Vapex E cigarette

Reviewed By Gary Mason on February 5, 2014

This is the biggest rip off that I have found. They sent me an email stating that a free trial kit would be sent for 4.95 with big letters saying absolutely risk free trial kit, you just pay shipping and handling. I purchased the kit and the next month 99.95 was taken from my credit card two times. They have stolen from me and two other people that I know personally. When you try to call and cancel the program that you are signing up for by accepting this kit you get the run around. I have called 9 times and have not gotten to talk to a supervisor yet and now they have blocked all of my phone numbers!!!!

Scam

Reviewed By Melissa McLaughlin Humer on December 29, 2013

When I recently purchased the "free" trial kit, paying only for shipping, I received my kit with NO instructions. I called twice to get instructions, and received vague instructions. I then received a charge of $99.95. I specifically looked for any hidden charges and could not see anything, but they have a pop-up that actually covers the page you are ordering on...so if it was there..it was hidden by the pop-up. I called them to see if I could return it, but they only take it back if package hasn't been opened. They have offered me a partial refund. Those of you out there that are thinking about trying this product.....don't.....do..it.. Very disappointed...

A total scam, avoid Vapex at all cost

Reviewed By Rick McMillian on November 13, 2013, Cincinnati, Ohio

If you search youtube or google for "the truth about Vapex" it will some up everything for you.Vapex is nothing more than a company of con artists running a massive scam system.
These people will promise you an e cig for $1.95 or $4.95.
In fact, this E cig will end up costing you $99.95
On the day you purchase the so called starter kit, you trial time begins.
They will drag their feet shipping the items to you.
When it arrives, you never receive what is promised.
My kit did not include the ac adapter wall charger, or the leather carrying case.
I really think they are hoping that no one reads the terms of conditions on their website. This is a deceptive predatory business practice that Vapex has pioneered and employed.
They pride themselves as well.
When I requested a full refund(within the trial period mentioned I might add) they told me that 99 percent of the time they always win and the money is never refunded to their customers.
Wow!! Vapex must be so proud of their thieving.
If the is a 99 percent of the time for customer dissatisfaction that is really something to be ashamed of in my opinion.
I would urge everyone to check into this prior to placing an order.
They will do everything in their power to steal this money from you, in hopes that your 12 day evaluation period lapses before you can cancel.
In my case, I mistakenly ordered two of these. So it cost me $199.95.
Although I never authorized these transactions...they were able to steal this money from me.
Oh yeah..these people will bug the hell out of you to join some sort of savings club too. They called me several times before my shipment arrived. In fact I should have received a $100.00 fuel card, just for trying Vapex. However, they never sent it to me.
My advice is to buy locally. Gas stations carry superior e cigs that have coil based systems which can be rebuilt. These Vapex pieces of junk are wick based and burn up after about a week of use.
One of mine arrived defective and never powered up.
Thanks Vapex!!!

I Totally agree with you. I spent 1hr and 20 minutes on the phone with Vapex and my bank disputing that charge. Finally Vapex agreed to refund $50.00. This company is the biggest scam going...DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM OR YOU WILL LOOSE!!!!!
