SnapDollars.com Reviews
Is Snap Dollars Legit or a Scam?
SnapDollars.com
is a get-paid-to site based out of Toronto,
Canada. They offer their members a
chance to make money by taking surveys and
completing various companies' trial offers.
Similar to other programs of this nature
they offer a small sign up bonus and a
chance to make money by referring more
members.
Although SnapDollars.com is open to
people from around the globe, residents of
the US and Canada stand to profit the most.
The reason is that much more North American
companies are using the type of internet
advertising that allows you to make money
for participating.
What makes SnapDollars.com stand out from
other GPT programs is that they offer
several different income streams. You
can make money by reading emails, playing
games, completing offers, referring friends,
and online shopping.
Each of these yield varying payouts, for
instance you'll earn pennies for reading
emails but considerably more for completing
an offer. Also, in order to get paid
for playing games you have to open up a
separate account. Furthermore, the get
paid to shop opportunity basically earns you
1-3% cash back on purchases made through
SnapDollars.com.
Their referral program rewards you five
bucks for each person that signs up under
you which is a more than fair reward in this
industry. However, you can only
collect after your referral completes their
first cash out, which can take an unknown
amount of time.
I would approach SnapDollars.com with
caution, you can make some money but you
also have to be careful. There has
been a growing number of reports from past
members claiming that payments either took
too long or where not delivered as promised.
There's actually a much better
way to make money from these incentive/trial
offers. Imagine if you could be in the same
position as Snap Dollars, and all you
have to do is pay a measly $5 or $10 to
people and earn commissions of over $150 per
offer.

Doug Louisiana | 6:45pm on May 6th, 2012 | This site is a complete scam, they will not pay you the money that is owed to you |
Rory Australia | 3:28am on November 26th, 2011 | I personally had a very good experience using snapdollars and would recommend them. For the time i spent i feel i was rewarded very well. Took a while to receive check but that is normal and to be expected. All i did was complete some of the get paid to offers.Just for joining Some of these gambling sites they paid me $50 all i had to do was pay $15 or $20[cant remember which] so i profited $30-$35. U have to be prepared to pay upfront and wait a while for your check but i just thought of it like an investment. 200% to 300% return on investment is brilliant + when you join they give you a descent amount of spending money to gamble with. Problem is you need to earn $800 or some huge number to withdraw it, so just bet big amounts to you go bankrupt to avoid wasting your time. If you get really lucky youll have a big win and be able to withdraw the money. Not very probable. U will need to load program onto computer[free]. Once finished gambling free money delete program and cancel receiving emails, you will still be paid. Good for some easy cash i earned about $200 very quickly and easily although had to wait about 1 month for check. Just dont get caught out and spend your own money gambling on these sites. Goodluck!

Rad Bell Dallas, Texas | 6:45am on July 16th, 2010 | How did they get my email? Why do the email me every day now? I joined Sing SNAP and started getting these emails! I thought it was from Sing Snap... Both have the word SNAP in them! Strange isn't it? Best way to see if it's a Scam id to Google Snap Dollar Complaints... Take a few hours and read the FACTS! Not from These people that get paid to say how great they are! I see there is a fee to get this? That should be a warning sign right there people! Wonder if you get free rip off face cream with this too? Us folks from Texas tell it like it is! Google it! |
Justin Henry Australia | 6:28am on April 10th, 2010 | Hey guys, Snap dollars isn't a scam. Anyone who says it is obviously has half a brain. Basically how snap dollars works is that it uses offers to trap people into gambling addictions, which in turn gets them a revenue, however if you are smart and money wise you will not fall into this trap. I have easily earned $400 dollars from this site. But anymore is pretty hard because their are so many gambling offers to complete. However if you don't believe me I will send you photo's and then I will refer you using my links if you let me. Then we both get money! :D
So seriously, I know it involves depositing money, but if you have any common sense you'll know that all those websites are not scams. The only problems I had was with those health tablets. They ripped me off for sure. |
anonymous toronto | 5:12am on April 7th, 2010 | COMPLETE SCAM! I'm pretty sure that Samuel guy works for them. They give out your personal info. to everyone..and if you think you can just read e-mails..beware...at least 15$ of what you earn MUST come from "offers" or they won't send you the money. I've been on this site for MONTHS, I made 10$....
Honestly, you guys are better off working at McDonalds - it's easier than this BS and it'll pay you 10 an hour, not every 6 months.
You could make more money walking down the street and finding random change....
PLUS! all these people saying they didn't get paid...I'm determined to find their office DEMAND my 10 bucks and leave. AND they have no address or phone number - so shady. SO shady. They don't even have a legit e-mail address. Just look at their front page - that guy holding money? How unprofessional - only a scam site would try and lure you in like that.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SITE
DONT EVEN BOTHER
THE LESS PEOPLE SIGN UP THE SOONER THEY'LL GO OUT OF BUSINESS AND I HOPE SO MUCH THAT THEY DO.
I'D GIVE IT A 0 IF I COULD BUT THE LOWEST RATING IS 1 SO...1. |
Ali Canada | 12:16am on March 12th, 2010 | SnapDollars is a total SCAM!!! They never pay. I tried for over a year to get a cheque and filed a complaint with the better business bureau and still never got even one cent. Sean the owner is a total SCAM ARTIST. Stay away. |
Gladys Location unknown | 8:05am on March 10th, 2010 | I'm having the same problems as though I've read, it is a shame that SnapDollars wont answer their emails sent to them over and over again and again. I was once angry and thought to myself this company is up to no good and want pay out the money required after during surveys. I have done surveys with this company for about several years. I'M TIRED AND GIVE UP.
IT IS SOME VERY GOOD SURVEY COMPANIES AND THEY DO PAY BUT IT TAKES A LONG TIME UP TO 30 DAYS. |
Samuel Montreal | 2:00pm on October 1st, 2009 | SnapDollars is NOT a scam !!! It works !!!
I'm very glad to share with you my experience with them that started 6 months ago :)
I earned more than $300 since. They gave me a $5 bonus when I signed up and another $5 for each person that I referred + 10% of their earnings. You just have to read e-mail (that will pay you between $0.01 and $0.10) and complete offers. In general, offers are very rewarding. For example, if you deposit $20 on a bingo site, SnapDollars will pay you up to $75.
Usually, it takes one week in order to be credited for the completed offers. If you don't receive your credit after this period, you just have to write a support ticket and you will be credited very quickly.
You can ask for a withdrawal when you have more than $40 in your account (very easy to obtain when you consider my example above). They will pay you by check or by chip on a bingo site, it is your choice. In general, Snapdollars pays the month following your withdrawal request (also, allocate time for printing and mailing the checks) but it is a worthy to wait when you consider that SnapDollars pays much more than other websites of this kind.
If you have any problem or question, the support team is wonderful and replies very quickly.
People that I referred had received their check also
I don't understand why some had bad experience... try it : it works !!! |

John New York | 10:34am on August 9th, 2009 | is this a scam? |
Ashley Toronto | 1:02pm on June 30th, 2009 | Over a year I completed a few offers like the Video Professor one that credited my account $30. I had to file a complaint to get them to credit me though. My final balance was $59.79 which I requested a check for in January. March came around and still no check so I filed a complaint and found my account had been frozen for apparently breaking some rule. I filed a few complaints and did a reverse search on their website domain to find the address it was filed under. I found a 1800 number and left a few complaints threatening to sue and asked if I could come speak with the Manager at the address the domain was under on Danforth Ave in Toronto. They never returned my calls or e-mails. Finally the beginning of this month (June 09) six months after I requested payment I received my check which surprisingly enough DID NOT bounce! |
john ohio | 4:06pm on June 27th, 2009 | they suck web pages don't load because they don't want to pay they are discriminative! |
carol Massachusetts | 10:48pm on June 9th, 2009 | I must be the minority from what I have been reading OR maybe it is only the people who are unhappy that are posting comments. I have logged in with OVER a $40 balance and have received my check and yes it was good. Now Snapdollars.com has gotten even better as now they will pay you through Paypal. I am within $14 of my second $40 pay out. I have had no issues with Snapdollars. I had to laugh about the woman who complained that you can only contact snapdollars by email or by writing. Paypal and Ebay JUST recently changed that policy, as a year ago the only way you contact them was email or online chat. Give SNAPDOLLARS.COM a chance you may be pleasantly surprised, I know I was. |
Tam Location unknown | 12:21pm on April 29th, 2009 | can't log in with a $40 balance. Bastards |
CAROLANN MASSACHUSETTS | 8:36am on April 8th, 2009 | HI I JUST NEED TO ISSUE A CORRECTION ON MY REVIEW OF SNAPDOLLARS.COM/ I STATED THAT THE CASHOUT THRESHOLD WAS $30, THIS WAS AN ERROR ON MY PART, WHEN IN FACT IT IS ACTUALLY $40, WHICH IS STILL A REACHABLE GOAL. I RECEIVED MY FIRST CHECK OF $58.06 AND AM ON MY WAY TO A SECOND ONE. I DO APOLOGIZE TO ANYONE THAT THIS MAY HAVE CAUSED CONFUSION TO.
THANKS |
carolann massachusetts usa | 9:20am on April 3rd, 2009 | I ONLY GAVE THIS SITE A GOOD RATING, BECAUSE IT DOES TAKE A WHILE TO GET TO THE CASH OUT THRESHOLD, BUT YOU WILL GET THERE AND THEY WILL PAY YOU! THEY PAID ME, SEE BELOW...
I have been taking surveys and reading emails on the internet for over 7 years. In that time I have found some great sites, some good sites and some bad and actual waste of time sites.
Snapdollars falls into the good site catagory. The pay out for reading emails is quite small, but the do give you the option of receiving cash back when you shop through their store listings. Since I purchase items frequently on the internet anyway this works well for me.
It took me about 2 months to get to the $30 cash out line, and actually I went over it and was due to receive $58.06. Snapdollars is not the only site that requires you have a certain amount due to you before they will send a check, there are many others that have this rule and most of them require between $50-$100, so this is quite reasonable. I clicked the pay me button, and it showed me that my payment was pending, it then showed me (the next day) when the payment would go out and within 10 days I had my check of $58.06 in hand. I am on my way to building up more money with them.
For example i really like the bidz.com site. snapdollars will pay me $10 for any purchase I make there. I am bidding on an item with $25 as my maximum bid, since it will end up only really costing me $15.
It is not an instant pay day, but it is like money in a bank account.
I would recommend this site. |
