SammyDress.com also promises to provide safe, reliable shipping options due to their long term contracts with well known, legit shipping companies such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other major carriers.
If you have any problem at all with an order you have received from SammyDress.com, you must contact their Customer Service as soon as possible to address it. They offer 24 hour live chat service for issues.
If your item is defective, you may return it for a refund, but you still must first contact customer service for the proper return procedure to follow. If you would like to return an item for any other reason other than manufacturer’s defect, you may not be able to receive a refund.

I ordered and paid for 13 pieces of clothing. After 3 weeks, the items have not arrived. I sent a follow up email; and I was told it was shipped. I was given a tracking nmber that could not be tracked. I sent another email; after one and a half months, I was finally given a tracking number that worked. When I received the package, it contained THREE not THIRTEEN items!!!! This time, I filed a complain with Paypal. But, since there was a tracking number, Paypal favored the vendor, inspite of the fact that I sent pictures of the 3 items sent and inspite of the fact that I did not receive 10 of the items I paid for. I contacted Sammydress about the missing items to no avail. I lost more than a hundred dollars to this company!!!!! Beware!!! Paypal will not rule in your favor ias long as there is a tracking number and whether you receive the exact number of items you bought or not!!!! SAMMYDRESS is a BIG SCAMMER!!!!
Most unreliable and unprofessional shop ever
This is the absolute worst company I have ever tried to shop from. I normally would not bother to review shops, but this experience has been so terrible I feel required to warn other shoppers. This is my experience:
I heard about sammydress a few months ago and although they had some really terrible reviews on some sites, they were so cheap that I tried to order from them anyway. The first order came fine--slow, and the item did not look exactly like the photo (it was a skirt and was not made the way the photo made it look) but it still looked fine, and I figured they were an international company so I did not make a big fuss. I left a positive review because they allow you to accumulate sammy points for accepted reviews (and they only accept positive reviews on their website) and I wanted to try to get some money off my next order.
Second experience: I tried to order from them a few months ago again, and first, they hide how you apply points and the person I spoke to on their chat to try to figure it out was very rude. Apparently, instead of the Check-out-with-PayPal button (which I was trying to use because I wanted to pay with paypal), you have to use the Proceed-to-Secure-CheckOut button which looks like a different option from paypal, but you can access paypal that way too, and that is also the only way you can apply the Points system (and nowhere on their website tells you this).
Then, after I made my order, they never sent anything for the next two weeks--I figured okay, it is an international company, it might take time, but I contacted them just in case. They contact me back a few days later saying that they are sorry, there has been an error and they cannot ship my order. They do not give me my money back. Then they contact me again a few days after that, suddenly saying they have shipped my order again. I was not really in a hurry to receive my items so I waited, but after an entire month passes, I contact them to ask where the items are because they have been In-Transit for the last month. They tell me I have to wait 45 days even though their shipping policy says that for their basic shipping, it should arrive within 25 days.
It has now passed 45 days both from the original order date AND the supposed shipped out date and my order still has not arrived. They still have not refunded my money and if they do not within the next 48 hours, I am going to contact paypal.
Also, fyi, after I left my first positive review, Sammydress contacted me asking me to write positive reviews for them on other websites and to say that they DID NOT ask me to review them. In return, they would give me more Points. So just for your information, most of their positive reviews are rigged. They only allow people to leave positive reviews on their website, and they bribe their customers for positive reviews on other websites.
Sammydress is the most unprofessional company I have ever interacted with. Also, word of advice, since the last time I ordered, their prices have also gone up so they are no longer dirt cheap. You can find deals that are better than theirs are for the same item on aliexpress or ebay since all their items come from wholesalers in China. Aliexpress has nearly everything free shipping also unlike sammydress's ridiculously expensive shipping fee, and although it also takes awhile to ship out since it is international, their items arrive.
Scam, horrible-incompetent customer service
I ordered six items from this company at one time. After about two week, they sent me an email stating that the two shirts I ordered were out of stock, which was fine. I presumed they would refund me for those items.
A month later, when I did finally receive my order, the package arrived WITH the two shirts and a bracelet (also with no receipt or statement to show proof of purchase and items received). At this point, the package was missing three items, two pairs of earrings and a necklace.
Shortly afterwards, I received a refund for only one pair of earrings. The company stated in an email that the item was out of stock. However, I did not receive a refund for the other two missing items.
When I contacted the customer service department, I explained the situation to them in an email, and asked also if I could ship the two shirts back. These shirts were way too small, and made of poor quality. Literally, the stitching was loose and looked like someone who didn't know how to sew may have made the shirt, that's how horrible the quality was, and the material was see-through.
After several attempts in exchanging emails with a representative named "Jason," he finally understood one of my complaints, asking why would I want to ship the shirts back? He added that it would cost more money to ship it back international. I took this into consideration and chalked it up as a loss and decided to keep the shirts, since it would probably cost more to ship it back to China or wherever this company is located.
I kept trying to explain that I did not receive two items and that I would like a refund for them, and even copied and pasted the whole order to them, to show proof that I did pay for them. He kept writing back that I was refunded. He was right, I was refunded, but only for one item, which I kept "telling" him that I already knew about, but insisted, that I wanted a refund for the other two missing items.
I explained this as plain as day and still, he did not get it.
He routed me to a manager named "Wendy" and it's still in process. At this point, I doubt I will get my money back.
Also, I'm taking it as a lesson learned; if it seems too good to be true, then it probably is. The prices with Sammydress are great, and alluring, but you definitely get what you pay for! The customer service representative I dealt with is incompetent, and the emails I received were poorly written-which indicates to me that they do not have basic understanding of cross-cultural complaints nor professionalism even at the most basic level. If a company caters to an English speaking customer base, you should have someone who is competent in dealing with English speaking customers and their complaints, so they're not left feeling like they're going around in circles. Anyhow, save your money and the hassle. This company is a total scam.
