good thing for this site and a gut feeling! i saw the ad for this company posted on a local help wanted site (you would think they would screen for these things!). I called...the lady on the phone was really nice and I asked her straight up if this was a scam and she said if i'd like to check it out online and call back that would be fine. but no...I continued...gave her my name, addy and email addy...stopped when she asked for a creditcard number...smartest move I made through the whole thing. YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO PAY A COMPANY TO WORK FOR THEM...THEY PAY YOU! If you've already given them your credit card number, don't even bother trying to get in touch with these people...you will get a runaround. call your credit card/bank IMMEDIATELY...do NOT wait for monday, do it NOW don't waste time. the longer you wait, the more charges you get. And you think 1.95 ISN'T ALOT? Imagine MILLIONS of people thinking the SAME THING! |

i called them from a pennysavers ads just hoping to get some money for college. when i called they were rushing me and pressuring me and were very rude. when they told me they had to record me they added some BS like surplus service and easy saver free trial. i told them i didn't want to sign up for those. i hope the guy didn't sign me up so i don't have to cancel that. an hr later, i realized that i just gave out my personal information OVER THE TELEPHONE!! i canceled my credit card and am going to cancel my membership tomorrow morning. i am now afraid on what they can do with my billing infomation such as address and my first and last name. i am very scared to tell my parents that i got scammed and had to cancel the credit card. being just 18 years old i finally realized how stupid i am and how gullible. after reading ALL THE COMMENTS i realized how people are easily tricked like myself. and that there are SOO MANY PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT ARE BEING TRICKED BY THESE SCAMMERS!! i am really pissed and i want to do something about it but i dont know what i can do. i really wish i can sue them... for all these people they have taken money from. also, i hope i will be able to call them tomorow to cancel my membership because as i was reading some of these people could not reach them. so i was wondering. how did people reach them if they changed phone number?? |

I worked for this company. I thought it was easy money and an easy job. Yes, there is a script and the management tells the new employee that we are providing jobs to people and the other "upsells" are other ways for the customer to make money. I bought into this and thought I was providing a service for people. I found out real quick that this was a "boiler room" and that the majority of the workers were scamming people. The few people I met there were like me and had know idea what they were doing to the people calling in, but the veterans that had been doing this awhile knew exactly how to manipulate the callers and "sell" the products to the callers. The employees made the majority of the money on the additional sales. The customer thought they were getting a job, but ended up tied to 3 or 4 web-sites that they were not interested in
The management of this company, are the most despicable people I have ever met and once I figured out what was going I QUIT!!!!!
Thank god my old job took me back. This company is full of false promises for the employees and the callers. More so for the poor souls calling in to find a job. But remember sometimes people take a job and realize that no money is worth giving up your soul. The name of the actual company is THE VERACITY GROUP and they are located in Mesquite, Texas. I do not know how the managers sleep at night after all the lies and cheating they do day by day, but no amount of money was worth it to me |

I posted before saying how this was a scam earlier. I decided to come back and see what's happened since and it's very sad. Yes you do have to verbally say yes you agree to the charges, but what's bad is that you're paying for something you can get for free. Also the upsells you agree to pay for are scams as well. They continue to take your money even if you cancel. On my first actual day of work, I left on my lunch break and didn't come back. Yeah it's called the Veracity group to try and cover their butts. I don't know it it's still off of I30 just east of 635 in Dallas in a little office building, but they definitely need to be shut down |
Jake Texas | 12:22pm on Monday, November 17th, 2008 |
Look... They will take your money for services you can get for free. There are thousands of websites that do the same thing out there for $0.00. Don't get scammed. It should be obvious when you call them because you want to make more money and then they turn around and take money from you. That's what you call a scam. Fuck Shopper Services, they'll burn for what they do to good people. |

HEY..I WORKED FOR THIS DAMN COMPANY FOR ALMOST A YEAR..TRUTH IS ... IT IS A SCAM!!! THE ONLY REASON WHY I STAYED THERE THAT LONG IS BECAUSE YOU WORK OFF OF COMISSION AND I MADE HELLA GOOD MONEY!!! BUT HERES THE SCOOP...THEY GIVE US A SCRIPT WE HAVE TO READ VERBATIM!!! AND ONCE WE READ THRU THAT WHOLE PAGE LONG BS THEN WE GET TO THE BILLING ... AND MOST OF US WE READ PRETTY DAMN FAST SO U DONE GET ANY OF IT! AND WE ARE REQUIRED TO GO THRU A AUDIO RECORDING TO COVER OUR ASS BECAUSE ONCE WE GET YOU TO SAY TO ALL THESE UPSELLS THEN WE JUST HANG UP AND GO ON TO THE NEXT CALLER. THEN YOU SEE ALL THESE CHARGES YOU PROBABLY DIDNT EVEN REALIZE THAT YOU WERE SIGNED UP FOR. AND WE GIVE YOU THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT NUMBER TO CALL THEM AND ITS LIKE RIGHT NEXT DOOR BUT THEY CLAIM THAT THEY ARE IN VERMONT!!! SUCH BULL WE ARE IN TEXAS!! BUT THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU AGREED WE HAVE IT ON RECORDING SO YOUR BASICALLY SCREWED!! AND THERE NOT TRAINED CUST SERV SO THERE RUDE AS HELL!! AND THEN WHEN YOU CALL TO CANCEL ALL THE UPSELLS, GUESS WHO YOUR CALLING? ... YEP YOUR CALLING THE SAME PEOPLE...THEY CHANGE THERE NAME SO MANY TIMES BECAUSE WHEN YOU GOOGLE US IT COMES UP AS A SCAM SO THEN WE STOPPED GETTING SALES SO THEY CHANGED IT FROM SHOPPER SERVICES TO SHOPPER SELECT!! AND SURPLUS SUPPLIER TO WEBSTORE SELECT!! SUCH A SCAM!!! OH AND THERES MORE... THEY RUN ANOTHER SCAM CALLED STAR TALENT .. AND OF COURSE THEY CHANGED THE NAME TO TALENT LINE!!! .. AND THEY CLAIM THAT YOU CAN SIGN UP TO BECOME A MOVIE EXTRA OR A MODEL? BULLSHIT!!! THEY GET THE ROLES AND AUDITIONS FROM CRAIGSLIST!!! OMG!!! SUCH A SCAM!!! MAN, I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT HOW THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM BUT I GOT BETTER THINGS TO DO SO I WILL JUST LET YOU KNOW ONE LAST THING!! THERE NAME IS NOT SHOPPER SELECT OR SHOPER SERVICES .. IT IS THE VERACITY GROUP LOCATED OUT OF MESQUITE TEXAS AND THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED WITH THE BBB!!! SO BE CAREFUL WITH WHAT YOU DO THAT JUST PROVES THAT YOU REALLY CAN NOT TRUST ANY ONE NOW A DAYS .. AND PEOPLE PLEASE BE CAREFUL NOT TO GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE TO SOME PLACE YOU CALLED FROM THE NEWSPAPER!! BECAUSE THEY HAVE COUGHT MANY PF THE EMPLOYEES WRITING DOWN CUSTOMERS CREDIT CARD NUMBERS AND ADDRESSES AND PHONE NUMBERS AND THEY GO OUT AND USE THE CREDIT CARD INFO TO ORDER SOMETHING OVER THE PHONE JUST LIKE YOU DID!!! PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR THESE CROOKS!!! |

I have never dealt with this company. I have heard of many people who have. Once they sign up there bank accounts, and credit cards are drained. Alot of people incur overdraft fees, and over limit fees from their bank. Some say they never receive anything and never agree to the additional services. One person said when she checked her bank account, there was six charges on her credit card statement. She had to call the bank to put a block on her bank account. Another person's credit card company called to alert them. Be very leary about this company. Do not answer the ad in the paper. From what i hear it leads to nowhere. |

Yeah I worked there last year and quit after my first day on the phone. Yeah there are ads all over the us and all the calls were sent to that office. When we ask for your zip code and tell you there are a lot of shops in your area is just a bunch of bs. We type the zip code, such as 75243 and dallas comes up in our screen and we pause then say well, there are quite a few shops in your area! All we really see on the screen is that line I just typed just like the rest of the script. Thankfully I was a bad salesperson and didn't sell anything. |

OMG, do not sign up for this crap. It is just a damn scam. I signed up on September third 2008 and the rep told me it would just cost $1.95 to sign up then I would have to fill stuff out once I was logged in. The rep I spoke to said it was a 14 day trial membership and that I would be charged 19.95 a month after the 14 days If I did not cancel it. Some of you were sent training material in the mail, I was never even sent that. I was just told to go to the website after the call and log in then I would be able to take the test. The rep told me more than once on the phone that the mystery shopping thing was just 1.95 and that the 19.95 would only be charged after 14 days if I did not cancel. Like many of you the first time I tried after signing up I could not log into the website. I called back and told the rep I could not log in she checked stuff out for me and I was able to log in. The damn job board on the site I came to find out is nothing more than a bunch of links to other mystery shopping sites(these ones no charge, which makes what they do even more bs). I figured what the hell its only 1.95 for 14 days boy was I wrong. Since the end of my 14 days was coming up and this load of crap had provided me nothing I sent an email to customer support letting them know I wanted my account canceled and a confirmation that it had been. Thank god I went into my credit union today to do some banking as when I put money into my checking account to cover legit things I pay for I got the slip back and it had less funds available in the account then the money I just put in. I knew this was not right and I told the teller this she then pulled up the list of transactions on my account and asked me if I knew what shopper services was. I told her I did and that the only thing I had authorized to have taken out of my account by them(as has been noted the supply place through them is the one that does the charges)was the 1.95. She highlighted for me what had been charged and like many of you those creeps charged me the 1.95 twice and on top of that surplus had charged my account 39.95 three gosh damn times. One they had charged my account then took it off then charged my account two other times. I told the teller I never authorized the 39.95 and I sure did not authorize it more than once. She gave me a form to fill out where the credit union deals with it on my behalf if I can not get the merchant to give me the money back. First thing when I got home I called shopper services telling the rep what had happened and that I had sent an email days ago saying that I wanted the account closed. Big Suprise they had no record of having got the email. She did however cancel my account but not before trying to pitch me more crap then told me I would have to call the suppy place in regards to the charges. Well they are a bunch of rude asses who tell you that you agreed to the charges and that there is nothing they can do for you. They ask you if you want to hear the recording again(when I signed up I was asked to confirm the 1.95 with the rep and my info but did not hear a recording that I had to pay the 19.95 that day as the rep told me many times that the 19.95 a month would only be if I did not cancel within the 14 days). Like many of you they try to sell you additional junk all of which I said no to. For all I know they slip in the extra crap so fast you dont even hear it as they keep trying to pitch other services. My credit union has already reversed the overdrafts(yup I did not have much in my account right now and those creeps charging me stff I did not agree to caused over drafts) and they are fightng it for me. I was told that they would investigate it for me and that within 24 hours they woud have those charges taken off basically pending the outcome. As it seems various ones of your banks took the charges off I am hopeful I will not be stuck with this crap. I am going to be watching my account very carefully and will alert the bank immediatly if any more charges appear so they can deal with these sick people. Yes mine is long but it is important to get the word out about the scam. |

If it sounds too good to be true then don't waste your time, let alone money. Mystery Shopper my ___. More like mystery thieves. Less than 30 days after calling the Pennysaver ad my bank account was billed for over $200.00 by companies I had never heard of. Nor did the "sales rep" mention that it only took clicking on one of their various websites for them to think it was ok to bill you for yet another enrollment fee. One of the employees I spoke to trying to cancel their service wanted to 'just quickly' tell me about some of their "other opportunites" before processing my cancellation request. Hope she didn't take it personally when I told her I was recording our conversation and didn't have enough tape to listen to yet another shady scam. My bank was very understanding when I explained my situation and said sadly it was a story they were all too familiar with. So, I have been reimbursed for most of the charges by the bank and will be sending copies of my fraud case to the BBB, local police fraud division, Pennysaver and am considering consulting an attorney about a class action suit. NEVER SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING WITHOUT READING EVERYTHING AVAILABLE, DOCUMENT EVERY STEP AND TRY TO ERR ON THE SIDE OF "JUST SAY NO" |

I saw the add in todays newspaper and I called and went through the whole spill of theirs and when they told me it would cost me $1.95 to start and $19.95 a month for membership and when they asked me for my credit card info I said wait no job asks you to pay for a service that you can make money. I got on the computer to check this company out and I read all the complaints and I want to say thank you to all of you for your comments you really saved me alot of trouble. |

It sounded too good to be true, I should've known. I have a 3 year old and wanted some extra income, when I called to sign up, there was a problem with my card address, when I called my bank to fix it, I happened to check my account, and ShopperServices had already charged my account, TWICE!! They dont know what they are doing! It really should be illegal for this kind of thing....the economy is too bad for scams to be all over the place! |

As soon as I hung up though, I couldnt even access the website anymore and had a hard time even reaching anyone to cancel the trails and accounts. I too fell for it and cancelled my card so they wont be getting anymore money from me. BEWARE!!! How they can get away with this and not face legal consequences is beyond me. |

man, thanks a lot for your input..
i just saw the ad
"Earn upto $150/per day. Get PAID to SHOP. PT/FT. CALL NOW! 1-888-727-0598."
And i did call today, due to excitement..but when the guy over the phone started saying i had to pay $1.95 and when he asked for my info, my instincts told me to check the company first..and so, i asked the guy what the company's name is and he said "Surplus Supplier & Shopper services"..
I knew I had to check out the company first before giving my debit card number..
Good thing I did..and good thing i read your comments and complaints..
Thanks again for your concern for other people..it really helped me from committing a financial suicide.. |

I got all the way through until he told me about signing me up for the extra website. I stopped him and told him it was ridiculous, and he got angry and said "well good bye then" I told him to wait a minute and I wanted to make sure he canceled he said he did and that our conversation was being recorded and if I said to cancel he had to cancel, still not being polite. I immediately called my Credit Card Company they said it was still showing an approval for the 1.95 but it hadn't been posted yet, then she set me up with a new card number, so that they can't make any more charges.
Those of you who are trying to get them to stop charging might want to try calling you creditcard companies or bank and see what they can do to help. |

I seen an ad in the newspaper and called the number, the lady told me that I could make about $50.00 per assignment for $1.95 for registration fee for training. I gave her her my info and she told me about ohter trial basis stuff and I told her that wasn't interested in nothing else but she said it came with this. She said that I had to try the web store because that is where I would get a lot of my money from. but to make a long story short, when I tried to go to the website one of the links that I saw was WAHM so I read some of the reviews and immediately called to cancel in which she gave me a cancellation number but the other places told me that I wasn't in the system and to call back in 48 hours. I called my bank for the scam officer and told her everything and she said that she would cancel my debit card immediately so no charges would come out of my account. Thank you for a lesson well learned. This really did scare me. |

The Veracity Group "shopper services" is not a legit company. I am a former employee there and I can say that the day I left there was a big weight off my shoulders. It literally sickened me to sell their services because I knew firsthand that the company was scamming the callers.Do not give out your credit card numbers! You should never have to pay to work. One of the reps put told her supervisor she felt ad for working there because she knew it was a scam and the supervisor basically said for her to think of it as making money for herself. Do not sign up |

Did not pay them 1.95, don't give out information over the phone like credit, debit card numbers, but never received any info. on line or confirmation of any kind. It sounded good and I was gullible. Thinking of starting my own marketing company, so should all of you and do your own studies and secret shopping. I am sure it could be done with alittle ingenuity and honesty it is just collecting money for these things which is beyond me, oh well, oh yes I'd love to pay some of my debts which are piling up with no end in sight, Is the world coming to an end? What happened to the good old american dream? was it outsourced with everything else? We should say 'I'm tired of this and I not going to take it any more'! good luck all Ed |

first of all this is not a scam!! yes there are definately free sites out there and yes i would participate in those. however, i do feel as though i should let people in on a little secret. the only pathetic people who feel as though they have been scammed and the very smart people who do not pay attention to what they are getting into. It is made very clear in the phone call that the initial fee is 1.95 and a monthly fee of 9.95/14.95/19.95 will be charged after 30/14 days, depending on when your sign-up date was, if they do not call to cnc prior to that window of time closing. ShopperServices even records it just in case there are any clerical errors. Only if the Cx give a yes or an ok to the info stated do they even get signed up. So it is definately the consumers fault if they: A. do not pay attention to what they said yes to and B. if they dont call after 2months+ to cnc and are charged for the monthly fee!!! Oh yes and about the bonus programs! there have been loads of those and believe it or not they are switched out very frequently; such as Surplus suplier, american leisure, easy saver, money edge, valueclub, and value dinner. . . .the list goes on really. Again not ShopperServices or those companies Fault!! PAY ATTENTION!!! yes the reps the cx speaks to is relentless with rebuttals however there are cxs everyday who come out smelling like a rose b/c they denied all additional charges to any additional programs!! DUH!!! it is not forced upon a cx!! and i reiterrate"So it is definately the consumers fault if they: A. do not pay attention to what they said yes to and B. if they dont call after 2months+ to cnc and are charged for the monthly fee!!!"Basis For my Comment: Dumbass People Shouldnt Own a Credit Card!!! And if you find this tid-bit of info offensive then you're probably the dumbshit that said yes to everything and didnt realized until 6months down the road!!! |

Shopperservices posted a classified ad in the local journal, but I have done shopper services before and did not have to pay to go the work. But I was paid for what work I did for Shop & Chek in one of the southern states 2 years ago. I am trying this to see if it works, if not, I'll be very upset! |

I SIGNED UP WITH SHOPPERSERVICES ON 6/24/08. I TRIED TO LOG IN AND THE PERSON WHO SIGNED ME UP SPELLED MY WEB ADDRESS WRONG. I WAS TOLD ABOUT ALL THE FEES UPFRONT AND I WAS TOLD I COULD CANCEL THEM AT ANYTIME. I WAS GIVEN THE 2 WEEKS AS EVERYONE ELSE BUT I COULD NEVER GET INTO THE LOG IN. FIRST THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A COMPUTER PROBLEM ON THEIR END. THEY TOLD ME I WOULD BEGIVEN AN EXTRA MONTH ONCE THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM. THEY KEPT TELLING ME TO CALL EVERYDAY IF I WANTED TO CHECK IN, I KNEW THERE WAS NOT A PROBLEM WITH MY COMPUTER BECAUSE IT WAS ONLY A WEEK OLD. IT WAS BRAND NEW AND DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. I KEPT CALLING AND CALLING AND ONE DAY I WAS TOLD IT WAS FIXED. I WAS SO EXCITED I TRIED TO GO AND LOG ON, BUT I WAS NOT ABLE TO. SO I CALLED THEM BACK AND THIS LADY TELLS ME I HAVE THE PROBLEM BECAUSE THEIR SIGHT ONLY GOES THROUGH INTERNET EXPLORER ONLY. I WAS REALLY ANGRY THEN BUT I TRIED IT 3 TIMES AND STILL I COULD NOT LOGIN. I CALLED THEM BACK UP AND AFTER 7 WEEKS I WAS FED UP AND CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT. I WA TOLD THAT I HAD THE WRONG COMPUTER INFO TO USE THEIR SIGHT. I WAS FURIOUS AND I SAID WHY DIDN'T ANYONE TELL ME THAT 7 WEEKS AGO. THEY DIDN'T HAVE AN ANSWER. I WAS TOLD IT ONLY WORKS ON INTERNET EXPLORER AND THAT DID NOT WORK EITHER. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND KEPT APOLOGIZING TO ME THE WHOLE TIME. I DID NOT GO ON TO THE OTHER WEBSITES ATTACHED TO THEM UNTIL AFTER MY TIME EXPIRED. I THOUGHT NONE OF THEM WOULD WORK. THEY DID AND WERE THEY A RIP OFF TOO. I WAS CHARGED A $39.95 FOR ONE SIGHT AND I DID GET MY MONEY BACK. THE WOMAN I DID SPEAK TO WAS REALLY NASTY BUT I IGNORED HER AND SHE REFUNDED MY MONEY. SHE TOLD ME SHE DOESN'T USUALLY DO IT BUT SHE WOULD GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK THIS ONE TIME. I LOST MY JOB AND I WAS LOOKING FOR A WAY TO MAKE MONEY AT HOME BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN ILL. I AM GLAD I FOUND THIS SIGHT SO I COULD SEE WHAT I WAS GETTING INTO. I TOLD THEM WE HAD AN IT DEPT. WHERE I WORKED AND THE COMPUTER WAS UP IN A MATTER OF MINUTES WHEN IT WENT DOWN. IT NEVER TOOK THIS LONG TO DO THIS. AS USUAL THEY KEPT APOLOGIZING AND SAID THEY WERE WORKING ON IT. I AM A VERY PATIENT PERSON BUT MY PATIENCE FINALLY RAN OUT. THANK YOU FOR ALL O0F YOUR COMMENTS. I HOPE SOMEONE ELSE SEES THIS SIGHT BEFORE THEY ARE SCAMNED LIKE US. |

I called about the mystery shoppers ad in the penny saver. The person I talked to had me going for a while there, but then she asked for a credit or debit card number, I asked if could mail a money order to them she said no. I told her I didn't feel comfortable giving her that information. She assured me that everything was legitimate I still wasn't comfortable. My phone ended up shutting off due to alow battery. I decided to check their site out and I came across this site. Thank God. |

Don't get mad - get even. And do it legally. The Federal Trade Commission monitors this stuff on a national basis. Go to ftc.gov and file a formal complaint - right now. It'll take less time than your phone call to ShopperServices.com. Then print it out so you'll have a documented copy of the action you took - in case you need it later (fraudulent use of your credit card, identity theft, etc.).
Call your local BBB, and the Atty.General's ofc., and your local newspaper if they have a "consumer watch" section.
You didn't do anything wrong, and don't stop trusting people - just be very careful about who you trust. The world needs more people like you - honest earners, and less people like them - the scammers who have to resort to these tactics to make a dishonest buck.
Good luck to you all - and remember to pay it forward!

After a certifaction test, two "Training tests" and a resume I learned I then had to sign up with the company and take thier test also! I put out money and now I am at a loss on what to do. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS!!! |

This information will help you: The customer representative with shopperservices with was very smooth, yet pushy and pressuring. She told me that they were registered with the better business bureau (which could mean anything). Later she had me listed as agreeing to other services when earlier I stated very strongly that I didn't want anything else. This was the red flag. I refused to do the recorded agreement on audio tape at the end of our conversation (which prevents authorization), then immediately called my credit card folks to cancel my credit card (which prevents any other billing possibility) and will have a new one sent to me within 3 to 10 days. |

I was sure there is something fishy, because after asking me about the address and phone number, which they already had known, the woman came up right to credit card information.I asked twice if they had a web-site so that I can go through and then I'd make a decision. She told me I wouldn't be able to log in,if I didn't pay the register fee of $1.95.And she talked so sofly and fast,so I couldn't get everything.Always be alert for your personel information, especially when money are involved. I am glad they didn't catch me,but this is because of my bad experience in the past and my friend's mistakes like that.Somebody has to do something about it. |

I contacted shopper services after seeing an advertizement in the 'want adds'. I had heard of 'secrete shopper's' and I was told how easy it was to complete the required training and start making money. I wasn't mailed anything but told to go to the website, complete some online training, then to print the training reports and 'shop' a fast food restraunt and a retail store. Then, return online and record the information. After my reports were reviewed, I would be notified via my e-mail address and provided names of places I could sign up to be a secrete shopper and make $$. I did my part. I did save all my notes taken during the initial call I had made to shoppers services, (3-25-08) Now I'm pissed off and think I'll follow up on why they didn't follow through on their end. |

I have been a stay at home mom for years with four children. Bringing home extra income is imperative these days. This company takes advantage of people who are not in the workforce and do not have a vast knowledge of business internet scams. The tests that they give you and the "training" they provide set you up to never succeed in passing. I plan on reporting them to the BBB.It's all just a scam to get your money. |

I followed all the instructions my customer service rep "Lisa Martin" gave me. When I decided to logged on to the website and start my training, the website was not going through. I thought I had written down the website incorrectly until, I found this website. I feel so betrayed! I JUST HOPE THE NEXT PERSON WILL LOOK INTO THE RATINGS BEFORE SIGNING UP. It amazes me that not one of the posts on this site tells that a recorded audio verification is done at the end of your call. The rep went over all of the charges with me and I had to give an audible answer saying AI authorized the charges.
