As a Property Locator you don't need to have a real estate license or the money to fund your own deals.  The Real Estate Arena will provide you training in how to scout profitable real estate deals that investors from around the country will finance.

This arrangement allows you to work closely with professionals in the real estate industry and profit if one of your deals goes through.  According to the Real Estate Arena your commissions can range between $2,000 - $25,000.

However, the real value is supposed to be in the experience you get from working closely with pro investors.  You'll get a first hand look at their systems for choosing and declining properties, and eventually use that info to find your own deals.

The Real Estate Arena program is offered in two different price options either $19 to start with a reoccurring $19 monthly fee or a one time payment of $76.  At these relatively low prices a lot of aspiring RE investors have signed up.

There is mixed feedback about the quality of the program provided by therealestatearena.com.  Some people find it frustrating that after they put in months of legwork none of their deals get picked up by investors.

Moreover, it's difficult to act quickly on a hot deal when you're not the primary decision maker.  Usually the truly profitable deals get picked up long before you have time to contact your investor and wait for them to conduct their own research on the property.

In the end, I would approach The Real Estate Arena as a long term resource, it's fairly cheap and you do have the potential to learn a lot.  However, the prospects of making 100 grand a year like they advertise are pretty slim.
