Winning in the Cash Flow
Business Reviews

Winning in the cash flow business is a program developed by Russ Dalbey that he sells for $140. The program's goal is to teach people how to become investors by way of brokering cash flow notes through his network, called America’s Note Network.

For those who don't know, Cash flow notes are promissory notes used in unique cases like lottery winnings, settlement payments, private mortgages, and other instances where lump sum payments are distributed over a series of long term payments. If you buy this course you'll be trained in locating and negotiating with people holding these notes.

According to the Winning in the Cash Flow Business your profit occurs when you find a note holder and successfully convince them to sell you their cash flow note for a lump sum. Essentially you're replace their monthly payments for a discounted one time payment made by you.

You then have to resell the promissory note to someone in the market for a long term investment. Your net profit will be the difference in the bought and sold price of the note.

Russ Dalbey’s sales team has been accused of being very aggresive. Within days of purchasing the program, many customers report recieving unsolicited telemarketing calls from his representatives offering additional mentoring programs, leads, and other costly up-sells.

Some of the stuff that Russ Dalbey’s organization tries to sell seems questionable. For example, a bimonthly e-Zine for around $125, a collection of 50 management documents for around $200, a special calculator, and more.

The whole nature of this business is very disorganized and frantic, between his sales teams' constant supplemental offers and the difficult task of actually tracking and negotiating with elusive note holders, most people report not being able to make a sustainable income using the winning in the cash flow business.

Fell for the Bait...
I bought Winning in the cash flow materials thinking that it would be something that I could learn to do and make money with it. But the course is just the bait, you dont get enough training or info to know what your doing. The people from ANN immediately started calling offering more materials and ebooks. They tried to talk me into getting the website as well. And every time I call for help they just offer a $2,000 mentoring program. After all is said and done I still do not have a successful note business.
