Ray Reynolds Reviews
Legit or Scam?
Ray Reynolds
is a highly successful corporate consultant
who has developed an extensive product line.
Through the Ray Reynolds Plan and the Ray
Reynolds University he teaches entrepreneurs
the advantages of setting up corporations.
His products are designed to guide you
through the maze of legal documents and tax
deduction strategies. Ray Reynolds
claims that if followed correctly his
methods can help you protect your assists,
secure corporate credit, rebuild credit, and
purchase discounted goods.
Some strategies that Ray Reynolds
teaches do work and can be used for specific
benefits. Although, he is not the
first guru to tout the advantages of
establishing a corporation. This
has been an idea exploited by many people
for the purpose of selling their training
materials.
Before you get blinded by promises of
wealth and massive deductions you need to
analyze your business needs. At times
a corporation may not be the best route for
your needs. For example operating
under a sole proprietorship can be more
advantageous to certain people.
Further, there have been some negative
allegations made about Ray Reynolds'
business practices. At his seminars,
which range from $2,000 to $12,000, people
have complained that he spends too much time
talking about his own wealth and
possessions.
Having a blueprint like the one Ray
Reynolds provides for setting up a
corporation can be invaluable. However
it is important to do as much of your own
research as possible on the topic.
This way you can save your self a lot of
hard earned money.

Anonymous Orange county | 3:46pm on December 15th, 2011 | I worked for him! Invest your money elsewhere! I know what goes on behind the seminars and workshops! It is a lot of nothing! He talks about all of the nice things corporate credit has gotten him, but really, it's the thousands of innocent hopeful corporation owners money that he has scammed! If you plan to do business with him, have a lawyer there to back you up yours and his every move, be proactive, and on top of him and his staff every day! That is he only way you even have a chance at seeing results! Basically.... They will scam you if they can! And beware... He is a smooth talker, will convince even the most educated that this is a good investment! |

Karen Fullerton | 4:09pm on July 28th, 2011 | He charges for many things he never delivers, gives out of date workbooks, spends an unbelievable amount of time talking about his cars, boats, etc. and how he is the "smartest guy I know". And, oh yeah, smart guy was just released from federal prison after pleading guilty to tax evasion using the very same techniques he espouses in his "courses". |
Terrence Los Angeles | 5:13pm on July 14th, 2011 | I bought Ray's programs from Repackaging America. Although, I didn't finish the program, which was really my own fault, everything I did do went according to plan. I set up 3 corporations,a dun & bradstreet file, was learning to keep corporate records, etc. It all was a real challenge and you had to stay committed and on top of Ray's Company. Everyone I knew was advancing as planned. Ray was the most knowledgeable teacher I have ever met and I've met a lot. If Ray did anything I appears he violated his own rule. Never co-mingle business assets and money with personal expenses, that's a no-no! I would still use Ray Reynolds as a mentor today. |
Unsure California | 9:47pm on March 18th, 2011 | I'm surprised that there isn't more people or news channels on people like Ray. They should investigate all of these people that have some kind of product to make money |

Payton S. North Carolina | 2:50am on January 19th, 2011 | I paid $750.00 for Articles of Incorporation when I never needed an INC in the first place, I needed a LLC. Everyone told me that but Ray Reynolds. He didn't give a cuss that I was getting the wrong package. He was just shaking me down for money. He required that I send him a deposit in the form of a credit card to get the process started. Then he independently billed my credit card for the remaining amount, created a corporation name without my approval, sent me uncompleted work and closed out my account. When I called to complain some guy name Micheal was absolutely nasty! Ray Reynolds is a sociopath. He has no conscious. His company is designed to scam. |
LOS ANGELES CALIFORNIA | 7:35pm on November 3rd, 2010 | United States Attorney's Office Press Release No. 10-151

MAN WHO PROMOTED ASSET PROTECTION STRATEGY TO AVOID TAXES SENTENCED TO 18 MONTHS IN FEDERAL TAX CASE
LOS ANGELES – A man who promoted schemes to avoid the payment of federal income taxes has been sentenced to 18 months in federal prison for filing false tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service that significantly understated his true income.
Dana Ray Reynolds – who according to court documents previously owned houses in Yorba Linda and Huntington Beach – was sentenced Monday by United States District Court Judge A. Howard Matz. In addition to the prison term, Judge Matz ordered Reynolds to pay $193,812 in restitution to the IRS.
Reynolds, who operated Repackaging America, Inc. and Incorporating You, Inc., pleaded guilty on the eve of his trial in May to two counts of subscribing to false tax returns. According to court documents, Reynolds developed strategies to conceal assets and income through the creation of corporations. Reynolds used videotapes, seminars and written materials to market his strategies, which he promoted by highlighting his own elaborate lifestyle that he claimed was made possible by following the plans he developed.
Following his own strategies, Reynolds paid personal expenses with money he had funneled through his corporations. According to the court documents, Reynolds also placed assets – such as automobiles, recreational vehicles and at least one vacation home – in the names of the corporations. IRS investigators found evidence that Reynolds used corporate checks to pay workers, including a person hired to completely redesign his Yorba Linda home, for which he ordered a custom, $80,000 bathroom.
For the tax years 2002 and 2003, Reynolds used more than $400,000 from corporate accounts for his own personal benefit, and none of that income was reported to the IRS.
The investigation of Reynolds was conducted by IRS-Criminal Investigation’s Los Angeles Field Office. |
