Wayfair.com is the online home of Wayfair, a company established in 2002 whose goal is to give their customers easy online access to “the world’s home stuff” all in one place.
According to their website, Wayfair.com has over two million customers who shop over eleven thousand different brands of products in categories like furniture, décor, lighting, kitchen, bed and bath, and much, much more.
Some people may believe that buying products for your home online puts you at a disadvantage, since you won’t be seeing the products in real life. But this company provides a huge selection of online buying guides to help you choose the best products for your home and for your personal taste preferences.
These guides cover everything from fabric, metal, and finish descriptions, as well as how to properly measure your space for items like rugs and couches, and of course, how to assemble items, how to install items, and how to hang items.
If you have any dissatisfaction or issues with the items you do order, however, they have a 30 day return policy for all items that are still in new condition and in their original packaging. All you have to do is contact their Self Service Return Center for instructions.
Mattresses, luggage, and custom blinds have specific return policies, and clearance items, personalized items, and items marked Non-Returnable when you order them will not be eligible for returns.
Gifts that are sent to you from Wayfair can be exchanged for up to 90 days after delivery; all other items will be refunded or exchanged for store credit once the items are physically received by Wayfair.
Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable, unfortunately, though all items priced over $49 ship for free and items under $49 ship for a flat rate of $6.99, though some items will be assigned shipping fees individually.
