

They promise a business opportunity to sell product that they have liquidated or liquidate products from companies that have distressed merchandise. Since they rarely buy anything, there really isn't anything to sell. Basically, you are throwing away your money. You would have a better chance of buying sailing rights on the moon.

I don't think people should listen to the people that are complaining about Zaken. GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT. Everyone that is complaining has not even the slightest bit of an idea on how to make money. Zaken is a legit company that knows how to make money and how to make their clients earn money. People should stop complaining and give others a chance to make money because they might be different then the people that failed at it.

Zaken did make that much money in sales, and their "business consultants" who are salesman ARE taking a trip to vegas with your hard earned money. They make sure they treat the real scammers in that company like royalty so they can happily take your money.

I used to work for this company and was let go fairly recently. Let me tell you something, I worked in the billing department for this company and was responsible for charging credit cards, accepting checks, and other various "accounts receivable" duties. When I started working for this company they were "shady", everyone that worked there knew that we were just taking old peoples money. I worked for this awful company for almost 4 years and was let in on a lot of secrets, secrets that harmed the customers who fell for the marketing practices. Your names are bought from another company and you are not specially selected for anything. Its just a ploy to get you to call in.

Once you call in you will talk to a C/S rep who will try their hardest to sell you the initial kit, and if that goes well, you will be transferred to a "business consultant" who is actually a salesman. This salesman will promise you the world and will take no less than 10% down off of a 1-$20,000 program which will not yield you a dime, and if you decide to pay in full, well you just gave that salesman 13-15% of your hard earned money. They also get that when you pay your down payment. Either way, the company is structured to make money for itself. They have never cared about the customers and they never will. Also, when they promote their "tools" that will help you out tremendously, thats also false. The leads they give you are horrible, and you have a 1 in 1,000,000,000 shot to actually find something that you can actually submit that they might find a buyer for. Not many companies want to work with Zaken and its mostly do the fact that nobody wants to be in bed with the Devil.

If you buy the initial starter kit for $89-$149 that should be the only time you pay that, but like I said, Zaken wants the elderly, so they dont care if you forgot you bought the starter kit in 05...instead of charging you $50 (which is the price for a replacement kit) they will charge you again! I have never worked somewhere so twisted and illegal! The worst thing about this company is that they are allowed to operate and have enough legal power to stay in business. All the "custom" websites that you can buy from this company have the same look, and are all generic. Dont believe me? Thats fine, but trust the negative reviews, the people that you see who made money are faces saved on their server.

The success stories are totally false and Zaken spends quite a bit of money to make sure that they overwhelm the bad publicity with good. I am glad that I dont work for this company anymore. There IT department has set up multiple websites that promote Zaken and discount websites like this one. All customer reps are trained to discount any bad things you see on the internet, but if you ask them the key facts that I am writing about then you will see that I am being honest.

Helen, you're wrong. I purchased Zaken's program and yes it was a bit pricey but I made so much more money than I paid. It's really worth it.. Zaken helped me out through a tough time. I appreciate them a lot and the people that complain about Zaken are the ones that don't know how to make money.

This company is scamming people, especially poor old people out of there money. And the people working there laugh at their victims all the way to the bank. They just made a record profit ,700k, from what they say is their "unsuspecting victims" and then going on an all expense paid "business" trip to Vegas. Would you hand your money over to Enron or some ponzi scheme, I think not!
