Thomas Lucier
Thomas Lucier
is a popular real estate investment author
out of Florida. Over the past twenty
years he has earned a reputation for being
very straightforward in his materials, a
trait respected by most customers.
Thomas J. Lucier graduated from the
University of South Florida and has spent
much time studying real estate investing in
that state. In fact several of his
books focus strictly on real estate
investment strategies for the state of
Florida.
In addition to authoring seven books and
creating 3 CD-ROMs he runs his own Home
Equities Corporation in the Tampa area.
He's also contributed articles to the Wall
Street Journal and the Commercial Real
Estate Investment magazine. In
addition, Thomas Lucier is a member
of the Real Estate Educators Association,
the National Association of Real Estate
Editors, and is a licensed Florida mortgage

His books are very clear cut and
informative, by no means are they get rich
quick manuals and Lucier doesn't make any
unreasonable profit claims. Right of
the bat he states that the difference
between success and failure will be your own
determination and will.
