Robbins Madanes Training, found online at RMTCenter.com, state they are the official Coach Training School of world famous self-help guru and motivational speaker Anthony Robbins.

How Does It Work?

According to their website, the Robbins-Madanes Training Center has trained 4,000 certified life coaches in the Strategic Intervention Method.

The SI Method takes different teachings from many different disciplines, including branches of psychology, different therapeutic methods, negotiation theories, and more, in order to create a cohesive method of practical strategic action.

They promise all their students that they will start seeing improvements in their own lives and selves right away, and that this training will “transform your ability to influence, lead, and create positive change in those around you".

Eventually you will be able to take the skills you learn from this program and use them in a professional coaching capacity in order to transform individuals, couples, businesses, and organizations.

Currently they offer four different training programs, including Core 100 Training, Core 200 Training, Board Certified Coach, and Total Breakthrough Training.

Customer Service

Customers who would like to contact their Customer Service team with questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by phone at 877-325-9040, by email at [email protected], or by submitting them directly to their website.

Cost & Price Plans

Customers who have never worked with the Robbins Madanes Training Center before will only be able to directly enroll in their Core 100 Training Program.

In order to enroll in any other programs offered by this company, you will need to contact their Customer Service team to personally speak to a team member.

If you are interested in enrolling in their Core 100 program, you have three different types of membership you can choose.

Their most affordable is the Bronze Membership, which is priced at twelve payments of $333 for a total of $3,996 and includes bonuses 1-8.

The Silver Membership is three payments of $1,249 for a total of $3,747 and includes the same bonuses and the DVD/CD Training Library.

Finally, the Gold Membership is a single payment of $3,500 and includes all the previous materials plus the 7 Mindsets of Success Bonus.

Refund Policy

This website says that all of their products and their training courses are covered by an unconditional 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

This Guarantee states that all customers have a full 30 days to try and evaluate any program they offer, and “if you don’t find it to be the most life-changing training you have ever undergone,” you can contact their Customer Service team to request a hassle-free refund.

The website does say that they ask their customers to take the first 30 days of their program very seriously, because after 30 days have passed no refunds will be given for any reason.

Reputation

For being a company that has trained thousands of coaches, it seems as though the vast majority of reviews available at this time are from partner or affiliate websites, and not from the successful trainers who went through this program themselves.

The only review that was troubling, however, was from a former customer who claimed that they did request a refund within the first 30 days of enrollment and their refund was denied to them.

Customers that are considering enrolling in this program may want to speak with their Customer Service team in advance and get more information about the process of requesting a refund and having it approved, to make sure that all your bases are covered in case you wish to withdraw.

Competitors and Alternatives?

The idea of life coaching, career coaching, parenting coaching, and other types of coaching are becoming very popular recently.

Customers looking for an alternative training program to the RMT Center should be able to find a program that better suits their needs or their budget.

BEWARE AND STEER CLEAR - FALSE ADVERTISING, SCAMS AND NO MORALS
June 16, 2019

I inquired to Robbin-Mandanes Training. I spoke w/ Quovadis Burwell. He offers 2 option for Core100 for $3500 w/ 6 months live power calls or a “platinum upgrade” core200 that includes 2yrs live for $5000.I received an email with both links the core100 & the “Platinum Upgrade”which has Tony Robbins picture front and center saying to be one of the top 50 trained coaches upgrade today as well as the web address as /platinumupgrade.

I pay the $5000. get a welcome email says first 20 to signup would receive a ticket to UPW to see Tony! Customer service responds to me saying they have no idea how I got that link that was an old promo from last year not even available for purchase until the fall & That I would purchase the core100 for $3500 first & platinum upgrade core200 was a separate charge of $5000.

What? They tell me they will refund the 5000 and just charge me the 3500 for the core100. Qouvadis never told me that the core100 had to be purchased separate from the core200 and it’s not an “upgrade Option” because that’s exactly what he sold it to me as.

His manager Steven Cawiezell calls me. he offers the same refund option.I say no b/c I know what I was told and promised. You can’t advertise one thing and then say another after i’ve paid. I reviewed this all very carefully and made a HUGE decision about my future. I made this decision based on the information that was given by a representative of this company and I expect for this to be honored.

I just wanted what I was told and promised. Steven told me that probably isn’t going to happen. I also request to speak to someone above him and am told he is the highest level I will speak to. I have Steven follow up thru email and we finally touch base on monday after the weekend.

He informs me he was able to add the core100 at no additional charge.that I will get the core100 & the platinum for the price I paid.I confirm that the power calls and labs are for 2 years, he responds well its actually 12 months now but since you were told that I will honor It.

Not only told that but also on the webpage I was sent.In one of the final emails he’s basically telling me he has no way to reset the refund period of 30 days and I say I’m not comfortable having a refund period going back to when I didn’t even have the material to review.

All they had to do was honor what was said and advertised! Add material to my account. Reset the refund period. Even the website is misleading and false advertising saying UPGRADE and not to mention I should have never even been sent the link. I even get a welcome email about a promo that has long since ended.

He leaves it off he is working on it now again but needs to talk to others in the company.

I then receive a message from customer service .

Hi Michelle,

Mark asked me to pass this email on to you after your conversations with Steven in our enrollment department:

This is Mark Peysha. I understand there was some confusion about the training materials that come with the Platinum Program. I’m sorry to hear this. This training is offered only once per year and only to previous Core 100 students. This offer was made to you without my permission. I apologize for the resulting confusion and will discuss it with all parties involved so it doesn't happen again.

We will go ahead and issue a full refund to you for the Platinum program. If you’d like to proceed with the Core 100 training, we are happy to offer you a 10% discount.

Warmly,

Debbie

Are you kidding? After over a week of emails and calls back and forth. And having Steven Cawiezell agreed to include the core100 in the $5000 charge like originally advertised to me getting thru all of that.

Now the entire thing is taken back by the great and powerful oz .. that doesn’t even have the respect to face me? Where's this guys coaching skills? Where is his communication? Where is his respect for others?

He’s written books about coaching but this is how he chooses to handle a serious matter like this. We aren’t talking about a purchase of a shirt. And it’s not even just the $5000. This is a life decision. A career path.

Truly coming to a point where I trusted in a program enough to spend $5000 based on advertising, emails and information provided by the company. and then to be treated like this with no regard. There’s actually multiple past webpages I pulled after the fact that stated the core100 was included in the platinum and listing it as an upgrade.

There is conflicting info all over the place. I wrote back to customer service that this was not acceptable and to have him contact me directly. And I got Silence. I then emailed the next day I've still gotten the same.

Nothing. It’s been days and refusal of any communication from the company. My account has since been completely shut off. This is not acceptable behavior by a company and they should be held accountable. False & misleading advertising is not something that should be taken lightly.

I'm not paid or an affiliate of any or these companies or people

I ordered the Core 100. All of the information was open to me at once. I looked through all of it before I started to study it. There is a LOT of information here, and I just said to myself, "This is overwhelming but I wanted ALL the information I could and this seemed to be a huge portion of that. So the amount wasn't an issue for me -one page at a time...and I also found out I could use it for :"Just in time needs" -meaning if I had a client coming in that had a certain situation that I did't know a lot about, I looked it up in the material. It was there.

Within 10 days of having access to all this, a family member died and I still wasn't sure the money spent was worth it. However, I knew I would be taking time to help with family issues, so I returned it. I have heard there were issues about returns, but I called my guy that I talk to and he said within 30 days, you will have your money back in your account. I didn't even have to tell him why. No issues, no snafu's, and the money arrived sooner than he stated. No problems.

I was about to sign up again when I started getting something different from Mark and Maglia called "Strategic Intervention", and I was still getting stuff from Robbins-Madanes which Mark and Maglia are a part of too. I noticed in the fine print that you could not use Tony's name in the course of your practice. It said the same thing in Robbins-Madanes. I get he wants to control the brand, but they keep saying Tony this and Tony that, but what good is it if you can't say you went to a school that Tony Robbins created? To me, that's BS!

Now I'm wondering if Tony even knows these two are piggybacking on his reputation with the other company -with the same address. This is confusing. Now, I haven't signed up because I am not sure who I am signing up with. The presentations, up til 5/3/2019 are the same thing...with the exception of Maglia's Goddess presentation, which leads me to believe that they are piggybacking his name and he's not getting paid for it. I wonder if he knows???

Anyway, I did find the information solid. I would sign up again, but now I'm not sure who to trust to get me into the right company with the right training.

More information than you need.

If you are a slow changer, you will take your time with the training and spend more time analyzing the strategy. The information they teach can be overwhelming yet the techniques are amazing and effective when you begin to apply it with practice. Because the founders Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes, Mark Peysha and Magali Peysha have collaborated in the technique they call Strategic Intervention, the dynamic is powerful. I personally have experienced life changing breakthrough after breakthrough along the way.

We experience things differently and the best experience is my own. However, to apply it towards helping another person takes practice. Magali and Mark Peysha, the hands on master coaches, teaches the application in a more personal way which identify the skill it actually takes to gain the trust of the future Life-Coaching client.

Life-Coaching on a personal level is unlike the Tony Robbins style as we have watched him perform in his recorded seminars. Tony Robbins, after coaching thousands and thousands of people and developing an insight at a snap of a finger is a master at performing in front of a live audience.

Strategic Intervention is a combination of NLP, Family Therapy, Human Psychology, Intuitiveness, along with other form of teachings works best when the life coach truly want to help others. There’s more information than you need in the course than you know what to do with.

When one learns so much, it takes time to apply the knowledge and make it your own. It is an eye opening course in my own life and I consider it better than any self help book or therapy I have ever experienced. My relationship with my children and my friends opened a new dimension and a new level of connection I could have ever imagined. I left my previous career with confidence knowing it was time for my true calling to come forth.

I graduated RMT Training on September 2017 and I am now a Certified Life-Coach.

If one first need the confidence and close supervision with their trainer in order to use their knowledge, the next step toward getting a paying client is challenging. I find that most people in this course like myself, have fear of starting their business. I needed more than knowledge, I needed feedback and more practice in order to feel comfortable and put the knowledge into place. In this case, to begin the application of the fundamentals of Strategic Intervention, I highly recommend a second course, SI BOOTCAMP, independently taught by Mark and Magali Peysha.

One must be able to truly understand their clients in order for the Strategic Intervention to show results. Each client comes with their own strength, their own way of receiving communication, their own desire and their own need for personal growth. Only the client can walk in their own shoes and take the step towards their fulfillment with the help of the skilled Life-Coach

In my opinion, you can never stop learning and this course is about learning more about the clients personal style and personal choice. Connecting the knowledge to actually helping the client is a smooth and useful transition. I gained confidence in my practice and I am now ready to coach.

I hope this helps in your decision.

I went to IS Boot Camp too. I was also disappointed. Nothing like how Tony coaches. Very weak. Big waste of money for me!

1 ‘Robbins Madanes Training’ Review
October 12, 2017
Here's the bottom line, if you want to become a life coach, find an ICF (international coaching federation) school and go for it, that's what I did after 9 months trying to understand Robbins Madanes Training. Wanna be like Tony Robbins or do the same work that he does, then you have a long way to go , Tony has thousands of different skills which Robbins Madanes Training does not teach, for example, his a master using NLP (This is a skill in hypnotherapy) , he also uses a lot of Milton Erickon (Very very famous hypnotherapist in modern times who already passed away) techniques , he has also mastered human psychology and psychiatry , he has an amazing understanding of how human mind works and years of experience so DON'T BE NAIVE thinking that Robbins Madaness Training will empower you to do Tony's work, because it will not. Let's just put it this way, just forget that Tony knows everything that he does and he is starting today at Robbins Madaness Training, he will not get even closer to be at least a a quarter as famous as he is today, period. My conclusion is that , they had a good intention to create this training to empower people to help others and they failed , or at least they failed me a . What the above person said is right, I do believe there was a good intention when they created this training and they do have good messages in the course , but there are a lot of lost students there who has no idea how can the strategies there will apply with their clients or friends that they are trying to help, and just recently Magali and Mark (co founders of the training )created something called SI boot camp which for an extra price of 2500 USD you can have a in person training in california . I'm very desappointed that I joined it but at the same time I am grateful that I did because the course itself gave me hunger to grow and find the right training for me , right now I am enrolled in a real life coach school and I am loving it because I get to practice a lot in person and I have teachers there to guide me . Being a life coach means that you will use your clients resources to help him to find the answers he is looking for ,in order to help him or her to overcome their live's challenges , you do that by asking open questions with what , who , where ...etc .... and you get to practice this a lot in a real life coaching school , at the RMT , when you get on their once a week webnar to ask questions about the difficulties you are having you will hear a lot of , I suggest you to do this , you have to do this .... etc .... Cloe uses that a lot , they use these expressions while their coaching their students on their own life issues which for me sounds more like an experience person telling a much younger one what to do , and you never get to see or hear Tony whatsoever , the course itself is 90 all recorded and the only practice you will have will be during that once a week webnar they have where after one hour of asking questions to either CLoe, Mark or Magali , you will be paired with another student to talk about a certain topic , and guess what , there's no teacher, or anyone no tell you how you're doing , if's right or wrong or what you can do differently , now if you decide to do it . GOOD LUCK.

Thanks for this review! It is much appreciated. I do life coaching on the side and got my certification from another onsite school. I started looking at the RMT when prospective clients asked if my certification was from the RMT program. So I looked into it to see what it was all about. Your review is awesome, and for that I thank you.

I'm an NLP Master Practitioner and Coach, and just to be clear, NLP is not hypnotherapy.

Good Content; Poor Structure
September 7, 2017

The content was really well done. There were some great ideas which helped me. However, after months of trying to figure out what I was supposed to be doing, I gave up. It is just not organized well right now. Hopefully, they get this fixed because I believe they have something great to offer the coaching community.
