Wizetrade Reviews
Legit or Scam?
The Wizetrade software is a tool created
by George Thompson and GlobalTec Solutions.
Wizetrade touts itself as a complete stock
training program. Wizetrade makes an effort
to simplify stock trading with their
patented red light green light analysis of
stocks.
Wizetrade also advertises the ability to:
review a number of stocks at once, find
active stocks, execute stock projections,
report buy and sell points for stocks, and
offer support.
GlobalTec Solutions advertises
Wizetrade's software through late night
infomercials and at local hotel seminars.
Throughout their promotion of the software
they make a lot of claims that are hard to
factually support.
Many detractors of Wizetrade accuse it of providing
a false sense of security to new traders.
Many aren’t experienced enough to know when
it’s not smart to follow the green light
indicators.
There have also been many negative
Wizetrade reviews posted by past customers
throughout various stock trading websites.
Allegations range from withholding refunds
to using their employees to make up positive
reviews of the Wizetrade software.
In general many accuse Wizetrade of being a scam because they entice
inexperienced traders with promises of an
accurate and automated stock picking system.
In reality customers are left on their
own to learn the realities of the stock
market, usually after it's already too late
and they have suffered serious losses.
You have to realize that there is no
shortcut to succeeding in the stock market. As an investor you still have to do your homework. It's up to you to learn
as much as you can through a variety of
resources in order to understand the big
picture of trading.
One great tool that I personally recommend is Trend TV where you can view educational training videos from some the world's top analysts.
This is the type of information you'll get at seminars where a seat could cost thousands of dollars.
It's surprising that most people don't know about such a great resource that
thousands of traders are using every day to improve their trading skills. Click Here For More Info.

rays mn | 1:22pm on December 9th, 2011 | guppy moving averages will give you the same analysis with a volume bar for free with different trading software its just another tool in your golf bag, be careful no one can predict the market or a stock, its follow the leader or who thinks he is the leader and get out before anyone else does
does wizetrade work yeah its alright, but it doesn't replace long term knowledge of how the markets work |
Steviebeef Florida | 11:32am on November 8th, 2011 | This is a trend following system that suggests signals based on a "pull back and go" trigger.
Worthless at best. Lots of window dressing--no substance.

Eugene NJ | 11:29pm on August 28th, 2011 | Do not waist your money on this product. I have been trading for the last 15 years and Wizetrade is an absolute worst trading Black Box platform i have ever bought. What you get with Wizetrade you can get for free virtually with any brokerage account you open. It is a double smoothed Exponential Moving Average over the volume, for Forex they don't even use the volume, if you do not know what this means run - run as fast as you can before you lose. You need a good trade management strategy that will properly size you position as well as solid exit strategy, that will not let you run deep into the loses and allow you take timely profits, which Wizetrade simply don't have. Besides this tool is absolutely useless in a choppy market and it's a recipe for disaster.
One more piece of advice good platform is never for sale - just remember that, if it works the owner does not need to sell it, as most seasoned traders know after a while you have got to adjust your system if large number of users use it – it starts to fail so you have to be constantly on the lookout.
Hope this helps. |
b tampa, fl | 6:49pm on August 27th, 2011 | I have 4x madeeasy and never use it and haven't for years. I didn't do well with it when I did use it, but it does work; meaning the software plots the market as it's programmed to do, but likely not any better than any other indicator that comes standard on most free platforms and charting packages. As an example, set up a standard MACD and stretch it to take up the whole screen... blocking out the price action. Many times it's very much the same or similar as the wizetrade/4xmadeeasy programs plus it's free. And you get to use all the tools available if you wish. The buying and selling "pressure" and "millions of calculations a second" is complete bull. It use to and may still run on an eSignal feed. There's no magic information in the feed that everyone else doesn't have. Ask eSignal. Each interval in every time frame has the same information as a candle stick or bar chart. There really is no other information as volume in the traditional sense is not provided in spot forex and should be the same as you would get in stocks.
However, you may be someone that the software does speak to. A small percentage of people seem to do well with it; some very well. They should have accurate figures by now on percentage of successful users but I doubt they'll provide them. If the percentage was high, they'd be using it in their marketing you can be sure.
However, here's the kicker; even if you do well with it, it is still extremely expensive to run. From a business perspective you're putting yourself that much further behind the eight ball by starting out with higher expenses. I know of more than a few people that did do well with the software but weened themselves off of it because they eventually learned how to trade better with conventional charting and consequently brought their expenses down that much more.
If I could, I would run my 4x madeeasy now to compare it to what I'm reading on my charts, but I can't because I'd have to pay them for the privilege... even though I was told I had updates for life. Bait & switch...it's a way of life for some. |
Zane Dallas | 8:17am on July 22nd, 2011 | Waste of money! Listen to the Webinars and lose every time I try one of their pop n drop strategies. I'm in desperate need of getting my 10"s of thousands lost. Product is worthless!!! |
Laughing like crazy California | 1:32pm on June 23rd, 2011 | Everyone on here is a liar, if you are posting shining reviews they are probably fake and if you are bashing the program you are just angry because you lost $. |
Rich M Phoenix | 1:45pm on May 24th, 2011 | I would rate their product from Good to Excellent. Although be very careful about spending your $$ for the "Coaching Sessions" they offer. For me, the Coaching was a joke. The coaches didn't call in on the set schedules, would rush through the course and move on. When I inquired about being dissatisfied and getting a refund, they had every excuse in the book. I never got the Coaching, nor did I ever get a refund. I hope they enjoyed my $$! |
David Russell So. Cal. | 1:42pm on May 6th, 2011 | DO NOT GIVE WIZETRADE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!! I did and it was a HUGE mistake. Even after that credit card expired they continued to charge the new card after I denied them permission to do so and they refuse to refund. |
Tom Sandars Los Angeles | 9:59pm on March 28th, 2011 | Like many have said before this software is built on moving averages. Moving averages are FREE but wizetrade and 4xmadeeasy cost 4k each! Do you really want to pay 4k for something that is free? Unfortunately I bought this program when I was 20 years old, thank god I traded small before I realized Wizetrade is worthless. I love these fake reviews talking about how easy it is to make money with wizetrade if you just take your time. Do you really want to spend 4k on trading software when you can learn about trading for free and learn much more than wizetrade could ever teach you? Everything you need to learn to trade is FREE remember that and you will save yourself and your pocket book a lot of pain. |
peter dallas | 8:58pm on March 16th, 2011 | better to donate the $3,000. I lost money. If you check google you can get free software, better than this one. |
billy queens | 5:17pm on March 1st, 2011 | at the seminar they make it sound like u dont have to have any stock exp.when you get it home then they start selling you all this coaching and stuff.the person that called me to sell coaching lessons said to me you pretty much have to know the stock market to understand w/t.what a waste of 4 grand never again |
Wilson Arizona | 12:54am on February 4th, 2011 | Unfortunately, I fell for their presentation and purchased this software. It was a $3,000 mistake on my part, but the way they presented the software during their demonstration, it looked like all you needed to do was read the red and green lights. They even said you only needed to check them once a day, or so. What a crock, because those green lights could change to red and back again in an instant. I'm waiting for them to have another presentation in my area so I can confront these scamsters. But I doubt they are coming back again. They've already fleeced enough people here. |
Fred Seattle | 5:31pm on February 3rd, 2011 | I'm so confused :-)))!!! What I get out of all these posts is! It's a tool, not an EXACT science Yes. It's more than just Green and Red lights YES. It looks like the people that took the time to learn it also, have a good idea or have played the market before. There for have been and are successful at it! It take knowledge in both areas!! Is it expensive along with the monthly fee YES!! Are there other FREE tools in the market YES. Is it smart to use this other free tools along with Wizetrade YES. Have people lost and made money with free tools and personal traders YES. Wizetrade is no Different. Has every body gotten bad customer service NO. Has any one who had bad customer service and or needed more assistance with training?? Recommend changes to the company above the customer service level?? Change starts with YOU. Play, spend and take chances at your comfort level and don't complain cause you don't get it.. :-)) As for me!! I want to make money not give it away. Nothing against Wizedtrade!! Why pay for something that you can get for free unless you want to use it a a back up.. :-))) Now you have the rest of the story. Good Luck!!! |
Bruce Joonie California | 7:14pm on January 6th, 2011 | I have owned/used the Wizetrade for stocks since 2003...Once I study...yes study and truly learned the software and How to read the Charts and knowing the ATR...Daily Average True Range of stocks...and its 52 Weeks highs and lows...I have made a lot of money...I have worked with Computers since 1974 and can tell you there is nothing wrong with Wizetrade for stocks...It has never crashed my PC...I always had my calls returned by the user support...I use a PC windows XP...I gladly paid $3000.00 after going to many of their presentations...I have made a lot more than the cost...Your learning curve and most important your relationship with money is the most important 2 component of yourself to learn about...You Must understand yourself first and then Learn how the charts work and what they are telling you. The professional traders will take off your head and have you for lunch...they dictate the market moves...you must follow their leads and Wizetrade software for stocks will show you the Road...
Sincerley,

Robert La Mirada | 2:02pm on November 22nd, 2010 | After attending a WizeTrade seminar in 2003, I was so impressed with the presentation that I purchased their software; a $3000.00 investment.
The presentation showed how easy it was to make money; you just follow the green or red lights. What they don't show is how the software manipulates and distorts it's graphs, after the fact to make you think it is worthwhile; IT IS NOT!
Just one example: I owned Netflix in 2002. As soon as I got WizeTrade, all of the Netflix arrows were red, indicating a sale, so I sold it. That error cost me over $100,000, because Netflix since that sale has split 2 for 1 and is now trading at $185 per share. All thanks to Wizetrade. It was an expensive lesson for me.
One word of advice. If you go to a presentation where you can't ask specific questions; be wary. I learned too late ;) |
K.VILLE California | 2:12pm on November 12th, 2010 | I purchased WizeTrade in 2003 due to the excellent marketing in the infomercial. I convinced a friend to split the cost with the promise that if this program didn't work I would refund her money....needless to say six months later that year she was very happy to receive her 1,600.00 dollars back LOL!!!This program is not for beginners in no way form or fashion. When I called customer service with a question they made me feel very ignorant with condescending tones and chuckles. The box still sits in the top shelf of my closet, each year I look at it I feel even more ashamed than the previous year. I guess the message here is, If you are a would be trader please go to a company that advertises in the daylight hours, such as TD Ameritrade, scottrade, ect.
If money could be made with their software that easy, they would charge a whole lot more than what they do!
Think about it....

eric harmon Honolulu | 1:18am on November 12th, 2010 | I have been using and coaching trading using the Wizetrade Options software for almost 5 years. Wizetrade is a trend recognition tool-yet within that trend there will often be a channel. Too often the desire for the software to do the work-this is not so-like expecting a car to do the driving. Dr. Alexander in his book, Trading for a Living defined the 3 M's-Mindset, Methodology, Money Management-consider these like links in a chain and as we have all been taught-a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link. Most would-be traders jump from methodology to methodology-rarely aware that the foundational solution resides in their mindset and how they react under the influence of the market. Good Trading to all. ELH |
Bill Kay Framingham, MA | 2:00pm on April 5th, 2010 | Wizetrad is a trending tool. It is not a predictive tool (that will cost you another few thou). So all you people who made money must have had some other help. The gainers/losers screen today are usually out of date in a week (good for day traders I guess). Anyone who suggests their tech support is great must have an inside line; I cannot get them to return my call, I cannot contact them via the software, which has changed). Not a very good service, and am looking to get out. |
NCR California | 4:12pm on March 9th, 2010 | To those considering wizetrade forex:
Please take the time to read the posts below from Black Panther, Tony R, & Ripped off by 4xmadeeasy. I'm a programmer and have tried wizetrade forex and I can relate 100% with their messages. Technically,What Mr Tony R posted is correct. It's coded in visual basic language and very bloated. There are other more effective and higher performing trading charts available (and usually free) What wizetrade simply offers is an active chart that features moving averages. It's nothing new and many brokers provide such platforms including meta trader4, among others, that feature moving averages and much more...for free. Do your due diligence |
ripped off by 4xmadeeasy california | 9:56pm on March 6th, 2010 | wizetrade forex is nothing but moving averages. Meta Trader offers that for free. And Meta Trader is programmable and allows historical replays of market activities. $99 for wizetrade's moving averages is INSANE. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY !! |
