JM NY, NY | 12:32pm on January 31st, 2011 | This program was once excellent. After a few years of a using and very much appreciating it, I now find it, in Version 7, to be a disaster. It will not allow me to enter new data fields for a passcard, as it used, it has suddenly decided that my "free trial" is over -- I have been a paid, registered user for years - and is throwing up a pop-up telling me that every time I go to use it, urging me to buy the program, and now customer support will not even *acknowledge* my email requests for help, never mind responding to them, them and phone support simply answers with a recorded message saying they're too busy to take calls, then hangs up. It's as if this program and its maker, Siber Systems, had a sudden heart attack and just died. |
