Placed an order, waited a week, then decided that after paying extra for shipping, that I should call because I hadn't heard anything from them. I had to go through my credit card company to get the correct phone number, because the number on the VisionGalore site was wrong (Later I found out this that this company is also known as Optyca.com). After getting in touch with someone, they seemed to continue to make excuses as to why they had not reviewed my order. They claimed that the website was being updated, and that they confused my order with someone else's and that they were on back order. Back order? Then why was I not notified? After the "salesman" convinced me that I could not get them any faster on any other site, I decided to wait it out. I continued to call the company over the next week or so, skeptical because of all the excuses it prompted me to continue to be on their tail. Excuses, excuses, excuses... It was shipping out of the warehouse, it arrived and they will ship it out that night and I will get an email from the post office that it was shipped, 3 days later, no email. I call for the 6th time, no answer. Leave a message, no call back. I call again, no answer. Finally, a different "salesman" picked up the phone and told me it was still on back order on the day I was suppose to have it at my doorstep. My refund is pending. If I don't get it I'll post another review. Buyer beware!
I have always been fond of Prada sunglasses and when I saw Cameron Diaz rocking the red carpet wearing the "Prada PS50H", I instantly had in mind that I had to get my hands on one of these. I searched a lot to find any reviews for this product but couldn’t find any useful information about it anywhere on the internet. It made me more excited that I was going to get a unique product.
Couldn't get any store in my locality that had the genuine version of this product. I searched the net and found optyca.com. Went on the website and really found it reassuring that they only sold genuine products and didn’t have any counterfeit or fake versions. It removed any doubts that I had about the authenticity of the shopped product.
The payment method was clean and easy; the shipping was free and I was really pleased that I received a new and genuine "Prada PS50H" at my doorstep, without paying any extra money. The sunglasses are of high quality as expected; the lenses are awesome, just wash and let dry with fresh water after you've raced and you're good to go again. Highly recommended for the season.
I am a very skeptical buyer who always reads reviews before purchasing anything online, so once i enjoy a purchase from a website i share it as well. I was looking for a pair of new eyeglasses for myself. I found them in the store however they were well over $500. I decided to browse and see if i could find them cheaper online. I then stumbled onto a website called Optyca.com I found the glasses for less than in the store. I ordered the glasses and within one week i had them. I was very satisfied with my purchase."
This is a very unprofessional and unreliable store. I placed an order for sunglasses (not prescription) on Dec. 9 that was meant as a Xmas gift. On Dec. 27 I called and inquired why my friend did not receive his gift, and all they could tell me was that they had emailed their supplier but they didn't get any response on availability! So they charged my credit card and sent the email to the supplier and that was it! They never bothered to follow through! When I called, the representative put me on hold while he called the supplier who said that they are phasing out this product and offered to send me something else. I ended up requesting a refund. I was appalled that they charged me but never bothered to follow through with sending the product, did not even notify me that there was a problem, and gave me the excuse that it was a busy time of year!
I was looking all over the Internet and All of the local stores for a good pair of glasses. I visited about 10 of the local optical stores. I searched all over the Internet for days. All I wanted to find was a decent pair of glasses that I would look good in, that were name brand, and cost somewhere between $200-$400. But I wanted a good deal.
I found the pair I was looking for. Armani Rosa. They cost about $650, retail. With the lenses, they came out to be about $750. I went to a "friend's" store to get a good deal. They gave me a price of $450, if I were to buy another pair, along with the frame that wanted. So the total came out to about $600 for two good pairs. I almost bought the frames, until a good friend of mine showed me the site called www.optyca.com. I bought the Armani Rosa frames, with Cryzal, transitional, and glare-proof lenses for $355. That's $355 total, with tax and shipping. I didn't have to buy another pair. Nor did I have to settle for some second-rate lenses. I got my glasses for half the price of retail, with all the bells and whistles.
This is why I would Highly recommend www.optyca.com to everyone in the market for a pair of prescription and sun glasses. They even provide sunglasses with prescription lenses.
