I am still taking action by reviewing sites, company profiles, and mentor advice. My safest suggestion is to take your time and be smart by reviewing and conducting backgrounds on any and all companies and individuals.

I say this because I have read through some negative reviews that are vague and questionable. If you are not sure about a site or business go on the and do a search. Then, go on the major search engines and type the site or business name and at the end of the name type review. Consult with people you may know that hay some knowledge in these industries.

Nothing is free in life and if you stay the course and work hard you can achieve results. If you fail that is a leaning experience to get up and keep running. Being truly successful is not easy. If so then, everyone would be successful.

I own and operate a home improvement business and I took a leap of faith because I wanted to be in control my time. Now I am aiming for being more financially free.

This is interesting! The majority of the complaints are in reference to “refunds”. I am taking my time to go through the training and following the steps and I’ve found a motivated seller already. After spending 20+ years in the military, I’ve heard and seen all sorts of bad comments about serving in the military from former soldiers, family members, etc. All I can say is that it isn’t for everyone. Just because one person is successful in it, doesn’t mean everyone will be. However, if you haven’t put forth the effort, you can’t say it’s a broken system. I am NOT taking Freedom Soft’s side, they have people on their payroll to do that (lol). All I’m saying is in order for it to be a “scam”, you have to prove that the system doesn’t work AT ALL. If it’s about a refund, that doesn’t make the system a “scam”, it just mean they have poor “customer service” (sort of like Wal-Mart). Go to your “Attorney General”, Consumer Affairs, or whatever agency you so desire to get your refund. To be honest, you have to approach this like an actual business. Meaning you may need the assistance of others to help make your business more successful. I would always tell my soldiers “before I teach you the short-cuts, I’m going to teach you the proper way”.

My complaint(s): When searching for cash buyers, the most recent ones are from 2013 and older (it’s 2016 Freedom Soft) in my state, even after using the “Advance Search”(I’ve searched EVERY county in my state) ; Microsoft MapPoint was discontinued as of 2014 (Windows 10 wasn’t out yet and may not be compatible with older MapPoint software), so maybe they could utilize a different system and update their training material; No money means NO MONEY, so maybe they could stop advertising stating that you won’t need ANY money. That’s only a suggestion. You can’t say “no money” then have a follow on sentence stating for a “small fee, fraction of the cost, etc”. It’s misleading and there’s no way to convince anyone otherwise.

That’s about all I can think of at the moment. I’m actually working on my first deal and I may be able to make $5k-$10k. Just following the steps (except for Microsoft MapPoint.Lol). I wish EVERYONE the VERY BEST!

For those of you who are having a hard time receiving your refund, file a complaint with your credit card company. They will often give you an immediate, though pending credit, and after they have investigated will make the credit permanent. Be sure to give them a copy of the 30 day money back guarantee, along with the date you signed up and a copy of your email canceling and requesting a full refund – and any other pertinent info. The credit card companies don’t like their customers getting ripped off, and will pursue the issue on your behalf.

Oh, and for all of you who have gotten stung – thank you for posting! You saved me from making the same mistake, and I appreciate that. If more consumers like you, would take the time to post like this, maybe fewer bullshit “opportunities” would reside on the Internet.

    Where are the legit opportunities???!!!

Its to early to tell if its good or bad. I have just started to watch and do as they say. So far it seems to be correct and innovative way to process leads. As far as the material about figuring out the mathematics of making the deals ,all rings correct. It is a little hard to follow the person doing the step by step presentation, But if you watch it a couple of times you will get it. As far as the comments here all sound like people that weren’t listening when he said .Give it a try for 197 and you can request refund for thirty days So that means they charge you then if you don’t like then request refund. Still to early for me to tell. If this is a scam then it is a very well thought out that provides many great thoughts and good advise. Anyone ever notice that people love to give bad reviews

You are so right sir People who have no idea of what or how to do something like this. Then they dont read dont pay attention and what is really bad is they dont learn… Every software and every company has something to teach you and for those like myself I learn how to get what I need so I dont have to sign up with someone else and then spend my time complaining like some of these losers.
My advice spend more time using the program and studying it instead of promoting yourself to a “hater on social media” which pays you nothing.

Your probably on welfare and gripping about the amount you get from the government.

I AM NOT sticking up for this company. Don’t know much about them but to call them crooks the way you have is totally wrong if its JUST BECAUSE THEY OWN A BUSINESS. How ignorant is your statement…..completely ignorant!!!!!! I deserve what I get because I have been alive long enough to know better and I let them play me like that! Well no since in crying over spilled milk. Time to get back to work making money the old fashion way. If my skeptic side is right? I just donated enough money for someone to take very nice vacation? Oh well. Take it real slow when you deal with these dudes, don’t use your personal cards with them, use a prepaid Walmart card with a limited amount of funds on it so if you don’t wish to have there service then you can just not put anymore money on the card!

It’s not really about the money rolling in. Everyone knows it takes time and hard work. I just didn’t need the product at this point. I signed up for a test drive, specifically because of the hundreds of promises of hassle free refunds. I probably would have went back later. I will never deal with this guy again. I don’t even think it’s a lot of money. It’s just that they are dishonest.

How long did you work with them? They give 30 days which raised the red flag when they began to talk about how the money will roll in 2 or 3 months later. There is a way to get your money back if your matter is less than 3 years old. Did you use a major credit or debit card to make the transaction? If so, you should have got the card involved. Sorry you got ripped off and try to get your money back.

So much for the guarantee!!! 1 week after I received the software package, I sent an email to request the return of my $97 payment as this wasn’t for me. I had a call from some guy in Arizona who said I should watch the video by the owners that he would send and he would call me 2 days later. I never received anything nor did I get a call. I have sent 2 emails to respectfully request a refund as per their so-called guarantee and no replies. Today I got charged another $97 which prompted another email. I will not only call my VISA card holder to deny this payment and future ones but I will also cal Freedomsoft to request the return of the 2 $97 payments. My experience with this is company leaves me to believe that they are less than honest or at the very least have incompetent billing department. An EXTREMELY dissatisfied customer.

I went through the entire whiteboard video sales page and read the earnings disclaimers and caught a few interesting facts. First, all of the testimonials provided had their purchase refunded in exchange for leaving their “glowing’ testimonial. Well at least it’s acknowledged in the disclaimer BUT…in the sales video he claims these successful buyers paid $3k and $197/mo, in all actuality, they were offered a “review” copy (free program) upfront if they spoke highly of the product. Next, the earnings disclaimer says, among other things, that “availability to financing” can be a factor in your success and if that is an issue (ie no/bad credit), “then no earnings can and should be expected”. Only problem is that his sales page claims that no credit is required to make this work. I won’t go so far as to claim this is a scam, but I will say that many red flags have been raised! Buyer beware.

I know many have had bad experiences with freedomsoft, Here are some pointers for future purchases:

1: If the website you go to doesnt have a phone number or contact email to reach them, dont buy? freedomsoft doesnt have a way to reach them.

2: If they dont have multiple ways to buy, meaning not just credit card, how about have paypal, people feel safe about paypal. When you give out your CC, they are in control and can scam charge you all day long, dont buy if you dont see that paypal button.

3: When the owner doesnt give a crap about you, wont return your emails, or maybe you reached to him via social media and he just dont care, in this case Preston Ely, red flag! Dont buy his shit..

4: If his software was so damn good with millions of buyers and sellers and everything is automated, why would he sell it to you?

Wouldn’t it make more sense for him to use it and make a gazillion dollars? RED FLAG, Dont buy that crap! He’s making money from all you suckers giving him money, he aint no real estate mogul man…

I have used the Freedom soft program for years and it has made my life incredibly easy. That’s the point of it! It’s not going to get your deals for you you have to do that for your self. As for the gentleman who stated he could not find a “cash buyer” he should give it up be cause that’s the easiest part. Plenty to go around for everyone sellers/ buyers that is. Like Joe Dirt said ” you cant have no in your heart”

    Mike says:
    March 23rd, 2014 at 5:43 am

It says it does get the deals for you, it says it’s as easy and matching people up with deals on a list that is already provided. It says all you do is sit around doing that and you make money. Just like that. The ad to get you to send the dough is what Ia m referring to.

The emails pour in to my email box all the time from Preston. So what you are saying is that ad is not true. that’s is what i am gathering.

It actually says in my emails “DO YOU WANT A JOB” ” Mike I have a job for you” Just like that. This is not true however. He has something to sell to me whether I regret it or not.

You know what is real funny? I have lived in places in the USA where you just walk up into the court house, ask the court clerk for a list of houses in that county that no one has paid the Taxes on, pay the fee for the printing of the list (Never over 5.00 ) and Poof! Go pick a house. I have seen the houses listed from 900.00 to 13,000.00 – fair market price much higher, sometimes upwards of 130K

I have also lived and live in a place that if you try that, they laugh and ask you what the hell you are thinking.

pretty weird how it all works. I don’t think there is a class, school, or DVD that a person can buy to get it all straight.

This message is a really a question to John S @ Freedom Soft, who’s only response to the 99% of bad reviews is to say geez, I’m sorry we really care about customer service.

As someone who was considering purchasing, but is now very skeptical after reading all these burned people, what can you promise that this software will do for me. Can you guarantee that I will make money if I follow your plan? Anyone who knows real estate knows that there is no such thing as easy or guaranteed when it comes to this business. If you disagree and that this software is that much of a game changer, please let me know. Otherwise, I will chalk this one up with the many hundreds of other BS investment products (sans the late night infomercial and women on boats, sportscars, etc.)

These people charged my card $197 claiming I signed up for a 30 day trial with the understanding that they would do so. I have no recollection of this, never accessed the program, and would not knowingly have signed up for something this expensive.

It is about 10 days after the refund period for the program they say I signed up for, and they are refusing to refund my $197 even though I never went through the sign up process. Scam!

This was the most misleading offer I was ever offered. Freedomsoft claimed that it would supply the money to buy your deals with a fee attached. After all the hours and hours spent learning the software and finding a deal you are ready to move forward. Their first question was “Who is going to buy it from you” The deal was a good one but getting a motovated buyer??? Good luck with that. How can thousands of people all get their own list of motovated buyers and not step on each others toes. It all went south. This process was never mentioned before they take your money.

Also I attended the Freedomsoft Event in San Diego in 2010 or should I say Freedomsoft/Pitchfest. I don’t need to travel all accross the country to hear another high pressure pitch. Folks if you want to make it in business, you must have something of value to offer that no one or hardly no one else can offer. These days of high unemployment, that is what ALL people are doing….. Sitting in front of the computer hoping to make it big. I will never get sucked in again!

I just discovered that a company called Freedom on my checking statement was removing money from my acct. As I started the search I discovered that the company first removed $35.00 on 2/1/12, then on 2/2/12 I had two withdraws from my acct. from this company one for $196.00 then right after that, on the same day $197.00 then from there every month after that $97.00 all the way up until I discovered they were going into my acct. I tried to call them by the number on my statement as I was told to do, but the number was no longer in service. I did this last thursday, and Friday thru the weekend 11/24/12 (sun)I finally found a workable number after I found the two $196, and $197 withdraws on the 2nd of Feb. this year, for some reason the other phone numbers I found on Freedom Soft was not in service, but this one on the 2nd of Feb was workable, so I called, and explained to the lady on the other end, by first asking who they were and what they did, but she seemed like she was confused so I asked her to check her records on me, because I had no clue of who they were or how the recieved my information, then asked if she would call me back once she did some investigating on how they recieved my info, but she has to this day not called me back. My next step is to get the fraud inspectors at the bank to investigate and to see if I would get my money back, because I have Never recieved anything from this company.

To use Freedomsoft successfully you will need to spend a good amount of time to understand what the system can do for you. You will need to watch all videos, some more than once. It is hands-on intensive and if you do not have the time, this may not be a good fit for you. Plan on spending about 1-3 weeks to get comfortable with the capabilities. You will still need to do your own research and get on the phone.

To make it work, you must make it work. Customer support in US based and they speak English.

If you are just beginning this is not for you. It is not get rich over night, and not for technology challenged investors.

I was considering buying into this program but all the negatives below is holding me back.

Monthly fee is reasonable if this software does what it is said on review YouTube, it sounded like virtual secretary. If so, I don’t think the charge is un-reasonable. However, there are big problem with mobile home purchase. If you contracted one or few of these homes and you are not able to turn it around, what do you do with that normally high space rent? The holding fee will wipe out whatever profit expected. Thanks in advance for your input.

I use it religiously everyday for my real estate business. I now make about $12,000 per month using FreedomSoft by working about 3 files a month. It is a lot easier than you think. This system is not a practical means to make money. Why? because this information is already out there and available to you through any knowledgeable real estate agent who deals in foreclosures in your area. If you do not want to go through an agent, check one of the foreclosure sites – RealtyTrac, Foreclosure Radar, etc., who offer memberships for a small fraction of freedomsoft’s monthly fee. His product is just a way to take readily available information, market it as something more, and make a lot of money off subscribers.

    Andy says:
    July 16th, 2012 at 10:13 pm

Some of the other reviews below have legitimate complaints. This person however has obviously not used it. The primary functionality of the software is not the foreclosure leads. Obviously if all you want is leads, you can find cheaper ways to get those. The benefit of Freedomsoft is primarily as a Real Estate friendly CRM software that integrates seller and buyer leads (in my opinion, not really top notch seller leads, but the cash buyer leads are really helpful). See my review above for more.

Software seems to be working fine, their customer support is U.S. based so that makes it easy to communicate if I have a question, otherwise no problems on my end. I think the misconception is that that people think because they buy it they don’t have to put in any effort, you still have to do some work to make profit.

I recently ventured into the internet marketing world, and I’ve joined several programs that didn’t deliver their promises but because of the 30 or 60 day money back guarantee I’ve always managed to get my money back. But in late January I signed up for FreedomSoft who also promised a 30 day money back guarantee and I canceled within one week.I didn’t get a refund but they charged an additional $97 on my credit card, and when I contacted customer service I was told that I signed a non-refundable mentoring fee. This is the absolute biggest Scam ever!!

When I tried to cancel the system was down, the customer service impotent. Once you update the Card info on Freedomsoft, they will not be able to charge you anything. That’s what I did…..and it works!!! everytime on those free trial scams!

It was a big upfront cost that did not deliver for Canada. It was all hype that did not work for me and my location. They hyped the software release, got the initial suckers to pay the freight and then offered it for cheap to the rest of the world. With the huge upfront costs I incurred, then they wanted to charge a monthly fee. Now that I don’t pay the fee I can’t use the software. Be careful of software that you can not install on your own computer and use.
