William Tingle

 

William Tingle is a real estate investor that specializes in subject-to deals, or what he calls Sub2 buys.  He has risen to be an expert and highly regarded figure in this sector of real estate investing.

William Tingle got his start in the restaurant business and had worked his way up to district manager of a nation wide chain.  In a story that he has made popular over the years he claims that he got his first start in real estate after he purchased a Carleton Sheets course.

William Tingle worked with that and countless other programs learning about creative real estate.  He understood that there are tons of folks who buy real estate investment material but only a few do something with them.  William Tingle knew that he wanted to be the one that does something.

He was fortunate enough to have great credit and was able to make his first two deals only months after he got the course.  As his confidence grew he began experimenting with "sub to" acquisitions.

William Tingle took over the payments and the seller deeded the property and stayed on the loan.  He made the payments until he could sell and profited over $26,000 on one property alone. He went on to take over many houses much the same way and added rehab, flipping and Lease/Options to his real estate arsenal.

William Tingle has developed two real estate courses "The Ultimate Sub2 Guidebook" and "Extreme Marketing," and has founded the Macon Real Estate Investment Association.
