We have been nothing but pleased with all of the assistance we have received from Amy and from your group as a whole! We have recommended and will continue to recommend Ultimate Pet Websites to other animal groups that we encounter. It was fast, easy, painless and AFFORDABLE, which is a HUGE thing for a rescue group. We also know that if we run into a problem or a question that we can’t figure out on our own, that we can feel confident in shooting Amy an email at any time in order to get the help that we need!
Amy was always on top of getting back to us. We never had to wait long for a reply and her replies were always understandable, helpful and exactly what we were looking for. She listened to our questions and concerns and addressed them efficiently, appropriately and completely to our satisfaction.
I also have had huge problems with Ultimate Pet Websites, and specifically with William Rilenge, who has been argumentative and unyielding regarding the issues I've had. The first designer I was assigned for my projects made excuses for delays, either didn't read or couldn't imbibe the information I sent him (I have written documents with his myriad excuses and apologies from him for "missing" what I'd already sent him when he asked for the same information again), and it is my opinion that he was incompetent regarding my project.
When I asked for a refund after the deadline I was promised came and went, my request was refused, and I was strong-armed into accepting a second designer, who promised me a Web site within two weeks (this after waiting well over a month), and I didn't see a link to a proposed site until that time had passed a couple of weeks later. The proposed site, by the way, was nothing like what I had discussed, described, or expected.
During that time, because so much time had passed, reference I gave them to Web sites I liked for colours and design were no longer available (they stated the domains had expired - I question whether this was even true - but had they not let so much time elapse, perhaps they could have taken a look).
I had paid for a second site in advance on which NO WORK was done, and 16 months later they are still refusing to refund that money as well (I was offered a third of my money back, which I turned down as that is NOT the half I should have been offered for that project on which NO WORK was done). I have found William Rilenge unreasonable and unyielding.
When I tried to reason with him, he threatened me with lawsuits (in fact, only several minutes ago he threated me again with lawsuits and told me he would be scanning the Internet for complaints written by me, telling me that he'd successfully sued other complainers for "tortous, which he spelled "tortuous", interference" - OH, BOY!). I wish I had avoided this company and NEVER paid them any money in advance. I am now out the $900 I paid them and have NOTHING to show for it. I will now have to take them to small claims court. Sigh. Buyer Beware!
We had ordered a Pet stores website for ultimate pet websites company. They promised us to deliver in couple of weeks.. But i was realy surprised that they delivered me a website in 9 days..Actually we were in hurry as well.. But they co-operated well towards our priority in getting websites done early. Highly recommended.
Jared Zollner was our website designer and he was wonderful. I think our website was very complicated and Jared allowed us as much input as we needed to be sure we were satisfied. And, he was not only knowledgable and able to execute what we wanted but he was kind and patient. I"m waiting now for the optimization part of our website. I'll report back.
This is an update to my Feb 28, 2012 review:
I have received my website which I am very pleased with. It has everything I asked for. However, I cannot recommend this company to work with for the following reasons:
1) Not timely. 4 months to complete the website which the saleswoman said would be done in 6-8 weeks.
2) The company management or owners did not call to discuss with me delays or express their concern about the delay, after I had involved Pet Sitters International into getting my website done. My designer asked me take down my original review, instead of management calling me to discuss this. This is not professional.
3) I believe the company is so involved in promoting themselves (SEO/ reviewing themselves, youtube videos), they do not spend adequate time working on their customers. They do not seem to understand that customer service is what separates the quality businesses from the rest.

I am writing this letter to provide my very highest recommendation for Ultimate Pet Websites. I am a pet photographer. Thus, I need a website of the very highest quality and design to convey to potential customers the quality of my work. My education in photography entails some experience in graphic design. When I first organized my business, I built my own website which, I must say, was very good for an amateur. I received frequent compliments on my website. Then, I was contacted by Ultimate Pet Websites who offered an extremely attractive package including website design, web hosting, email, search engine optimization and more. The bottom line was that I could have a new, professionally designed website, web hosting, etc. for the price I was paying for web hosting alone. I couldn't refuse. My biggest concern was, as I said, I liked my website the way it was. To my delight, Ultimate Pet Websites designed a website for my business that was far superior to what I could do on my own. I am biased of course, but I consider it one of the most beautiful and user friendly websites I've ever seen. My business is organized and my work is displayed in an exceptional fashion. My web designer has done a wonderful job. I can't say enough positive things about her. Her pleasant demeanor and painstaking customer service is surpassed only by her creativity and professionalism. She is almost always available and has never been unable to answer a question or solve a problem. She even designed a feature where customers can view the results of their photo shoot through my website to order prints. This has greatly increased the professionalism of my website, the ease of doing business, and has increased profits! I am sincerely grateful to Ultimate Pet Websites and wish to give them my highest and unreserved recommendation.

We had a horrible experience with our previous web person....so we were very careful about selecting a Ultimate Pet Websites to run our site. We loved that they would build the site and then allow us to have total control (as it should be). Plus, they are there whenever you need them.
The design they came up with was excellent, and we really love the customer service they provide to us.
Plus, they are TRUE ANIMAL LOVERS. So it's no wonder they are great at what they do....because they clearly love their jobs.
The best thing we ever did was have Ultimate Pet Websites do our site. It's a shame we didn't have them do it sooner! Would have saved us lots of grief! We HIGHLY recommend Ultimate Pet Websites...they will truly take care of you!
Ultimate Pet Websites created the website for our rescue group, Stray Haven. We needed a website that our volunteers could update and one that we could afford. We worked with Luke and he has been wonderful and was patient with the many changes we made along the way. I recommend this company highly and have told other rescue groups about our great experience!
I also paid for a website back in November. No one followed up, email, phone or anything. After calling them and emailing ... they did switch my designer but that didn't make any difference at all. Still no communication! and Still nothing from them. the Sales team was great but nothing has been delivered!
This is not a true statement. This is a site we did for Ruby Slippers Pet Care. We have designed two complete sites, and are in the process of a third complete redesign. We have tried to satisfy her, and as our guarantee states, we will work on the site until it is 100% what the client asks for. To state that nothing has been done is simply not true. Any creative process takes time, and we are at the mercy of the client in some cases. This client has berated our staff, used extreme profanity and been very difficult to please. That said, we will always stick to our guarantee. We have created 800 sites nationwide, and produce 22 national pet expos. We hope that our record speaks for itself.
This is totally false!!!!! They only thing they offered were all sorts of accusations that my company did this and that which were totally false!
BIG TALKERS! No professionalism at all. The women yelled, screamed and call me a liar. I have everything detailed and the lawyers are looking at them. DO NOT give them any money before you get your product!
Kathy - As you are aware, your site was and is completed, and once again, our guarantee stands, You cannot, however, abuse our staff. That goes for any business. This is not a consumer issue as you seem to describe. This is a business to business creative partnership, and we can only complete a website if you are an active participant. We will continue to design and redesign the site for you, but the profanity and abuse needs to stop. Please note also that you do have a product, and have had multiple ones, and as stated, if you wish for another redesign, that is certainly what you have paid for. We simply ask that you treat our staff with respect.
GIven my awful experiences with Ultimate Pet Websites, which strongly resemble Kathy's claims, I have to believe Kathy is the one telling the truth here, and the public should really listen. These people at Ultimate Pet Websites are unyielding, unprofessionally behaving, nasty, and resort to threats to try to stop people from telling the truth and making legitimate complaints.
Ultimate Pet Websites prepared a website for us for our custom deck and screen porch business. They did an outstanding job for us. We had several photos of our various jobs that spanned several years and they worked with us to get them loaded into the site. We had a few changes along the way and they accommodated us each time with patience and excellent work.
I would definitely recommend your company to anyone needing a website. You are true professionals and have a very good work ethic. It was a pleasure working with you.
I have been in the pet sitting business for approximately 7 years. I am also a member of Pet Sitters International and have been a member for approximately 7 years. I subscribe to their magazine Pet Sitter’s World and last summer saw an ad for “Ultimate Pet Websites.”
I had been behind the curve with my business, as I did not have a website at that time. So, I ultimately contacted “Ultimate Pet Web Sites” and set up a contract to have a website built.
The individual that was assigned to build my website was Craig Bishop. I have to say he was not only very professional, but worked with me on a “layman’s” level, as I did not have a clue as to what website building was all about. I provided him content for what I wanted on the website and communicated to him what my vision was for the final product. He got it on the mark!! There were a few bugs to work out, which he did diligently. He was great to work with and the final product of my website was above my expectations of what I even envisioned!
I will definitely recommend your company for anyone looking for a professional website to be developed. I have received so much feedback from my existing clients on how nice the website is and so easy to navigate through. Thank you Craig for all of your efforts and hard work! I paid for a website ($600) Dec 1, 2011, it's Feb 28, 2012 and we still have a way to go. 2 people told me the average build time was 6-8 weeks. I haven't been too impressed with the results or timeliness. I expected a lot considering they have a lot of great websites. I thought it would be rather easy to copy one of their existing sites.
I called the manager a few weeks ago to ask for a new designer or to be more on top of my current designer. He did not call back and I see he has not logged in to my account to check on the status.
In addition, I don't think the designer has read my instructions for the website I wanted to build, as I have had to repeat myself several times. I had to make my own fake website on powerpoint for her to follow. That shouldn't be necessary!
All in all, I am sad to say I cannot recommend them. I had hugely high expectations, and this lack of timeliness has affected my ability to advertise. And I've had to do a lot of work myself trying to design a website layout for them to follow, which is what I paid for!!!
WOW, does that sound almost exactly like the experiences I've had with Ultimate Pet Websites! People making me repeat my instructions over and over, then saying they were sorry they "missed" them; asking me to provide photographs when they admittedly have stock photographs and images they can use; and, somehow, they seem to crank out some good Web sites, so on the basis of those, I also had high expectations. I am SO disappointed.
