Www.365Jobs4U.com is a
popular website that claims to offer a wealth of data entry work and related
opportunities to its members. With Online Data Entry Jobs being a highly
targeted field for scams it's best to take a closer look at what 365Jobs4U is
really offering.
By now many people have learned how to spot the warning signs of a bogus data
entry job offer. It's simple; these scammers take the most liberal
interpretation of the term "Data Entry," allowing it to include practically any
exercise that involves typing and a computer.
The most common manifestation of this is selling Google AdWords and Affiliate
Marketing programs as legitimate data entry work. They'll have you believe
that buying and writing ads for products you're selling constitutes a
traditional data entry job.
...So is www.365Jobs4U.com the Real Deal or Just a Scam Like
the Rest?
365Jobs4U.com is a division of Global Info Service a large international
company based out of India. This company heads a number of websites
similar to 365Jobs4U and cater to customers all over the world.
Upon Initial review the website does not appear to have the makings of a
scam. Yes they do require an upfront fee from customers but they actually
do provide data entry assignments. They have a variety of article writing,
data entry, and copy and paste jobs available.
...So What's the Catch?
The catch is that when it comes time for them to pay you for your work
www.365Jobs4U.com will leave you high and dry. There are literally
thousands of complaints online from people who spent months working for this
company without being paid a single cent.
In fact it appears that the work they give you is simply meant to distract
you until your refund period runs out. Then you're left without
anything to show for your hard work and are past their legal time frame to
request a refund.
Since 365Jobs4U is based out of India there is little that folks here in the
States can do to punish these criminals. Likewise, their Indian customers
face the same predicament as they don't have the same consumer protection
services as we do to shut this company down.
I've seen many scams in my day but this one definitely takes the cake, it's
bad enough to take people's money for a bogus product. But to have people
waste their precious time working months without pay is on a whole new level of
evil.
I urge you to stay away from this company and save yourself the heartache...
Are There Any Legitimate Work At Home Programs...?
I spent the last 3 years researching literally hundreds of work at home
businesses and opportunities. Their costs ranged from only a few dollars
to hundreds and even thousands of dollars to start. Almost without
exception they were downright scams offering only unrealistic earnings claims
with the
odds of making an actual living stacked high against you.
Eventually I came to find what I consider to be the best online job out
there, and one I still use it to this day to make a great living from home.
This opportunity costs nothing upfront and gives you the ability to make money
within an hour of starting. If you want to know more just let me know
where to send you the info Click Here.
Best of Luck,
Steve Albright

Is www.365Jobs4U.com a Scam...?
Yes, I paid them for Copy Paste job and as they mentioned on their website its very easy and when I start it was hard to understand and it was like marketing.when I ask them where is the job that I applied on it and to explain how its working.... they sent me a new link.
suddenly I received a termination email that they canceled my account because I am not working on it.
I sent them many times after that and there is no any answer from them.
so I am scammed.

Hi ,
I worked with 365jobsforu.com for over 2 months and when I sent them an e-mail since I did not get the cheque as expected , was told that wld get paid on the 22 nd of nxt month.
Well continued working then suddenly one day I was unable to log in for a couple of days the message displayed said there was some on going functionality ,have been sending them e-mails., got no replies since then .
How come the technical problem has yet not been rectified ,it has been almost 4-5 months now ,have tried everything but in vain .
Just a small piece of advice for all you friends beware and please do not register with them at all . The no. of people who have been cheated is unlimited . It's a great pain to lose your hard money that way .
Lets all of us join together & try some way of suing them .
My sympathies to all who hve been ditched ,
GOD BLESS ALL

I would like to alert the peopel who are wishing to earn money from home. The site 365jobs4u.com is a big scam.as rightly said and experienced by various people here. This site don't pay for your work. They have given big details of contacting to US,Canada and UK but when you dial those numbers most of the numbers don't answer. They will not even reply properly to your queries. All references given on sites are seem to be bogus. This site is a big fraud and the net auditors should take action against them.I took membership for online typing and submitted around 900 files but they neither paid for that nor replying my queries.Do not register with this site.

I signed up with them Nov. 3 2008 for the online data entry beginners, which was all medical typing. I worked my butt off to get more than the minimum done. I NEVER received a email saying I was or wasn't getting paid, i waited until after the 22nd and of course by then thier site went down. When the site came back up I could not log in and was told by Erika on live chat that I would need a new username and password, contact customer service, which I have called left messages and emailed and have not been sent anything, and never heard about getting paid after many requests. They are a total SCAM

Well add another victim to your list , am so sorry to hear all of your stories here i was thinking i was the only person scammed out of 55$ and over a months worth of work & time ,1st they took almost 3 weeks to send me my account & login details after i payed, i had to send them angry emails & threaten to have my credit card company claim my fee back as a refund 4 them to finally respond , then when i did way more assignments than their bare minimum with meticulous attention to not make typing errors they stopped replying, am not a professional typist or stenographer so obviously it took me about 5 to 7 hours a day to do about 25 assignments but i did it because god knows these are tough economic times & this data typist gig seemed so legitimate however after about 750 assignments & a month and a half of being glued to a computer typing & no response this has got to be the most dishonest, treacherous & disgusting scam i have ever come across , its 1 thing to lose 55$ or a lil more in a... read more»

(continuation..)
The second week of the March I was excited to receive a good remuneration hoping that it would be as thick as $4000 as they promise in their website but instead of payment they sent an email stating the termination of my account.
I was shocked! I almost became unproductive to my 8-5 hours office work, forgot about writing just to focus on 365jobs4u task and yet they never pay me single cents for the job well done.
Now that I have found other people sentiments against that website I just want to INFORM ALL OF YOU THAT THEY HAVE NEW WEBSITE IN OPERATION USING THE SAME FEATURES AND TECHNIQUES:

A shameful experience against 365jobs4u.com!
I was being addicted in writing sponsored/paid articles since June 2007 generating more than $1000/month from various online job provider until accidentally discovered that "devilicious" website which i thought would be a generous company of providing good pay in exchange of the quality work rendered.
At the start I joined as a GLOBAL AD POSTER, posting ads to different free classified ads, I worked so hard for 1 month which almost lessen my time in my previous writing jobs. After a month I joined in ONLINE DATA ENTRY, pay $55 as membership fee for I thought (for the second time) that the job is more convenient to me.
The second week of February which suppose to be the period of payment release I received check from the company with amazing amount of Rs 1032 far enough from what I expected of $1000+. I emailed them for few times requesting for the full payment and exchange of check for I can't use it in the Philippines; no banks he... read more»

I had problems registering, but when I finally got through everything seem to be be going according to what I read on the website: 'www.365Jobs4U.com'.
After I registered I was sent; an ID#, a password, the Server with the work to be done, deadline dates for payment and even an email address for payment queries. When all the payment dates had past and NO payment was made, I knew there was no hope of getting paid!!!There were early signs, but I just did'nt pay much attention to them!
I tried to call all the contact numbers on the website but they just keep on ringing!! I sent several emails, but there was no response! I also observed NEW Opportunities appearing on the website! I was also not able to open up the Server which I was given with the work!!!
This just goes down as, another learning experience for me and also for others who are thinking about going in the same direction!
Beware of signs of SCAMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

365jobs4u.com is not customer friendly, there is no response for the query, what they say in their FAQ (13) of website :Is there any type of accuracy going to be counted, for Ad Posting? No. You will get all the ready made Ads, all you have to copy it and paste in the posting Box .This is lie from my experience. What they say in introduction of website for ad posting ‘ There is no hidden rules or regulations here, you will be paid for your hard work’is cheating. They pay not for the work is my experince. They don't clarify or rectify the issues addresed by the client. Now they have changed addresses in the new settings. So be aware of the problems people have experinced. If they are true let them correct .....

I registered with 365jobs4u and worked hard for 45 days. At the end, i was not paid. It is even painful that i made two other people to register with them. One through a bank and the other through visa card.
I know i cannot take them to court because they are not in my country but I am prepared to spread the word for people to run away from them

Hi! I have experienced the same. I paid $55 registration fee for online typing job. I worked for almost two months. I did follow up on my payments but all for nothing. Chats and emails...nothing. Their email addresses are not even working. Too bad people. Criminals. Someday, you'll be in jail.

I totally agree....but they changed the way to do it now. I just apply in october in data online. I did pay they amount of 99$ which turned 124$US. I did all the assignments asked which was 1500 minimum for the month. 3 weeks after, I lost my mom but still keep on doing my job to don't be excluded and get paid for all the job done. By the end, just before I got my 1500 assignments, like every time after submitting my work, they send me "success report" but I didn't get the last 37 done in my email so I can' t proove I did it.......but I did.....even if I was crying and didn't sleep for 3 days to catch up after putting the death of my mom.
It's not even about money I lost....which is a lot if you figured out how many people paid 124$, its about time and energy just to be able to survive in this life. If you don't delete your cookie like they ask you to do before you start working, you will realise you get most of the time, the same assignment with the same number file. Hopefully, they ... read more»

I worked for them for 2 months, they owe me over $3,600. They also locked me out of their server. I finally got a response from them when i emailed them with an attachment from their bank they have listed on their website. The bank requested all their bank account infor, which I happily sent them. When i email 365jobs with this, they finally emailed me back, i think they were mad but too bad. I have filed complaints with the fcc, bbb, office of fair trading etc, i think we all should file a class action lawsuit against them, and we should sue for the money they owe us and for all the time wasted doing their bogus jobs.

i have just joined 365jobs4u.com
in their so called copy paste jobs which is literaly a pay per post job.
according to them each post is $1 for international members and Rs.50 for Indian members.
but i joined it and worked there for a month and got my payment which was just $3 but the credit outstanding in my account was $200.
and they said in my account that im working perfectly as a copy paste member but in the letter they gave along with the cheque payment of $3 it was said that i was not a good copy paste member.
and now if i try logging into the site it says you
are forbidden to access this site from this server.
and if i contact them through email or telephone there is no response.
so guys pls watch out there.
