Is Michael Vincent's UndergroundCashSecret.com a Scam...?
Underground Cash
Secret by Michael Vincent is the latest
addition to the thousands of make money
online products currently in existence.
The promises are the same, the hype is the
same, and everyone simply wants to know, is
the product more of the same?
Before I get into details of the
Underground Cash Secret people need to
understand one very important thing. There are no secrets to making money
online, there is no magic bullet, no super potion, and certainly no $50 eBook
that's going to turn you into a millionaire.
The concepts of making money online are no different from a brick & mortar
business. The people making money on the internet do so by selling their
own, or referring other's products, services, or information. That's it,
there are no secrets. However in order to be successful what you do need
to learn are general ecommerce strategies.
The reason I bring this up is because people who already know these concepts
or those who refuse to learn them should not buy Internet Marketing courses like
Underground Cash Secret.
So How Does the Underground Cash Secret Program Work...?
This program shows you the very basics of affiliate marketing, this
includes how to use ClickBank, how to buy internet traffic from search engines,
how to host your website, and more.
Underground Cash Secret provides you with a website to apply these marketing
techniques on. Again there are no real secrets here, once people
arrive on your site if they follow any of your recommended links and purchase an
eBook you will get paid a commission.
However, the Underground Cash Secret program has been done before and the only ones who've made money
are the people selling it. The problem is that the website they give you
is horrible. Mainly, because your target customers have
seen this before and know not to trust these types of websites. Thus, you simply end up wasting money on advertising without earning any
sales.
To make matters worse there are hundreds of complaints out there about
horrible customer service and unresolved technical problems by Michael Vincent's
staff. Another very annoying trick to watch out for is the personal 1 on 1
coaching; what you're really agreeing to is a call from an aggressive sales
person demanding you invest another $2,000 to really make your business work.
For these reasons and for the simple fact that Underground Cash Secret is of
poor educational content, I would not recommend purchasing this program.
Are There Any Legitimate Work At Home Programs...?
Absolutely there are! The U.S. Government estimates that
nearly a million Americans use the Internet to earn a living. I'm very
fortunate to be able to say that I'm one of those people myself. It wasn't
all that easy though...
I spent the last 3 years researching literally hundreds of work at home
businesses and opportunities. Their costs ranged from only a few dollars
to hundreds and even thousands of dollars to start. Almost without
exception they were downright scams offering only unrealistic earnings claims and the
odds of making an actual living stacked high against you.
Eventually I came to find what I consider to be the best online job out
there, and one I still use to this day to make a great living from home.
This opportunity costs nothing to start and gives you the ability to make money
within an hour of starting. If you want to know more just let me know
where to send you the info,
Best of Luck,
Steve Albright

This is an outrage. I fortunately did not sign up for his shenanigans, but after reading all the posts I am glad I didn't. This guy should be in JAIL. It is ridiculous to me how they can't put this dude in the slammer where he belongs...

Thanks to this website I was nearly suckered in too. Funny that too from other comments on this site that it was sent to me that USC was not a scam. So I read it and I did try to pay for the $49 dollars but cause I am on dial-up it was taking ages to go through had a shower still it was trying so Oh I thought is this trying to tell me something so I cancelled it. Then I went on the scams website and found this, thank you. All I am trying to do is find a business on the computer to work from home that is not a scam and you still get told by a so-called legitimate business man that these are ok so WHO do you believe? So thanks everyone for your comments.

As a postal worker, I'm outraged that this dirtbag is using his former status as a letter carrier, if he really was one, as a means of gaining public trust to sell this scam. Im a real employee of the postal service and I got suckered the way many of you did. I did manage to get my money back, but its obvious from reading this forum, that this joker is the only one making money. I still get calls and e-mails from his partners in crime. Contact the attorney general and put em where they belong!

GOOD NEWS PEOPS!
I Phoned up the Company (I only waited for appx 5 Mins before getting through). I spoke to a guy called Sean. I told him that I had not received any downloads from the purchase I made. He said it was a communication problem between the credit card company and the location, so that's why I didn't receive anything. He then went on to say that he would be sending me the Yahoo Link and that it would take an hour. He said if it didn't come through within an Hour, to call him back. Well surprise, surprise it still never came through after 2 HOURS. I decided to phone them back and cancel the order and ask for a REFUND. He put me on to someone else who handled the REFUND and said I would get my money back in 5-7 days.
I also discovered that not only had they taken $49.95 for the "so called product", they also took $39.00 and also $67.00 Unbeknown to me. Good job I asked him for a reference number for the REFUND, but when he gave me two more separate Reference num... read more»

I too bought this Program, thinking it was genuine but have received no download and no reply from this so called "MICHAEL VINCENT". The Irony of it is that at the very top of his E-mail, he mentions about "Scam articles out there" and yet he is one of them himself.
This guy/Company should be shut down.

Hi everyone. I get e-mails like this every day... I'm sure everyone on the planet does too. Just delete them all because 99.9% of them are scams and the ones the are found to be legit, still require a monumental amount of hard work and determination to make a moderate living. Take UCS for example, you just have to listen to guys pathetic 'Fox News' voice over. No normal person talks like this unless they're paid to do so or scamming you. Beware, if it sounds too good to be true...I think you know the rest. Trust your intuition and natural instincts and don't let the hard times make you so desperate you become the next victim of these on-line fraudsters.

thank you guys who have this web page, and to the people who posted comments, i almost fell for it too,i've learned to not get into any online business until i did a full research on the product. i still have suspicions on some of these sites that say they have check out programs and with their approval try to convince you that the top 3 picks are legit after trying hundreds of products, each one i've looked at had 3 different ones each time. i know there are good online business's out there but i must be careful. this is the only site that had a commentary/complaint section so thank you many times over with this info.

Is this Michael Vincent the same person as Michael T Vincent?
I haven't sent this fruit loop any money but he keeps sending me emails and as far as I can recall, I've never subscribed to any of his crap.
His Unsubscribe links don't work (what a surprise) and despite adding every email to the Blocked Sender list, he persists.
To anyone who is looking to make money on the internet, treat the exercise as if you're looking at an offline business, a brick and mortar store and apply the same due diligence. There are some awesome online businesses - just get good at knowing which ones are legitimate and which ones are absolute crap.

re- michael vincent underground cash secrets, on thursday 7th may 2009 about 5pm i received an email from josh cooper telling me upgrade b4 15th may or otherwise i would forfeit a $550 cheque, because i had 23 people in my team under me who had not signed up yet apparently his maths worked it out to be $25 person, and i would receive the cheque in the mail by end of june.
need less to say i immediately emailed him/her back, still waiting on a reply, how did he know i had a cheque coming, cos i sure did't.
Friday 8th may 2009 another email from a woman this time telling me $600 would be forfeited by if i didn't upgrade. i went on the site and got offered $44.95 then $39,95 then blow me down a whopping final offer of $17 for family /friends.

When you read the ad copy, it says: "He told me all I needed to do was watch my marketing account and check and see how much money my site is making me. I told him that can’t be it… what else do I need to do. He said “that’s it, o yeah you also have to check your email. But besides that you don’t need to do anything else”
However, after you spend your $300 to obtain your website and everything you need to make "big money", you are led to the following quote: "There are thousands of people who make money on complete autopilot every day. But don't start thinking you can just press a button and money comes out."
Instead you learn that the website you have just purchased is worthless (mine didn't even show up in a Google search), and that there are tons of things that you need to learn and weeks and weeks of study to do in order to set up a "legitimate" website and even begin to earn some income.
Save your hard-earned money!!

I think they get your name from posting your resume. I've been looking for work and got an e-mail from Michael Vincent on how to make millions, but first I checked scams because of the old saying, "If it sounds too good to be true..." At the end of his elaborate story there is small print saying you may not make any money so no do.

I was looking into home business online. I talked with a company called ICI Coaching and said that Michael Vincent course would help. I paid $39.95 and I printed the download material and there was really nothing in it to tell what the online business was and saying you had to have a web site with the information on it for someone else to make the same mistake I did and now I know I am not the only one doing it. Thank you MoTo Chicago for the info about getting my return back from Secured Pay. They seem to be used to people asking for a refund as it was easy and no questions asked. Seven to ten day return t my account and confirmation email. Lesson Learned to check with you guys first. But it wasn't until they asked for the $67. VIP membership that I wondered what next so I did a search and found your reviews thank GOD!! I know better about these "too good to be true biz opps" but I just want to retire so bad that I wanted it to be real. Anyway spent the $17. missed the $7 back paging offer by one or I would have gleaned to the suspicious low rate.

I was just about to purchase the UCS, but something didn't feel right. As I tried to back-arrow away from the payment page.....which was for $49.99, I was prompted to re-think my decision for half off. A new secure pay page popped up with a new total for $29.99. Knowing this is a scam at this point, I tried to back out again.......Another secure pay page popped up for a final offer of $17.00. Let me tell you, if this is taking place, it is only about getting your money. Who else is that desperate to get you to purchase their product. I urge you all to reconsider.

I can't really say if the program works or not, but I am pleased to report that I got my money back when I requested it!
I ordered UCS, but first the link didn't work. After calling and emailing customer service, that issue was resolved. The link revealed that I would have to spend several hundred dollars on UCS before even starting, which was a major deterrent to me. After talking on the phone about coaching and being asked about my credit line, I started to get suspicious. Then I found this site (thanks to all who posted reviews!) and bailed on the program. I called SecuredPay and got my money back with no trouble.

First Lesson - BEFORE Buying any program ALWAYS open another window and do a search for The Program Name you are looking at with the word COMPLAINTS typed after it. With all of the undelivered goods above, why is this guy still in business? He should be banned from places like paypal, clickbank, and the like. Also any of you that paid and did not get your product can dispute the charge on your credit card, or at paypal, and they will usually return your money. Just tell them you paid for a product that you never received, and the seller is not responding. If they get enough complaints they will cancel his merchant account.

I ordered the program in December, still have not received anything - the 1-866-583-9791 customer service number is "not available" and attempts at requesting assistance through e-mail have been ignored. There are many but this one seems tackier than most, World Marketing is not any different, however, they at least have a live warm body ready to answer your questions or argue over your refund with. They too, are eager to get more and more money from you before you see any results. And another one that just sucks you into spending your money? - Carbon Copy Pro. What they don't tell you after you get started is you need to put out lots of cash for advertising YOUR site to make THEM rich, and not you.

Like most of you, I was going to sign up for this until I saw this website. I can't 100% say if this is aa scam or not as I have not purchased it, but why would they use scamming methods to get you to sign up if they were genuine? eg: the lamest rags to riches story, the reduced price if you opt out and exit the screen (lowest price is $7), and finally, for all the people who posted last year, there are still "ONLY 37 PLACES LEFT"... My advice, steer well clear...

If you don't want to spend the $49.99 Michael Vincent / Jason Simpson, each time you try to close the price gets cheaper. First close $10 off. Second close 1/2 off the $49.99. Third close $10 off the $17.00 for a total of $7. I guess a scammer would rather take $7 than nothing!

I clicked on the link provided, but all it did was bring me to the Underground Cash System website, so I simply sent a reply stating I would like to be paid the $194.00 I earned and wasn't interested in what their link had to offer. I imagine I'll soon receive a message saying my reply was "undeliverable". Please note, he stated quite clearly, "you've earned $194.00 today". Since I earned it HE HAS TO PAY ME!!!

Got the $49 course. Paid the $67 upgrade. Was contacted by our "Representative" named Tonya. Listen to her spill for 30 min, get our financial info-primarily current income, debts, and finding out what our credit card limit was and the balance owed. She (Tonya)then tuned us over to a "Marketing Rep". The funny thing is the person we were now talking to was the same voice as Tonya but using a different name!? She then wanted us to commit to a minimum of $4800.00 (on our Credit Card) for our 6 month tutor before we even knew what we needed to do to make these "millions". Credibility when down hill fast due to her (Tonya and her alter ego)deception. So we backed out. Then "Tonya/alter ego" began to berate us for wasting her time and said WE were dishonest! (Now THAT was funny). Don't DO IT!! Now I'm trying to get my $49 and $67 back. Wish me luck.

Close down Michael Vincent and break him now... The way to do is simple. Some scams are legal, Michael Vincent and Underground Cash Secret is a fraud. They make money off their victims. Don't be fooled. They are good and very easy to take your money. They want to charge your card for USELESS COACHING. You can't start a business online and what they sale is common knowledge. The catch is they will victimize you and hope you are weak about it. Way to stop them is contact your card. Dispute the charges as FRAUD. Visa will be forced to close them down once they receive a # of disputes. He can come back with a new name but he will still be a crook. Report them to the AG of your State. These scams are smart and these folks are criminals.

I bought the UndergroundCashSecrets program for $17 when I was about to close the page! Michael Vincent gave me a message full of good - guy emotion that he was going to offer me the same deal that he gave to his relatives and personal friends. I would save a good deal of money off of the regular $49.95 price!! I was a hooked - out of work Sucker!! I went to the Members' Area and was given my username and password to build my website with their web- builder partners which is MyProductCenter.com. It was late a.m. and I had not been feeling good, so I signed off and planned to finish building my website the very next day! I went to try and get into My Members' Area and used the exact username and password they gave me, but the website would not recognize me or let me in to finish building my website!! This happened on Friday afternoon and I contacted the Support Site and told them my problem! I received a canned email message on their site saying that they would contact me in 24 hours! I got the email from Michael Vincent about his fraudulent program today. Went to the site and there was his voice reading a script that you can read along with as well. Talking about how he was a mail man and some rich guy took him under his wing and made him rich with this crap! Vincent would try to sell beach front property in Arizona! Thank goodness for this site.

I too was a sucker for the underground cash secrets I spent the first $57.00 then was taken to the my product site to spend another amount of $49.00 only to go to the next upgrade of 39.00 then the $24.00 and last the $17.00 only to find out that had I WENT TO CLOSE THE WINDOW WITHOUT PURCHASE IT WOULD HAVE OFFERED THE SAME MATERIAL FOR HALF OFF AND EVEN LESS if you were to still close the window without purchase! I cannot believe the stupidity! But on the 30th day I made contact with the my product center. The number is on the website and I pressed #1 for sales INSTEAD OF #3 FOR BILLING BECAUSE NO ONE EVER PICK UP THE LINE. So I was able to request a refund from the programs. It took 30 days from the date of purchase to actually get a live person to make this request.

I didn't like the comment on only 1000 people will have access to this program, and that there are only 37 spots left. Someone wrote about that on Dec 8th, and it was still 37 spots left then. We are actually all people looking for legitimate opportunities (probably all struggling like myself). Does anyone know any really good legitimate opportunities that won't scam us?

Hey all - I wonder if this is the same Michael Vincent that ripped me off on ebay? His feedback is Private (a horrible practice that ebay allows and as a result, sellers lose protection) - anyhow, I find it ironic that I would receive this scam from him. We went back and forth by email for 2 months, so I assume he kept my email.
He is a dishonest, low-life, scum-sucking scammer - beware and don't be an idiot - DON'T FALL FOR THIS CRAP - IF IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IS ALWAYS IS (not usually!).

I just got totally suckered by this underground cash secrets scam. I spent the 49 dollars, then imediately upgraded to the additional 67 dollar plan. I haven't heard from them, The link I had goes to an expired page. I can't believe it. It's Christmas I'm short of money wanting to get ahead and then this jerk scams me for 120 bucks. Who do you report this stuff to? How can someone just steal your money like this and get away with it?

I honestly have to admit that I have not tried the program yet, but I will definately not be spending $47.00 on it. The program is offered for $7....That's right, this is not a typo, $7. When you are initially on the page, exit out of it, and it is offered for $17, then you are taken to another page to order, exit from that and they give yu a $10 discount,a nd you get the system for $7. The reviews that I read are horrible, so for $47 or $7, I probably won't be trying it either. I don't think there is legitimate work from home out there.

the sales pitch about helping only 1000 people and ther are only 37 left makes it obviouse to me that it's a scam, they say those 37 will be gone in the next 24 hrs, then the offer ends forever, what a bunch of crap, a year from now they'll still be using that same tactic, word for word. i consider that kind of tactic an insult to ones intelligence.

Now I know I just got scammed. This is the third organization I've tried to believe in that pitched the "mentor" crap. They ask about your savings, etc. so they can charge you accordingly for guidance that the ads states you don't need! I have a call coming from them tomorrow night and intend to get some answers or a refund immediately. I'm sick of these liars!
Will report back to this site with my findings. Stand by...

My husband and I tried out this program and they promised us if we didn't like the program we could get our money back with no questions asked. Turns out that its just another scam. My husband tried getting his money back and he filed for a refund two weeks ago and still hasn't gooten his refund and just yesterday they called me telling me that we messed up. When we ordered the prgram for $49.99 it said that was all we had to pay, but after they took our money they were asking us for more money. If my husband doesn't get his refund soon we are going to sue and it won't be pretty.

I have good and bad to say about this program...I actually have received everything from them they said I would get just like they said they would... I have only run just 1 ezine ad and have had 17 people sign up...What I don't like is that I can not contact the 17 people and help them because the back office does not tell you who they are...That is a very bad thing! Michael has paid me my commissions with paypal like clock work so I can not complain in that department...I am very dissappointed with their support program...I have found another program similar to this one but the support and training is awesome and you can put the owners name in the search engine and so far all good reports come up about there program...

I signed up for the program two nights ago and when I started finding inconsistencies in the sales presentation, I started to become suspicious. He makes a claim that after 1000 customers the program would be shut down forever and one of the bonuses was a free one on one with a student of the program. His complete story is a fabrication. Don't get involved and if you did get your money back.

First off, I haven't actually ordered the program. Nor do I intend to. So I can't speak on the quality (or lack thereof) of the training materials. HOWEVER... For weeks now, I have been mercilessly SPAMMED by people who appear to be affiliates of Michael Vincent. I continue to "unsubscribe", but it just doesn't stop! If Michael Vincent can't keep better tabs on his affiliate marketers than that, what person in their right mind would want to buy his program?

i am so glad i found this website, i almost got scammed into purchasing ucs. i spent allday researching about this program and found nothing but great reviews, but now after coming across this website, i relized that the same scammers that came up with underground cash secrets are probaly the same people that rated the program #1 through varies other websites. this is really a sad shame that people are allowed to conduct business like this and take legimate hardworking peolpe for a ride scamming them out of their hard earned money. these scammers need to be thrown in jail and also should have to give people back their money for broken promises made and lies that are told to the consumer.

Just recieved a phone call from the underground cash seceret people and I must say they do use high pressure tactics to sell you a bum product. All was proceeding to there time table till they wanted to know what credit cards you had along with the limits on them and remaining available cash availabity on them, alarm bells went off in my head these people want to take you for a wad of your cash and not give you what you think you will get, you will get something alright right where you don't want it!! Run don't walk away from this it is a bad deal!!!

Horrible! I am a stay at home mom in marital trouble and was hoping this would help. I have wasted money and I have now asked for a refund. I bought this 3 nights ago and every time you sign up for something, they ask you for more and more money. SCAM! I really can't believe I didn't research this before I bought it.

I purchased the starter package (about $100) offered by Michael Vincent's course, Underground Cash Secrets. The initial conservative startup to get 6-mo. 1 on 1 mentoring was $3680. I declined because as I was listening to the sales person's pitch for the $3680, I was simultaneously reading negative feedback on the Internet. I thot it was a bad bet. What is your take? I do want to make money on the Internet, and do need to get started somehow, but, at 58, I have a pretty steep learning curve ahead of me, right? I thank you for your time.
