Work at Home Customer Service Jobs
These jobs generally require a computer, a headset, and a quiet place to work. Background noises such as children, music, television or pets is generally not tolerated. Almost all companies require that you have a fast internet connection such as DSL/Cable.
Here are a few quick tips if you're trying to figure out if a work from home call center job is right for you. You should have a pleasant phone voice as you will be dealing with all kinds of customers who may be happy, sad, or furious. You should feel comfortable in handling any and all situations that arise.
You should also be able to type and carry on a conversation at the same time. While experience is not always necessary, it certainly helps when you are competing against alot of home workers looking to get the same job as you are.
