Is Type4Freedom a Scam?

Type4Freedom.com is an online program that promises folks a variety of data entry jobs for a small start up fee. There are many similar websites like Type4Freedom.com and they all make the same very convincing pitch.

They claim that all you have to do is fill out short forms that large companies need to spread their advertisements throughout the internet. Then they show you screen shots of thousand dollar accounts that they claim were accumulated from doing such simple work.

Then there's the usual work at home spiel about how you get to stay at home with your kids, be your own boss, and work less than 5 hrs a week. So can you really use the Type4Freedom.com system to replace your job with their data entry program.

What you get in this data entry program is similar to what all the other companies sell and that is training in affiliate marketing. This means that you will be working on a commission basis promoting online digital products.

The data entry that is described on Type4Freedom.com simply refers to the completion of advertising forms provided by Google, Yahoo, and MSN. These forms allow you to describe the product and place your own special link that will track any sales.

The catch is that you have to bid with other advertisers to have your ads show up for popular search phrases. This is a critical part that is not described on Type4Freedom, they don't tell you that you need several hundred dollars to get started, or that you may be paying up to 1.00 every time somebody clicks on your ad.

The truth is that you can make money online with internet marketing and affiliate programs, but you need to learn the entire business, not just how to put up costly ads. So what these programs are selling you really isn't data entry and the typing that you will be doing is basic Pay Per Click advertising.

I agree that these postings are all scams! Each time I respond to a work-from-home, make $2,000.00 per week ad, it is another opportunity to scam people who are interested in working from home! I have posted ads on Craigslist offering to work from home as a wordprocessor, and have received no response. I REFUSE to make someone else $$$$ by sending $49.95 to feed their family, especially when they have nothing to offer. Show me a way to make serious money (without an up-front fee) and I will consider doing business with a non-scam artist.

There are so many online/work at home progams out there. Why do people allow themselves to be scammed knowing they just paid out ANOTHER $50.00 that could have gone towards feeding the kids, paying an electric bill or whatever. Keep your money, everyone! Online ads should have NO mistakes. Isn't that part of a typist's job - to catch the mistakes.

I paid $49.95 for each of these two companies, Data entry made easy and keystrokes 4 cash they want you to pay more money and no work. There are no Data jobs like the ads say but just false advertising. Please do not get trap like I did.
