i was a member..once...and got a couple gift cards..then NOTHING. they owe me $450 in cards.
they then gave everyone points, instead of ecount cards. in my case, after i complained to the BBB in NC, netlooser said i had cheated, took away all my points, and, closed my account.
this is what they do if you don't like how you are being treated by them.
they are liars and cheaters..stealing from everyone.. then hook more and more gullible people ...like i was once.

If you read BobT's full comment, you may be able to understand. If he got that much and but always expected nothing then what does the T.O.S really mean in this case? I hate the idea but have to find it amusing that anyone actually takes an internet game site giving away money like that very seriously. How many have come and gone? How many never or rarely paid? How many were short lived? I'd love to find one with a long history of paying big to a lot of people :) Otherwise, if you have the time and want to chance it then that's up to you.

I joined (netwinner)last year and have played up till last week. My impression was that Ive been blocked from the game recently(I left a complaint on their community board for not honoring their users)They owe me $50.00 on ecard for the 50.000. points I cashed in. I tried several times to contact the site via email to no avail.The only time I ever heard from NW was when they requested ID, which i promptly sent them via fax.The last time I log out of NW I had nearly 300.000 point,and they had no pries only two sweeps.

I too got the boot. I had accrued enough points to get a $50. card and was told because people were cheating so they would give me double points instead. Ok, that's life and I continued to play. On Sept. 16, 2008 I won a $25 ecard, which I will receive within 6 weeks, still waiting. Funny thing, I would have played the games regardless if any prizes were awarded or not. I found it relaxing.

The first day I started I won a $25.00 cash prize. Twelve weeks later I received a check. Then I ordered a $25.00 card with points. After a few months I didn't get. By that time I had won another $200.00 and added my winnings to same card. It never came But, they returned double points and started drawings. Said we were all cheating and wouldn't pay cash. I now have over $300.00 or 300,0000 points. Now cant even login, I guess they finally folded after taking advertisers money and not paying us.

I won an ecount card with $22 of the $25. I cashed in points to ad $50 on the card that I never received even though I sent the I.D. they requested. Now you cant add points to the card at all. I still play the game but, they have no prizes to play for so, I'll wait, maybe soon they'll have something decent to play for!!!!

I have not been paid $100 due me nor has my wife been paid $100 she won. She is also awaiting $25 she won a year ago and still hasn't been paid. Their excuse was fraud, so they reduced our cash prizes for points but with the points we could only win more point toward other points that weren't worth any sort of prize. I have sent them numerous contact me memos, but have never received a response.

I like netwinner. the only thing I don't like about it is that instead of giving you points after the first 25 or 30 numbers, they only give you entries for either having bingo or 4 corners. Then after they get up to about 50 numbers or so, then they start giving you points again.

I'd just like to add that I've played since about the beginning in 06' and still do. I have a dual monitor system and find Netwinner a simple game to play (do wish they'd get rid of the annoying security box though) that works well as pacifier while working on other projects (particularly those requiring a lot of reading) or watching WinTV.

I also agree with keeping it in the proper perspective!
Neither myself or my fiancee ever considered it any thing other than a FREE online game. Winning and receiving from "ANY" free online game is a surprise at best and certainly not expected or "owed". I can't even fathom these people who compare it to a paycheck not paid and spend hours of time complaining about wasted time - hmmmm. Some even went as far a creating a special website to coordinate and track their complaints progress which I personally dubbed "The Ship of Fools" forum. At this point I could go off on the subject of the "Entitlement" mentality that's been adopted by younger generations but that a whole new concept under the heading of pathetic.

F.Y.I. - I did "receive" over $2,000.00 in gift cards and checks before they started having payout problems with their business plan. I also received an "instant win" (months late but it did come) check as promised when their new terms were announced in May 08'. Always thought it was a great concept and wish they could have kept it working.

I am starting to wonder about this site. Banko especially, not sure why I run out of calls for a specific game---36 one time and 64 another-- its the same pattern!!!! As soon as you get close to winning anything good weather it be money or points, you run out of calls that game. I ran out of calls and there were only 23 #'s called!!!! Beginning to think that alot of you are right on the whole scam idea.That jackpot will never get won and if it did I'm guessing you will never receive it or it's the site owner who will mysteriously win because we will never know who the person is behind the screen name!!! i joined netwinner a few weeks after it came online. iwon alot but soon after netwinner took almost 200,000 of my points away. for no reason. i also won in the drawing a wii and the console included and to this day have not received it. so if you think this site is real you better think again. i spent years playing it and every time i turned around i was screwed again. take this site off the internet its as false as paid to read e-mails and doesn't pay AT ALL!!!

Netwinner is worthless! You spend massive amounts of time getting points that go toward stupid raffles for items that "someone" may or may not win. They used to have redemptions to get actual gift cards for points. This scam site should not only be shut down, but the owners prosecuted for fraud, amongst other things. The overwhelming majority of the over 200 people to file complaints with the Charlotte, NC BBB have been accused of cheating by using multiple windows/browsers, which anyone who has played there knows is impossible. The longer they are permitted to operate, the more unsuspecting new members will be scammed. Recently people who have managed to win a raffle have had points returned and told the prize is not available. Their fraudulent behavior is too long to list here completely but be assured, what is in this post is only the tip of the iceberg. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

I wish to amend my prior favorable comment about Netwinner. On May 12, 2008, Netwinner rescinded all pending prize redemptions for E-count cards/reloads and replaced them with points. They also did away with the one remaining cashout level ($100/100,000 points). My $200 pending redemption turned into 400,000 useless RAFFLE POINTS!

Do NOT let this company continue on its merry way. Don't play MoneyWheel or Banko anywhere and file complaints with the BBB and the North Carolina Attorney General. Do something to let them know they can't conduct business like this!

I won $50 the first time I played,,,that was back in Jan, I STILL have NOT received it. I also turned 50,000 pts in for $50, but they have since changed tha as I was made awaer of when I was inquiring about my $50 cash, which by the way stated I would receive in 60 days and now states 90. Its still past the 90 DAYS!!!. and the 50,000 points redemtion is now 100,000 so Im not getting that either, cuz they changed the rules AFTER I had put in for it. they need to review they rules.

netwinner president issued a letter to mambers on may 12 2008 stating that they were changing their TOS and that they would not be paying any of us the ecards we had cashed in our points for and gotten confirmation emails for and had waited for more than 6 months while they continually promised us that we would get paid and asked for our faith and patience, instead of paying us they returned our points and doubled them and now offer only raffles

they owed me $275 that i cashed in for from nov 2007 through march 2008, confirmed and listed as processing for 2 to 6 months before may 12 when they suddenly disappeared from my account page

if you are a member and do not know what you can do to fight this injustice just look up one of the many members who have been banned from their forum and they can direct you to many places where you can file complaints, i would post link here but not sure that is allowed

they have victimized many thousands of people, do not fall for this scam

This site and all related sites owned by netwinner are a rip off. I redeemed my points in Dec and NEVER received anything until May (they said up to 90 days for payouts)when they said they were taking back what I redeemed and hadn't received giving me double my points back. They got rid of ALL gift cards and now have lousy raffles. If they can't pay out the gift cards owed, do they really think I would believe they can pay any raffles? And what about the $1 million plus jackpot they supposedly have? Obviously they can't pay that out either but then the games are rigged so no one can win it anyways. They advertised "you play, we pay" but they only pay themselves and no one else. They are banning members for speaking up about the lies. They constantly said everyone will be paid....yep, a BIG KICK in the fanny!

They have cheated all of us of our winnings. Me $250.00. 3 days after the last promise that all players would recieve there payments they sent out an email. The email was to inform us that all redemptions were being reversed. So broke the promise big time. They reversed the redemptions and gave back the points, removed all prizes and went to raffles only. All after promise after promise that all players would be paid.

I have been waiting for 4 prizes totaling $175.00 via ecount since 12/4/07. I have been assured over and over that I will receive my prizes they are behind. They even posted a blog of people saying they received their prizes after a 5 month wait. That blog suddenly disappeared a few weeks ago. Yesterday all my prizes were gone from my prize status and the points were put back into my account. I emailed them immediately. There response was they are no longer paying cash prizes. They can not stay in business and pay these prizes out. They gave me a 800#. A college kid answered said he started there 3 days ago. He doesn't agree with it, but they are no longer paying out cash prizes because they can not afford to. I have spent everyday getting my turns in on this game since 10/07 and I have been totally scammed. How can you stay in business when you are stating you are giving prizes then decide you are no longer giving them to people that earned them?

NetWinner LLC has defrauded ALL players who have redeemed their points for ecount debit cards, and have yet to receive them. As of yesterday, May 12, 2008, the president/owner of the company has revoked ALL redemptions.

Don't believe me? Go take a look at your accounts. ALL pending prizes are GONE! And, magically your points have skyrocketed!

After waiting 6 months for 2- $75.00 e-cards, and a $25.00 e-card. Today I logg on and find that my cash winnings have been converted back to points. Now the only option is to spend them on a chance to win drawing.

Netwinner has really done a number on it's members.

They have lead them on for months with promises of making payments only to come up with a cheap and dirty
trick to beat everyone out of their hard earned winnings.

The owners of netwinner need to be taken out in public and horse whipped while being hung from their littles toes.

THEY ARE NOW CROOKS!!!.
I cashed 400,000 points for $400 ecount debit card on January 16, 2008 and just TODAY (May12, 2008) prizes disappeared off of my prize page, and they give me 800,000 points. This points are now strickly to buy tickets for raffles. This is a clear violation of their own TOS, of which they were not following anyways. AVOID UNTIL FUTHER NOTICE!!!!

People got some cards and on went the ads. Now the ecomomy is in a slump & people aren't flocking to the advertisers. BUT they want to get the eCount card with their points. No mystery there! Well, since March 13th they haven't given eCounts any money so there are no cards coming. They changed their games so you'd get an entry instead of 10 points on the bonus match "to make point faster" Bull. Instead of 1000 pts/day it went to 250 or so. and the drawing is over ALL the sites, so you have a snowball's chance. Anyway,when people started asking for their prize caerds they had "earned", the brain-trusts at netwinner came up with the debate that people thought they were using netwinner for a job (by saying they had "earned" their prizes). I'm not so sure who would choose to stare at their computer for 2 hours in hopes of winning enough points to "earn" about a dollar. (That's 50 cents an hour guys.) And, that is BEFORE the massive drop in points a few weeks ago. SO... putting the whole EARNING a living off of netwinner aside... They have changed their prize structure altogether. Yes they still say you can get the eCount card, but you canNOT. You can use your precious points to enter sweepstakes for prizes of THEIR choosing. AND you can even win an astonishing 100,000 points!!! that you can ONLY use to enter the same darn sweepstakes for prizes that THEY choose. And here is another swell piece of info. For the people who went to the effort of filing through the BBB and other services to give the megagiant an opportunity to do the RIGHT thing, rest easy.... all they have done is refunded those POINT to the game accounts so you can use them to enter sweepstakes. Forget about the part where they have already committed themselves to processing your eCount card. They are way too busy making their little witty videos for their blog. Doing the RIGHT thing, is of NO concern to them whatsoever. They apparently do not think that advertising happens by treating people fairly and keeping your promises. Support websites who keep their word, buy nothing from the advertisers on sites who serve only themselves.

Netwinner is now a raffle only site. All of the cash prizes (in form of debit cards) that were still outstanding have been canceled. Some of us have been waiting 6 months for our prizes and now nothing but our points back to spend on entries. Well, they can shove the points

If anyone is still playing, or knows somebody that is, get the word out to stop playing the netwinner games, stop making money for these crooks. I am starting a campaign to take netwinner to court, sue them for everything they and all of their partner sites are worth and then have all of them shut down. They need to be stopped now.

Have been playing at netwinner for over a year got one 25.00 gift card they owe me four now, have written not response from them. I have a feeling they have duped me on them. Got a lot of people to sign up also and they are complaing also for not receiving their winnings. At this time netwinner is no longer good except if you just want to play to kill time and nothing else to do.

I would like to know how you choose to pay certain winners and not others. I won $50 cash in January 2008 and still have not received it. I also turned in 25,000 points for an e-card in January 2008. The agreement stated at the time I won 60 days but than changed to 90 days. Now it is well over ninety days and still have not received these winnings. My account still states processing. Also would like to know how many winners you choose to pay who have won in January February of 2008 and why. Thanks

Netwinner used to be fun, but now they don't pay anymore. They owe thousands and thousands of dollars and players are not getting paid which they have played their games and spent hpours on their computer doing so.

Don't play their games unless you really don't care not to get paid.

NetWinner used to be good, but now they seem to be going down the tubes. I redeemed 50,000 points for a $50.00 card in Nov. '07 and am still waiting for it!! Also, the new trick they're using, is that in the middle of your game a commercial comes on the screen, it won't let you close it and you have to use the "back" arrow to get to the game but you've lost that turn. I won some points on Banko and when I went to cash out the commercial came on and I lost them!! Not a good way to run a website and deny people their winnings!

Netwinner's gone through some "growing pains" lately (very late e-cards/giftcards) but they are quickly making it up (just got my 4th one last week) and also added lots of new sites, a new game (Banko) and a new, fun forum with contests for even more points. LOVE it!
