BIG TIME SCAM!!!
Tried to cancel several times by phone and got the message that i could go online and cancel. I did and it even tells you you'll receive a refund in 1 or 2 billing cycles. Well after a couple of months I called and finally got through. The person informed me that the only way to get the refund was to call in. Then like every one else, was told my online cancel was 1 day short, so no refund. I called my bank and they checked out the web page and said that it does state no refund after 8 days so they would not disput the charges. Lesson learned, read carfully the agreement. Please count me in on any class action lawsuit. |

They charged my credit card $78.64 and I never received a thing. On the credit card statement there isn't a telephone number to get a hold of them. Just trying to find a legit job that I can supplement income. Our business has slowed substantially. They should be ashamed of themselves.
SCAM |

Just logged into my internet payday to see are they still scamming people and lord and behold they are not taking anymore new members at the moment. Someone must have taken our complaints seriously. Brilliant. Let's hope we all learn a valuable lesson by this whole saga.

I cancelled my card and they stopped coming into my credit card. They were coming in on a daily basis trying to get my money. Hopefully, that will be the end of them. Though you might consider this inconvenient, I suggest you report your card as stolen and get a new one. Once a card is reported as stolen all transactions are canceled. I think its the only answer. |

these guys are clear scam artists.
Like the rest, I signed up for just $1 thinking that if its good, I will give it a shot and if not, well it was ONLY $1 after all.
Little did i know or was it made Clear to me that they would keep your card details and charge you $78 every month.
They either did not mention it to you as some claim below, or they have it cleverly hidden.
the weird thing is I remember unsubscribing on the day I signed up. So when the $78 (£50 apprx) bill came I was shocked.
Avoid at all cost, and report these guys please so no one else is effected. |

I had tried to cancel the subscription on several occasions but was unable to get direct voice contact. I only got a recording giving options and an automated cancel facility that was not accessible!!! I have had two payments taken from my account totaling 107.00 Euro's which I had no intention of paying.
I tried out the programme but found it cumbersome and took up a lot of my time and on top of that I was offered more access to other levels for more money!!!
The sales pitch's used are misleading wheather it's a scam or not....maybe it is a legit site but they certainly don't want to part with your money hence the difficulty in contacting them. I had to cancel my credit card with my bank and had to endure the third degree as to why!!!
Governments should lease to put in place legislation to regulate these business opportunity sites!! |

FYI - If you've signed up for the "MY INTERNET PAYDAY" program online, check your account for charges from the following companies - GRANT MASTERS (also known as INTERNET PAYDAY LOAN), A1-MEMBER, TREASURE CHEST - these are the companies, along with another (1-866-957-SANDY), that have taken money out of my account since I had signed up for "MY INTERNET PAYDAY".
By the way "MY INTERNET PAYDAY" took the $ 194.05 out of my account in 39 days. |

SCAM - SCAM - SCAM!!! Not only has internet payday taken money from my account, but other companies have been removing money from my account on a monthly basis. It all started when I made the mistake of signing up for the "My Internet Payday" program. Since then I have had 3 other companies take money from my account. When I call to cancel or dispute the charge, a new company appears next month with a new charge. So far they have taken a total of $ 488.32 from my account ($ 194.05 by "MY INTERNET PAYDAY") |

I have a question. i signed up for a free trial from a website. of course i was billed but it was a small amount (like $4). i noticed this immediately, and cancelled the account, as well as the credit card number. can they do anything more to me? in other words if they try to charge my old card even though ive cancelled the subscription can they sue me for anything? |

I don't know how anyone can call this program solid internet marketing. Even before I realized it was a scam and before they started to take money from my account. I thought it was the most boring, long-winded, repetitive peace of sh*t I had ever come across. It wasn't even worth the €1 dollar.
I think if this piss artist doesn't remove his site or make clear and advertise his intentions to rob people of €79 dollars we should start a blog on this. Even make banners warning people of his scam. |
Pauline ORiordan Ireland | 4:55pm on Saturday, June 13th, 2009 |
How could you possible say its not a scam. It is a scam. They do not tell you about their monthly fees. I have had to cancel my mastercard because they are trying to take $74 out of my account. They asked for $1 full stop. Sure it probably says somewhere about the monthly fee but if there is a monthly fee involved it should be made very clear so people know what they are letting themselves into. This type of advertising should be stopped. I trusted this site because they implied Goggles was involved which they are not. |

Hey guys this is a great wealth of information. Most people who want something for nothing don't read all print even though it's in the fine print it is there that you'll be charged $78 mo after your trial in 8 days. When you start the coarse you're excited then you realized there's work to it you guys start to wine about all of it and call it a scam. IT"S NOT! you'll only get out of it what you put in. Stop wining and do the work. |

I cant lie, I did'nt know about the $78 a month either and I was a little upset when they charged my card but get over it people this course is solid and well worth $78 a month. Come on People...I just reviewed the BBB listing on this company and they are STILL rated a B-...EVERYONE should have filed a complaint with BBB of Colorado at http://wynco.bbb.org/. Follow the link and file your complaint...I did... With all the effort we put into blogging this lets try and hit them where it hurts! Its the only power we have as consumers...BTW the BBB links to the state attorney generals office dept of consumer affairs...They bank on the fact that individually we likely wont hire a lawyer and will just fade away...file those claims and FIGHT with them with the BBB and State on OUR sides! ALL THE BEST TO YOU ALL! |

Is there any legal way that all of us can take action against them like consumer fraud or something like that. Does anybody knows where to report this kind of fraudulent activities so that innocents like us wont suffer at the hand of these scamsters like Joe Comm.
Thanks |

My-internet-payday is TOTAL SCAM! I am a fresh victim of this as of today.
As usual I got into it thru some fake blog which says you can Google paid me $5000/month using My-internet-payday. The bloggrer has comments posted to it (which is of course fake) which says it really works and suggested to buy other packages like Google Treasure chest ect, So as a easy pray, I fall into the trap and paid for it for $1 on my debit card. Although I took precaution to cancel all subscriptions within 2 weeks of a free trial but this one is just 7 days of free trial which I cancel but they still charged $78.64 on my debit card.
When I called them at 1-888-210-9941 I was in line for 48th call list which took almost one hour to speak to somebody. They are very rude and really try to discourage you by placing on hold for more than 45 min avg. The lady told me that they will refund $78.64 and it should be posted in 3-4 business days. I waited for 2 weeks and called them again and after holding phone for 45 min somebody finally answered and told me that they cant refund me and I can dispute with my bank if I like to. That day I called them 4 times and everytime I was 18th in caller line, isnt it weird. I think they do it purposely so that people will not cancel their subscription. They charged me for a month so finally I cancelled it but 3 weeks in advance in a fear that I might forget to cancel it at the end of the month and they will charge me again. Since I canceled it 28 days in advance after being ripped off for $78.64, they still refused to give me the access for those days for which I already paid. I have wasted enough time of my life calling them and dont care abt my $78.64.
The whole web site and their program is designed to hook the fish as long as possible and rip them off. The first month subscription has very little valuable information which you can easily get from Google Adsense, though they lure you by saying very important info to follow in next week so you can keep on paying in hope for better info.
SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.
Everybody please be aware of this web site and their program. Their only aim is to rip you off. |

I should have looked this program up before I gave them $1. Little did I know that it was going to be so much trouble. I am trying to cancel but am running into the same problems. Customer service says there is a high call volume. No email response since this morning. I am just going to cancel my credit card. |
John Ditto Moline, Il | 12:46pm on Wednesday, May 27th, 2009 |
I was unaware of the monthly reoccurring charge and I contacted the customer service dept and was told that since my seven day trial period was up, that I could not get a refund back. During that seven day trial, I did not get beyond the introduction video clips. I wanted to cancel, but the csr person told me no. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she was one. I then asked to speak to someone above her and she responded that there was no one else. This is not a very good way of running a business.I am totally disappointed with the way this business operates. If this is truely a concerned man that wants to help people make money. Then why does he not acknowledge the fact that I want to cancel and get a refund? |

I don't know anything about this company, would never sign up for anything like this (they are all scams). I was online today and noticed a charge from my bank account. I have spent the better of my day on the phone with the company trying to get refunded for 79.00 they took today and the 1.00 they took last month (which I over looked).
I have asked to speak to a sup several times, first he is out of town because of a death in the family, then he is trying to prevent a computer from catching on fire, and last the phone lines are giving them problems.
I have spoken with an attorney and I am not afraid to file a case, I should bill them for all of the minutes I have used on my cell and time I wasted on the phone with them! |

I don't know about all of these comments that "No where did they say it would cost any more than the $1" ~ Mr. Comm is no different than any other business...his info is in the "small print", but that's nothing new for any website.
ALWAYS look at the "Terms and Conditions" that are on Every website (I believe this is now a law). It Clearly states that you have 7-days to cancel. It also clearly states that you will be billed $78.64/month if you do not cancel.
I would hope that Mr. Comm would respect the fact that his "phone system" cannot handle all the calls that are coming in, and return any monies to people who canceled via email.
I have been hurt in the past by not reading the "Terms and Conditions". Please, all my fellow internet hopefuls out there....Learn the lesson I learned the hard way, and you will not get caught up in this situation again.
Best of luck to you all...

I have searched and searched for a way to make money online. I usually read the fine print but I guess I missed this one. I was not aware of the monthly fee on this site.
However, I signed up to pay my $1.00 and then I got this page that said it could not process my order at this time try later. When I went into my bank account it has charged my account the $1.00 and I have no way of getting into the site.
I really feel that I have been taken. They now have my bank account info and I can't get into the site.
I will be calling them and complaining. |

Same thing happened to me and I feel so stupid for falling for this scam. I should have known that they didn't want my CC information for just a dollar. I should have read everything,(eventhough the terms about the $78.64 being taken out of your account after one week is cleverly hidden). I was shocked when I checked my account and saw the charge, but I was more mad at myself for being so stupid and falling for this rip off. Now, I'm going to be charged with a bunch of overdraft fees this week that I really can't afford. Funny thing is, from what I read about Joel Comm, he's supposed to be pretty legit, but this site just makes him look like any other scam artist on the web. Bottomline, if a site ask you for for your credit card or bank information just to gain access to their site, that should be a red flag, and you should avoid it like the plague. |

UPDATE:
Got through their telephone line today 05/13/09 after a waiting period of 63 mins Told the young lady that I had been trying to call from the date of 05/05/09 but that the company's voice mail was full and that I had also e-mailed them my cancellation on 05/05/09. This young woman told me that the only way to cancel was to call them and I told her I did but only got a recoding stating that their voice mail was full. I told her that she should have my e-mail and that I would be faxing it to my Attorney Generals office and the Better Business Bureau and she told me to hold on so that she could check their phone records. She came back to the telephone and stated that she see that I had called on 05/05/09 and would be crediting the credit card used. I asked how long would that take and she stated about five days.
Now, the problem is that none of this business about my credit card being billed monthly was disclosed when I gave my information and credit card thinking that the information was $1.00. This ad was pink with a woman stating that she was from Missouri etc.. on over $5,000.00 per. mo with her website from google ads.
This company needs to be stopped. |

It is very sad that this man chooses to make his money this way. This is very sneaky and tricky--our lady was nice on the phone, but still it is very very wrong, and we can't afford this kind of money to come out of our account--now we have no money to buy formula for our baby seriously. It has nothing to do with continuing the program, we can't afford that cut--we wanted to make money not have them take it without notice--which they did--this is very very wrong. They should wait til you make a little money before taking it--they should take it off your adsense or something of that nature. I am very good on the computer and it will be posted in many many areas I also have other websites about this---it will not be good publicity. His business will go down the tubes, I will see to it!!! |
ct spore | 4:20am on Wednesday, May 13th, 2009 |
This is definitely a scam!! They put you on hold to deter callers from canceling. I was put on hold for 35 mins for a call that the answering system said should take about 12 mins! I did not see during the first ad that we will be charged 7 days after the trial. Advice to Erina - don't bother calling them. They should have already charged the first $70+ and they will not give a refund! Go ahead and block your credit card and get a new replacement card to prevent further charges by them. |

We mention our billing terms FIVE times on the order page . We clearly state in our terms that you will be billed after your one week trial. Over and above all compliances. The BBB and Attorneys have examined our offers carefully. We have an A+ rating with the BBB. Our on-hold system now directs callers to our online cancellation form. We do not ship a Google Kit, or ship anything, our information is delivered via instant access to our member's area. We continue to ramp up to meet the demand for our products, and apologize for any confusion you might have with other offers. |

Tia Shaw is a B*TCH! Rude is not the word. I just spoke with her. Got my account re-credited-better be!!!!!!!! and a confirmation # as well regarding my re-credited account.
I have learned my lesson! I will work and earn my $ the hard way!!!! These gimmicks are NOT worth it. Life is hard. But, with hard work, we can do this on people!
Let's not fall for these IDIOTS!
When she told me what her name was "Tia" I had already read another comment someone had made about her. I told her i saw her name on a complaint list. She didn't seem too happy about that. she said it was a legitimate company. I told ;her the complaints outweighed the other by a long shot!
I made sure she had my information sent through then warned and threatened her that if it didn't go through, I was headed for the Better Business Bureau!!

I got stuck by one of the Google Kit outfits and know nothing about the 78 bucks a month until I was charged. I was expecting something in the mail. I got stuck with the 1st month. They refused to give my money back because I looked at the site, not knowing what to do with it, and because I waited over 7 days. Why, BECAUSE I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL...THAT'S WHY. Since they refused to give my money back, I'm looking at the first month and found that I already know most of the AdSense training from prior experience. By the way, I didn't make a dime in the past. Hopefully, I'll make my money back but I'm not counting on it. |

HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT TO USE A PREPAID VISA CREDIT CARD FROM CVS, SAFEWAY, GIANT, (ANY STORE) AND PUT 5 DOLLARS ON IT AND THEN PAY FOR THE 7 DAY TRIAL. NEVER GIVE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFO OVER THE INTERNET. |

it is a scam they do not tell you plainly about the $1 being a trial period fee for the first 7 days and if you don't cancel they will charge you $97 every month whether you use their service or no. |

TOTAL SCAM!
I did the $1.00 trial on 4/30/09 not understanding that they their intent was to bill my credit card every week. I clicked on a flashing ad across the screen of the St. Louis Post Dispatch internet site, StlToday.com on 04/30/09 with an advertisement of a lady claiming to be from the St. Louis area, I never saw a disclosure stating that more than $1.00 would be billed.
However after learning more about the company on 05/05/09, I CANCELLED the membership by e-mail on this same day of 05/05/09. Prior to the e-mail, I attempted and have been attempting everyday to contact the company at their contact number that is listed as 1-888-210-9941, you only get a recording stating that the voice mail is full and to call back.
I GAVE THE MY CANCELLATION by e-mail at support@infomediainc.com on this same day of 05/05/09 which was within the 7 day cancellation period and today 05/08/09 they submitted to my bank over $70.00. Of course I am having the charges credited back to me by my bank and if it end up costing me one red cent by my bank. I am seriously going to seek an attorney for a class action suit against this company because it appears that these advertisements flashing up on Metro cities such as the St. Louis Post Dispatch are misleading. These advertisements are misleading joke and are screaming for the attention of Attorney Generals across the country. |

THIS IS A SCAM. After signing up, I tried to cancel my 7 day free trial. When I called I was told, by an automated voice, that I was caller 55 and due to high call volumes an internet forum had been set up:
There is no such URL and you cannot get through the phone to cancel.
SCAM!!! |

Obviously, this is a method to make money off of other peoples desire to better themselves. How can people be so cruel and Godless. I gave my information and got taken for $78.64 and have yet to receive anything. Trying to call them is useless because you will hold forever. They gave a website to cancel, but where is it? SCAM< SCAM!!!! |
Appalled Alberta, Canada | 10:53am on Thursday, May 7th, 2009 |
Taken for a ride!!
I was just checking my credit card account on-line and came across this $78.64 which equals $94.81 Canadian. I signed up for this about three months ago and thought it was a one time payment.I guess I should watch my statements a lot closer. I am sitting on hold to talk to a real person to cancel this and get my money back if possible.
Scam is not the word that should be used for these people but out of politeness I will stick to bloody rip of artists. |

This company is a HUGE scam! They conned my out of $79. When I called the customer service rep, Tia Shaw, was detestably RUDE and told me "Hey, a contract's a contract. Your loss!"
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! They mislead you in their advertising! |
Toronto Canada | 1:54pm on Wednesday, May 6th, 2009 |
Scammed also.....got sucked in by the BBB mark. Gives BBB a bad name and I will not be fooled again. Expensive lesson, had to cancel credit card after first charge, will not pursue return of payment as they require the new credit card number for this and we all know that they will just continue to charge to the new account. |
SilkMeadow Vancouver, BC, Canada | 9:58am on Wednesday, May 6th, 2009 |
Same thing happened to me and VISA will not refund my money as it states right on their website, in fine print, oh yeah... that after the initial $1 they will take out $78.64. A lesson very well learned to read EVERYTHING before you give out your money!!! From reading everyone elses nightmare to contact these guys which is very difficult to cancel so I just cancelled my credit card and had a new one reissued. Good luck trying to get more out of me now! Although after writing them and sending the cancellation notice to VISA they said if they were to continue to credit my VISA they would reverse the charges but I thought best to just get a new card and sleep well at night. These postings are great. I should have checked this first but like everyone else I thought I was paying a $1! |
Beth Maine | 5:39am on Wednesday, May 6th, 2009 |
Same, same, same here, as posted before! HOW can these scammers get away with this? Because WE have faith that they are and will be honest, which is NOT the case. Disclosure? NO...not outright, but hidden in between the thousands of lines!
My bank, too, will be handling this unauthorized withdrawal from my account. |
Anon Oregon | 5:07pm on Tuesday, May 5th, 2009 |
Spread the word!!! You can cancel, but no refunds!! You can, however, have your credit card DISPUTE the charge. I'm in the process now, I'll keep you posted on the results.
BTW, I NEVER received any material, service, or contact of any sort from these "people" aka scam artists! |

yeah! this is a "scheme" SCAM alright. not only will a person be very fortunate to get their money back... it is almost impossible to reach a Real Live person via either one of their phone #s. a shame there are people like this allowed to do such things! somehow, somewhere, someday... they will get what they deserve! |

This is definitely a scam. No where in the sign up does "My Internet Payday" tell you that you will be billed $78.00 after a free 7 day trial. they DO say there is a one time fee of $99.00 after 30 days, and a monthly fee of $48.00 after that. BUT THATS ALL. Beware this scam |

I have been trying to cancel for nearly 2weeks but due to being an Australian customer, i can't call the US toll free numbers!!
