Winning in the
cash flow business is a program
developed by
Russ Dalbey that he sells for
$140. The program's goal is to teach people
how to become investors by way of brokering
cash flow notes. The system through which
all this is done is called
America’s Note
Network.
Winning in the cash flow business focuses
on acquiring cash flow notes. Cash flow
notes are promissory notes used in unique
cases like lottery winnings, settlement
payments, private mortgages, and other
things of this nature. If you buy this
course you will be trained how to negotiate
with people holding these types of notes.
According to Winning in the cash flow
business the profit occurs when you
locate one of these people and successfully
convince them to sell you their cash flow
note for a lump sum. Essentially you will
replace their monthly payments for a
discounted one time payment made by you.
Then you have to resell the promissory
note to someone in the market for a long
term investment. Your net profit will be the
difference in the bought and sold price of
the note.
It’s relatively simple until you throw in
Russ Dalbey’s aggressive sales team into the
mix. Within days of purchasing the program I
received calls from his representatives
offering me the sale of mentoring programs,
leads, and other up-sells.
Some of the stuff that Russ Dalbey’s
organization was trying to sell me was
rather outrageous. For example a bimonthly
e-Zine for around $125, a collection of 50
management documents for around $200, a
special calculator, and more. These
additional Winning in the cash flow business
products are unnecessary extras that they
use to squeeze more money out of you.
The whole nature of this business is very
disorganized and frantic, in addition to his
sales team on the phone offering me their
latest tools and between tracking down and
haggling with the note holders I wasn’t able
to make any money using Winning in the cash
flow business.
I would recommend avoiding Winning in
the cash flow business, this is just one
of those programs that sounds good on paper
but is hard to make a reality. If
you're really interested in making money
using the internet then I would check out my
highest rated online business and the one I
use personally.
I work online with a method where you can
make a great online income from your home
computer whenever you have time.
The best part is it's free to join and I
won't charge you anything for the
information, find out more

Hi, Tried out Russ's course with little success. Like everyone else I was bombarded with phone calls from thier staff and asked to spend even more money. I'm sure there are ways to make this business work, but the information could have been found for free.

So i just saw this on tv and decided to google it. I hate these things. These rich ppl dont understand anything. I work for what i have and im proud of it. My fiance and i provide for our children, not with "easy money" and we are a very happy family. We both had hard childhoods and are showing our children better lives. There tv scams are so full of it but whatever

Not sure. gave the program to the wife. she has a connection and has started it. Not sure if because we are very familar with Real Estate, mortgages, and title that we find it easy to understand. Will let you know if we make any money. I will say they call 6 times a day and tried to get me to become a protege' by shelling out $3000! Brandon I hope you read this......people by these programs to supplement money, not to spend all of their money! by the way I still get 3-4 calls a day, and it has been a month!!!!!!!!
The program from a professional stand point makes sense, the sale of your dreams.....come to Las Vegas and stay for 4 nights, spend a $1000 gambling, eat a very good meal, and have the time of your life for less than $3000!!!!
By the way STOP FREAKING CALLING ME!!!!!!!!!!!

If making money is so easy, why doesn't the company give you the info free and after you make money with it, ask for something in return?

What comes in the mail is information that is not helpful. I am just glad that I didnt spend more than 40 bucks. Oh, and I am so glad that we have people like Rick from California to tell us about "negatives out their" and "scarifice". Oh and I'm glad that your business is "making money know". Oh and "pace on earth" to you too and I wasn't "offended" at all.

Like a dumb ass, I purchased the $39.95 package deal before looking it up on the internet now I'm afraid to even open it up. There are just to many bad reviews about it, and it sounds like a scam think I'll just send it back.

I have read through most of these comments and can understand how some (or all) of you can hate this program. I tried it about 5 years ago and made $2000.00 in a month in a half (I actually would have made $4000.00 but a lady couldnt find her paperwork). I worked for a telemarketing business before so I know how to deal with people calling mad, curious and so on. I went to college and now im back in the mix, starting up. The package Russ gives you is information, just like anything. You dont need mentoring or any of the other stuff. I just say NO. I take the few books (which I bought again to freshen up) and manipulate it to work for me. It's not really Russ's business, he's just trying to make money off of the opportunity. The opportunity would be there whether he sold it or not. I know you can make money. The key is being creative. You can get pissed off and quite or you can look around and see what you can do with the little cash (my case) you have.

I received a "booklet" in the mail yesterday chock full of "success stories." I knew it was probably a scam and your website confirmed it. Thank you. As a sidenote, I am watching Good Morning America, and they had tips on finding legitimate internet work-at-home businesses, and all the real experts say the same thing: if you need to put money upfront for "start-up" costs, it usually is not worth it.****Also, which one of you tricksters is Rick from CA.??? No one could be making money off this dumb note thing and write like that. Rick from CA. reveal yourself!JK. I loved it though. Hilarious!****

I love this man and i want to kiss him. I have made 934,434,321,312 and I only work about 3 minutes a week. It took me a few hours to film this stupid infomercial, imagine the money I lost developing this system. Anyone who even thinks about buying this system is a complete moron.

I bought the Winning in the cash flow material and the 5 grand extra lessons. I Have yet to make a deal. I get a lot of e-mail about success stories but I am not one. I have not put in a lot of time trying to sell notes yet so I should wait another 6 months I guess before making a final judgment funny.
I am going to keep trying since getting my moneys back is a done deal by now. Good Luck all.

I appreciate all of the comments. I was up late last night and of course I am desperate to make some money but am always careful about this kind of stuff. I wrote down the number b4 I fell asleep and this morning I googled it. I like to see what people are saying about the products b4 I buy. It was just as I thought. It seems everyone has been scammed and I appreciate your comments so that I don't make the same mistake. best of luck to you all!

A friend of mine just got scammed by a similar program.
There is no "get rich quick" shortcut no matter what these commercials say. Hard work, research and dedication are required. You don't need to let some slob take advantage of you for you to do any of these things. There is nothing they can offer you or teach you that you can't go out there and learn yourself. There are NO "insider secrets". These advertisements are run at late hours of the night not only because they are cheaper but also because demographics show depressed people and unemployed people watch tv late night. That's why there are so many of these self-improvement stupidities on television. Stop watching and believing these people and do something with your lives.

To "skeptic in spokane" I think you like to hear yourself talk like the politicians on CNN. If you haven't bought into the program no one needs your arrogant comments. I'm a paralegal and I can tell you that the morons running this business obviously don't know what they are doing. You need a good background of real estate to comprehend and run your own business. Also, having legal advice and a CPA on your side helps as well. People get sued over the legalities of this business and Russ and his parasites are trying to convince the general public that they can compete against big corporations and lending institutions in this note business by throwing yourself out there as a third party. Give me a break!

I always thought that I was smart enough to not be taken with such a scam! However, during a time when my family situation changed when my wife became chronically ill, I needed something that would allow me to stay home and take care of her. I bought the course about a year ago, I even spent extra money over $8,000.00 with the promise that I would be given a "personal" coach, who would teach me all about the "secrets" that you couldn't find n the manuals. This personal attention turned out to be nothing more than a con. The class was a joke, yes, they promise a "money back-promise"; but I complained the first chance I got on day one.
I was taken aside, and it was like an auction. "They would say things, "Well, Greg, we don't really give money back for the class, but give you a chance to attend another class in the future." I replied by a firm "No, that is not what the sals person on the phone told me." I continued, "The salesguy made the class sound as if it would be customized to ... read more»

I saw the infomercial and was not impressed. These people should be put in jail for basically scamming people out of their hard earned money, especially during these tough economic times. They are preying on extremely vulnerable people who are having difficulty making ends meet. Really, "all" of these money-making infomercials are bogus.

Thanks for all the reviews people. I didn't buy the program and I won't because I know it's to good to be true. Russ is making his money off selling the program, not using it! Are the top Richest People in the USA on tv telling us how to get rich? Of course not, their keeping it to themselves. Russ is using the economic hard times to prey on people's vulnerability and it's working for him. PEOPLE, DO NOT PAY FOR RUSS'S PROGRAM. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Here's a thought, if we all pooled $39.95 and invested that in savings bonds, we'd be farther ahead.

I'm sure there are "cash flow notes" out there, or there wouldn't be so many TV commercials from businesses advertising to buy them. When there are whole businesses devoted to buying cash flow streams at discounted rates, I don't know why a novice would hope to suddenly get rich doing it. That business preys on people entitled to cash flow streams who are financially desperate, ignorant as to discounting and mortality rates or trying to rip off an elderly relative's income stream. I can't imagine getting much job satisfaction from doing that to people.

I have no intention of slamming any of the people on here however, I have personally made success out of the program. I have also met several of the other success stories. You people need to consider that there is no such thing as a get rich quick scheme, everything in life lucrative or not you must work for. For the people that are complaining about the program not working be honest with yourself and ask if you really gave it 100% or did you give up right after the sales staff contacted you. The note business is very lucrative and IT DOES REQUIRE WORK i.e. I ordered the basic course and a money tree NEVER grew in my backyard. Reality says that Leaders will lead and followers will follow. AGAIN THIS WILL NOT MAKE YOU RICH QUICK but it is a lucrative business assuming you don't throw a tantrum on the first phone call you receive from the sales staff. Best of luck to all.

Recently I Have bought this program and read it and for the negatives out their maybe you did not do you're homework like the rest of the ones. In order for great success their is scarafice. I am a small business owner in took me two year to stand up my business,in order to make the money I make know. And for the college student I believe you did not do you're homework on this.some of these college students think they got it made just when they come out of college and have a B.A. or their A.A degrees but in fact they still don't know sh****t about life. Don't get me wrong you can flip through pages like their is no tomorrow. and take a test and fail. or get a small percentage on their test. I see life sky the limit you put you're time effort you'll get their. Don't lose you're mind of the small sh****t. well anyways pace on giving earth and sorry if i affended any one.

First of all, I am an 18 year old college student, broke, and studying my ass off for my future. It is so annoying to listen to this infomercial on how to get rich quick. People like Russ Dalbey Disgust me. It is crazy that they actually put people on this show that have "made money". People can't be just giving $40 or more for a product that is not even guaranteed to work. I struggle to pay for everything, especially growing up in a middle class family. Nothing is ever easy, And you are forced to live pay check to pay check. That is life for about 95% of Americans. So when I saw this outrageous clam that you can get rich quick, I fantasized for a moment, and wished that this is possible, but quickly came to my senses. I'm poor, I live pay check to pay check, and I can't even afford toilet paper. When someone tells you that they didn't work hard for their money, they're full of s**t. First of all if you cannot write and spell correctly you need to deal with this first.
If someone with a note catches wind of this you are gone.
Nothing is easy but, Russ continually sends me e-mails of success stories. Really sounds great!
He has your money and as said in an earlier thread
if all was great why would he need to sell his story? Russ should just go about his merry way and sell his notes and become a Billionaire. (Whats up with that?)
SOOOO unless Russ can spoon feed me a lead, hold me by the hand and get the note sold then it is too good to be true, Russ will charge thousands to put you in a hotel in Vegas and give you one on one mentoring.
I think it's $3000.00 or something. They tried to sell me that stuff and said I'm not forcing you to buy this but, forcing me you bet your tail. Like 3 grand was 5 cents or something.
Enough with the bull, good luck everyone, although I would really,I mean really like to try it.

"Winning the Cash Flow Business" system should report him to the Better Business Bureau..
I say this because I regularly check the BBB when or if I consider buying any of "scams". And I sure others people check it too..I think he should be put out of business and he will if people stop
falling for and buying his products. If he get enough complaints, maybe he will be investigated.

Two points of interest here:
I’m amused by the correlation between the people belittling this program, and the number of grammatical and spelling errors in their posts. It might just be a chance finding, but perhaps it’s fair to say that a weak intellect begets equally sub-par results. It’s true that you can’t get something for nothing (Newton’s Third Law makes that crystal clear). However, the exchange of time should yield proportionate earnings (in my experience, most people fail because they don’t invest sufficient time said endeavor).
2) In sales, no program can be universally perfect. Depending on your proximate demographics, the sales strategies in negotiating these notes might not work on the people you’re contacting—for whatever reason. People without sales experience should expect a period where their influence in securing these deals will be limited (as you adjust to what works for people in your area). Patience is paramount in anything like this.
After reading all of the comments on about Russ Dalbey I would like to offer this advise, I bought the system too. If an when you ever look at another infomercial and it sounds to good to be true ask them this question,"If I buy this program how much am I going to have to pay total and are you going to keep calling me to buy more stuff.

My father and I purchased the program about 6 months ago, and are somewhat satisfied with the information it gives. First of all it does not promise something for nothing, it says that right on the first page of the book in bold letters, and second there is alot of leg work involved.Get rich quick? I think not, but you can make a decent living at it, and depending on your location even make a promising fortune.
The trick is there isnt always notes in your area, so you must look some distances which makes doing the physical work of tracking these notes down alot harder. Its not all internet, there is alot of visits to county clerks, attourneys, and title offices. So check your area before buying the program, but dont put the program down if you havent tried it, because a note may be in your area and you not know it.

Just saw the infomercial. I consider myself one of the most skeptical people out there and somehow they made it sound so good I decided that I was gonna look into it (as in try to download a copy of it from the internet after reading some reviews, I would never buy it! ) .. however, two things made me very skeptical and anyone who is reasonable should have realized:
1) If this program makes you so rich why does this guy need to charge us $39 for it? If he is so alturistic and there is enough to go around why wouldnt he just put it on the internet for free for everyone to find it??
2) Why isnt everyone in America rich if this works and it's so easy? new would spread like wildfire .. think about it you would rush to tell your family, friends . . anyone you cared for all about it . . . Its hilarious how ridiculous this is. . .

Ok, after watching the ridiculous infomercial and reading these reviews, there are just a couple of thoughts to point out.
1. If it's too good to be true, it is.
2. You can't get something for nothing.
3. If it was truly as easy and lucritive as they say, don't you think everyone would be doing it?
4. Have you ever heard of one of these get rich quick or pyramid scams actually being legitimate?
5. As P.T. Barnum once said, "There is a sucker born every minute."

I was called 2 days after receiving my package. I told them I didn't have money, my husband had just died and I was putting in an app to Nordstrom. She said forget Nordstrom, they only pay $8/hr. I worked for them 14 yrs ago and was paid $9.35 (well above minimum wage at the time) plus commission. She told me I wouldn't make more than $2500/mo. I know that's no true by a long shot. She asked wouldn't I rather start working towards my future. My husband was in the hospital for 18/mos and I was down to the last dollar in the savings account when he died. I am going to get a lump sum of $500 and my ins cancelled from his retirement. His VA disability I'll get $1091/mo. There were some other sources that all ended with his death. I am going from an income of $7500/mo to $1091. I'm 59yrs old & need to be practical, not taking big risks with the last of my money. I need a job for money and benefits. I know I will be losing my home and this woman is telling me to just walk away... read more»

Boy oh Boy. Thank you so much. There should be a law about Blue Collar Wolves. I was just about to order his (Russ) program. I guess his beautiful new letter will go home. IN THE TRASH.. Remember "read between the lines." Do some research. I don't think these people are lying..

I really can't rate this program, but I too almost bought into it. I have been caught up in a lot of scams and learned to check with the BBB before spending any money. They have a "C" rating so I was very sceptical. Then I decided to check Google and found this site. I am so glad that I did. First, they said Mr. Dolby was going to give a one time only price rate of $39.00. That was on Wednesday morning at 6:00. I see that there were many other times that he offered his product for this price. Thanks for all the comments. Have a blessed day.

You guys crack me up. Instead of giving this loser (Mr. Dalbey) your money in hopes of getting rich quick and easy. You should use your money to get a college degree, and go out there and get a job. Russ Dalbey wouldn't have a pot to piss in if it weren't for suckers like you guys giving him your money. If this cash flow business did work he would be using the system himself to make money. Instead he's preying on the weak, and selling the same system that should be able to make him millions. Product is clearly a scam wakeup y'all!!!

I was considering buying the program after seeing the infomercial even though I was skeptic. But yes, good samaritans offering these kinds of much guarded business secrets are rare to find. Thank you guys for the posts. I'd rather invest my hard earned money in something more secure.

I just finished watching the infomercial and boy, they make it sound so good that in spite of the fact that I am perfectly aware that there are no good samaritans who will share their wealth for $39.95, I almost called. Then I thought "just for kicks, let me see if I can find reviews on it" I thank you for talking about your experience because that helped me save money, but I'm sorry to hear many of you were scammed out of thousands of dollars. I hope someone puts them out of business.

I've been in this program for 2yrs and still haven't made a dime especially now when the economy is bad I think its easy to understand but hard to get deals its too much paper work and you need money to invest in biz cards etc.
But if I do get a deal I'll comeback here and tell you all about it.

I have to say, I almost bought into this. I was seriously considering one of their mentoring programs but decided to reread all the info to decide if this was right for me. Over the next few weeks I was flooded with emails hyping up their additional training. Over a 3 day period I spend time talking to one of Russ' top Executives about a program that would cost me $3,500-$6,000 but I'd get my own website and be trained on how to market it. When I told him my concern over the price he said I qualified for a scholarship and they would reduce the price by $1500 (I wasn't required to repay them for this scholarship! - their words.) When I posted threads on their forum looking for feedback from others who have taken their courses my thread was deleted. When I questioned this I was sent to 3 websites for positive feedback - all of which had direct links to the Dalbey Institute! Then I found your website and several others while doing my own search. All of which had negative feedback. Whe... read more»

Stay away from this program. It's just another way to put money in Russ's pocket. I bought the program and paid it in full. When I went looking for notes. None were to be found. Now all I get is emails from Russ Dalbey of programs that require more money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROGRAM, RUN LIKE A SCOLDED DOG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought the program was excellent when I signed up. I was provided for the small fee I paid, everything I could possibly need to do the business. The problem was that in California one is required to be licensed by the Department of Real Estate before conducting this type of business. I am a real estate salesperson. If I was a broker, I could have worked the program. If you're in California and you don't mind going to jail then try this program. Of course, since the real estate market went south, there is no work for cash flow experts focused on real estate.

I fell for that scam to. I thought I am a real estate agent I can do this I know about this stuff. I have some conections. boy was I wrong. STAY AWAY from this one. They call you saying dont you want to be the next one to make a million and then after they get you all excited about your dreams they say here then buy this. I agree with all of you it does not even deserve the one star rating. take care and good luck findin a at home job, I cant find one to save my life.

Won't stop charging my Credit Card...
I found out that in order to make money you had to pay more than the $39.95. I called to order Russ Dalbey's program and they said it would be one payment plus shipping and handling. When I got my Credit card bill they charged me 2 more times of 39.95. I called to complain and the rep told me that it says that on the infomercial. They kept charging me so I Finally had to cancel my card.

I have had the program for about a year now. I bought thier so called leads and help that totaled to $4,000. I have followed all their advice and directions and to this date have not made a single deal or even received a lead call for this "business." If anybody knows how I can make back that money I would appreciate any suggestions. My family still doesnt know exactly how much money I dropped on Russ Dalby's program. I feel used by him and his staff, they promised me so much and did not deliver at all. People should stay away from this program. I just wish I would have found this site before I wasted my money.

Fell for the Bait...
I bought Winning in the cash flow materials thinking that it would be something that I could learn to do and make money with it. But the course is just the bait, you dont get enough training or info to know what your doing. The people from ANN immediately started calling offering more materials and ebooks. They tried to talk me into getting the website as well. And every time I call for help they just offer a $2,000 mentoring program. After all is said and done I still do not have a successful note business.
