Comments to date: 3. Page 1 of 1. Average Rating: Joe S. Westminster, CO | 6:03pm on Friday, October 23rd, 2009 | I am in Bill Bronchick's coaching program and it is wonderful. He is always responsive to emails and calls, sometimes in minutes. We meet about once a month in his office and once a month with the group, which is my favorite part. The networking and comradery among the group is great. The fact that he's an active investor in my local market is what sold me. He knows most neighborhoods off the top of his head so he can steer me clear of bad deals. I would highly recommend his coaching program. |
Frank & Becky Pulley Colorado | 8:50pm on Thursday, October 22nd, 2009 | Becky and I entered into real estate about 7 years ago. The first 2 years we dabbled because we didn't really know what we were doing. We also paid some good money (and wasted another 2 years) to some of the "Midnight Real Estate Experts" you see on TV and were very unsatisfied. We signed up for Bill Bronchick's Coaching and Mentoring over 3 years ago and should have done it way before then. Every cent we spent was and has been well worth it. We have nothing but good to say about Bill's coaching. We're in constant contact with Bill and we still to this days provides us with great mentoring. We've done pretty well but Bill has kept us out of some deals that even as recently as a few months ago seemed attractive to us- (but it turned out they we not). Also between the weekly phone calls, monthly meetings and networking it has kept us on track. Honestly, everyone is entitled to their opinions but we have nothing but good to say about Bill Bronchick. Have we had a couple of sour deals? Yes, but that's when we chose to follow our hearts and not his advice. |
Celeste colorado | 12:48pm on Tuesday, October 6th, 2009 | I am writing this review about the coaching program Bill Bronchick offers. Don't do it! If you are looking for personal coaching with a feel good feeling, this is not it. I was sold on this program from a gentleman who turned out to be a scam artist. He promised personal guidance and success. Within months Bill has fired him and to Bill's credit took us on as students, but in hind sight I wish I would have severed the ties then and there. This coaching has no personal feel to it at all. There are group meetings once a month at Bill's office and then weekly coaching calls. I had already had taken action and successfully flipped a house, but was looking for guidance to get me to the next level. These weekly calls ended up being a such a joke to me because I was not matched with anyone who had taken action. Everyone just complained or had such remedial questions I felt it was a complete waste of my time. I feel like I wasted $10,000 and then at the end of the program the director of the program, sent an email (no personal call) and says that you are basically kicked out of the program, but that you can continue the program for thousands more. I now have see other programs run in a much more personal manner and can see what was lacking, but in the heat of the moment you don't want to admit that you were wrong spending all of that money on coaching that didn't work. I just hope you won't make the same mistake I did. In fairness the boot camps are good and you will learn, but the coaching wasn't anything like it was promised. |
