They claim to be the leading China online wholesale supplier of goods such as Wedding Dresses Wedding Dresses, Women's Clothing, Cosplay Costumes, Lingerie, Shoes, Wigs, Jewelry, Bags and Accessories, and much more.

Since they are a wholesaler, they do provide discounts for their customers who buy items in bulk – the more you buy, the more you save in discounts.

They also claim to provide a huge range of products with different styles to choose from in order to appeal to their wide global market, in addition to adding brand new products every day.

SammyDress.com also promises to provide safe, reliable shipping options due to their long term contracts with well known, legit shipping companies such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other major carriers.

If you have any problem at all with an order you have received from SammyDress.com, you must contact their Customer Service as soon as possible to address it. They offer 24 hour live chat service for issues.

If your item is defective, you may return it for a refund, but you still must first contact customer service for the proper return procedure to follow. If you would like to return an item for any other reason other than manufacturer’s defect, you may not be able to receive a refund.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Absolute worst people to deal with. I have copied and pasted my conversation with their LiveChat as proof.

Crystal: Hi, welcome to sammydress Pre-sale Live Support! I would be more than happy to assist you.
ME: Hi, I would like to delete my account!
Crystal: ok
ME: How do I do this?
Crystal: please tell me your email
ME: *gives email*
Crystal: ok I will ask related staff cancel the account for you later
ME: How will I know it has been cancelled?
Crystal: you can check it after a few day s
ME: There is no way it can be deleted right now?
Crystal: yes we will delete it immediately
ME: Later, and Immediately are two different things. I would like it deleted now, not later.
Crystal: they are having lunch now ok ?
Crystal: I will tell them now, and only they come back and will delete for you asap
ME: I don't need the rudeness and disrespect. All I asked was for my account to be deleted.
Crystal: yes I know
Crystal: so please wait it
Crystal: we will do that for you for sure
ME: Approximately how long will it take?
Crystal: 1-2 business days
ME: You told me it would be immediate and that they were on lunch? I need a serious, and straight answer because you have now told me three different things.

Not only that, but I also did not receive the one item that I ordered. I would not recommend this horrible service to anyone.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Sammy Dress is not a reputable company. Placed my order and paid TWO months ago. Apparently, after being told my order would be here in a few days (numerous times)....it is still overseas AND now many of my items are out of stock. They said they would give me a "partial refund" for the items. I have no idea why they take orders and payment for items that are no longer in stock. I would like a full refund plus my ridiculously expensive shipping cost back as well.
Had I known what an ordeal this would be, I NEVER EVER would've ordered anything from Sammy Dress. I'm convinced that many (if not all) of their positive reviews are fakes posted by Sammy Dress. They have proven to be a very dishonest and shady company. I advise anyone who is thinking of placing an order with them to look elsewhere. I have never in my life had such a negative online ordering experience. At this point, I feel I'm out the money I gave them and my order is apparently nowhere in sight. I'm not even looking forward to my order any longer after reading other reviews about the poor quality, etc. of the clothing. Sammy Dress is a RIP OFF. I even found a Facebook page about Sammy Dress being fraudulent. The BBB gives Sammy Dress an F! I pasted links below. I'm really looking forward to the cut and paste bs response I'm going to get from Sammy Dress for posting this. What a joke.

10/11/2014 - UPDATE: I AM STILL WAITING FOR ANY OF THE ITEMS I ORDERED AND PAID FOR TO ARRIVE. FILED A PAYPAL CLAIM YESTERDAY FOR THE RETURN OF MY MONEY. SAMMY DRESS IS A SCAM. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND SANITY! THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE HAVING THE SAME ISSUES, I WORRY THAT SAMMY DRESS MAY BE HOLDING ONTO MONEY IN PREPARATION FOR BANKRUPTCY. THERE ARE JUST SOOOO MANY OF US WHO HAVE PAID MONTHS AGO AND STILL NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. VERY SUSPICIOUS!!! Also, I tried to warn others on the Sammy Dress FB page and Sammy Dress deleted my warnings and blocked me from posting. SCAMMERS!

Someone need to shut them down!!!

Don't buy anything from this retailer, Sammy Dress. They also have another website www.rosewholesale.com ... they got the worst customers service ever. I ordered (Aug 20) like 23 items from them and after 20 days (9/10) I sent them an email regards to my shipment. They told me 1 item was not able so they couldn't ship out my order. They failed to notify me during those 20 days & just sat on my order. If I didn't inquire about my order they would ignored it. Any smart merchant would send out the available items and sent an email about their the status of the order. So I told them to send what they have & with a tracking number. After 10 days (9/20), I was still waiting for my email to track my order. I was getting very frustrated at this point. Just when I decided to cancel my order. I got an email (9/25) 15 days later that they ship out 1 item that they stated was unvailable. I thought there must be some mistake. They told me it was not available, but they're shipping it to me. What about the other 21 items that they say were available? Why aren't they shipping those? That was odd. When my package finally came ... I was expecting a big box, but all I got was 1 black dress. I waited 44 days to get 1 item? On top of that the dress wasn't even a dress ... it was a shirt. I was beyond furious. I called up my credit card company and they took care of the matter for me so I wouldn't have to deal with them. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! Save yourself the headache and frustration."

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU! Sammy Dress needs to be STOPPED!!! It appears they do the same thing to almost everyone who orders from them. So sorry I ever heard of their company. I saw their ad on Facebook...wish I wouldn't have. I also reported them to FB because they shouldn't be advertising a fraudulent company. So sorry you were also taken advantage of by SammyDress!!! :(

Don't everrrrrrrre order from this company!!!! I ordered on August 17th, today is October 6th and nothing!!! I have called the number on the website, nothing, always busy. I finally got a hold of someone today, and he said that for a refund, I had to wait TEN MORE DAYS??!!! I have been waiting almost two months, yeah why not! Don't order from them. Don't see one positive review and think, well maybe hummm, all the thousands of people, are just making up things... NOOOO! Don't get suckered in like the rest of us....

SAMMY DRESS IS A SCAM COMPANY! RIPOFF! HORRIBLE!

SammyDress is the WORST company and should not be in business unless you wish to be ripped off.

I have been going round and round with them since MAY 2014 (it is now September 2014) due to clothing that was shipped to me that was:
1. supposed to be expedited (I paid for expedited shipping, and items arrived OVER a month later)
2. clothing was defective and they try to get you to ship the clothes BACK TO CHINA.

Think about that. They charged my credit card and didn't ship items until over a month later when it was TOO LATE for me to dispute the charges. Fancy that.

I have had to contact the BBB on these folks but it was for their Rancho Cucamonga address. Worst customer service possible. You cannot get through to their phone line. If you submit a "support ticket" they will make you go round and round asking dumb questions and try to frustrate you to the point you will give up.... they even try to tell you to buy MORE items so they can send you correct sizes, or replace defective items if you send them 50% more money for the defective item...

WHAT COMPANY DOES ALL OF THIS? TOTAL RIPOFF!

If you have a YELP account I would YELP on them too. I only purchased from them because I didn't find anything on them there - until now! Yelp is more difficult to create fake accounts… :\
