Yet I have not joined this program but thinking to give a try. My question is for those people who have positive experience.
1. If at all we earn money then how My-Data-Team pay money? In what mode? check or direct deposit?
2. Their website is saying "You will be considered an independent contractor; therefore, your taxes will not be deducted from your paycheck; this will be your responsibility." So how we will show earned money for tax purpose? Do they give any proof of income?

I checked on the Better Business Bureau's website (www.bbb.com) to see if this is for real. It IS listed, but it's not a BBB accredited business and they have given the company a grade of F, which is the worst grade it could get. There were 11 complaints made against them, 10 of which they resolved and 1 which was closed indefinitely. It all sounds really good and I've read Chris Heath's website on Squidoo, and he is an avid supporter of it as well as another site called Web Colleagues. I couldn't even find that one on the BBB. My advice is just to be careful and give your decision a lot of thought (and prayer).

Global-Data-Entry 'My-Data-Team' claimed that they "are a legitimate company, offering legitimate work-from-home
data-entry job opportunities that have proven success and that we stand behind 100% with our satisfaction guarantee" with a
60-Day money back refund guarantee on the one-time membership
processing fee, and no questions asked. They also claimed that
they are PayPal Business Certified.

Timothy Darwin has added a work-from-home data-entry job called
Global Data Entry which is designed for people with no prior
experience in data-entry.

However after I purchased their program, I realized that their
Global Data Entry job mentioned above is actually about basic
Affiliate Marketing which I already knew, and posting to free
classified websites which are unproductive. Their so-called
access to more than 17,000 companies seem to refer more to
affiliate companies. So through Paypal I asked for refund or
partial refund, but without any reply from the seller and no
refund at all, they locked me out from logging into their website ! Paypal says that this case has been closed without further communication.

So, is Global-Data-Entry a SCAM ? Judge for yourself.

lets review the good and bad reviews ! OK simply put it is NOT a HOME business at all ! THEY ask for money upfront to give you information about affiliate marketing which is all 100% FREE to join click bank , Google adsense , Google adwords etc... only problem is IF you do not know what to do in that field YOU will fail ! IN short think like YOUR going to school the 1st day again ! There are books on everyones desk and their is a Teacher up front ! All you need to do is show up do your home work and you get graded and graduate to 2nd grade THEN YOU made your home business a success ! IT cost money always in any legit home business either your own or someone elese's BUT not $1000's per year maybe a small fee every month to get the tools necessary and a MENTOR who works with you hand in hand every step of the way ! Without a Teacher who knows how to make money online or in real world forget about joining anything that doesn't provide LIVE training !

I've joined my data team yesterday and I started reading the instructions right away. Since I'm not new in internet marketing I have tried their method and just started making like $25 this afternoon with their Global Data Entry. This is a legitimate program! you just need to spend more to time to learn what they will teach you. I subscribed to the paid service of My Data Team a week ago, and can report back as follows:
The website provides an abundance of information about different methods of making money on the internet, and gives in-depth training on how to go about these methods.
Here is a brief overview of some of the methods:

Affiliate marketing – promoting other websites/products/services by a variety of methods such as special posting software, e-mailings, classified ads, articles, link generators, online forums, blogs, and search engines.
Very detailed guidance (both in video and text) is given for each one of these methods, from the administrative accounts set-up to the marketing tactics, with live examples.

Home typing jobs – word processing, article writing, forum posting, data entry jobs, data research, transcriptions

Advertizing – free and paid, in blogs, articles, Adwords etc.

My Data Team ("MDT")is an educational website which introduces you to the world of "Data Entry", which basically is - marketing other websites in return for a commission (although MDT also has information on other types of data entry programs, such as typing articles for websites in return for a fee). MDT trains you how to start in this business, and gives very helpful information which I doubt I would have found so quickly elsewhere.
It seems that there is money to be made in this business, but it takes time to learn the tricks of the trade. And that's just what I'm doing at present.
I'll post here again when I have more to say.

After much hesitation (in view of all the negative posts below), I signed up for My Data Team for $49.95. All I can say at this point is – this site is NOT a scam. I found a very well-organized and well-structured website, and was given immediate access to a wealth of information and training tools (both text and video). Yes, probably some of the stuff can be found also on other free or paid sites; but for the money I paid, I believe I’m getting great value in the form of a one-stop-shop for entering this arena of business. It’s a great starting point for beginners in this field. I’m not saying (yet) that I’m going to make money from all this. That remains to be seen. I’ll report back if and when I have anything newsworthy to say in that regard. But at least I know I was not scammed.

I hope they prove me wrong but I'm not hopeful.
I signed up and paid $70. Since then I haven't been able to get on their site. I thought it was just my computer or service provider but I've asked other people to try with no success either.
Maybe they'll surprise me and get their server up and running again, but as I said, I'm not hopeful.

I am torn between good and bad with this program. I am not easy to convince with it comes to work at home jobs. There are so may scams. I would say the most important thing to do is look at ripoffreport to see if anyone has been scammed and look at reviews such as this one. There are many was to work at home, most of the information that these sites give you....... you can very well find on your own.

I believe anyone that wants to work at home, as their own "employer" will have to expect trials, tests and uncomfortable "start-up" feelings from stepping out on the edge. I started four days ago with My Data Team, sure it costs, and why shouldn't it? They're offering info it took them their time to make available to others. A way to at least get a foot in. Business in America, hell, the world, is dog-eat-dog, only-the-strong-survive. You have to be tough, smart and self-motivated to have any success. Getting isn't the game, in my belief, as the ultimate goal of a truly good business charter, it's offering a quality SERVICE, PRODUCT OR ADVICE. With in mind, if I complain that I wasn't tough enough, smart enough, or motivated enough to at least beat the bushes to see if there's anything that'll fly out of the "info" i tried or not, well, who's fault is that? My Data Team seems at least above board, and from I read and understand, makes no promises or outlandish claims that I will succeed. Like traditional employment, my suceess is entirely dependent on my performance..

I think this company have yet proven its legitimacy and it's not a scam. Sure there is an affiliate marketing in its global entry jobs but there's a whole different point of view when it comes to its traditional entry jobs which require you to apply formally through submission of resume or profile information. Afterward, you'll be working not as an advertiser but as a data encoder of a job that you're qualified in.

Seriously, I was about to join these guys 5 minutes ago, but I got really curious because their site wasn't giving me enough information. And I"m already in a program that's doing the same exact thing. You choose these "11,000 +" companies and you have to try and promote their products. It sounds simple at first, but it's really hard because you have to actually advertise all over the internet in places that are always saturated with other people who're doing the same as you. And you only get paid if someone clicks your ad out of the other 1,000 similar ads posted by other affiliates who's promoting that product. So it's pretty much a rat race finding out where you can advertise and the process never gets easier, it only gets harder. I've been doing this for over 3 weeks and I still haven't gotten any money yet. I hate being an affiliate marketer. I just want something that I can type and make money off of it because I love to type all the time. But making advertisements are so tiring and it's hard thinking of new things to say on each advertisement.

I too paid for the program and then found that there was information overload and decided that it wasn't for me. So I sent and email asking for a refund and then got and email telling me to send the reciept from pay pal. So I sent them an email with the confirmation of the payment and since then had heard nothing. I guess I am not geting my money back.
That stinks.

There are two companies I have found called MY DATA TEAM. The one I've been working for is MY-DATA-TEAM. I'm not filling out forms, I'm promoting companies. It has a sign up free but it's 100% money back guarantee. I'm constantly emailing asking questions and they have always answered my email within 24 hours. I pay nothing at all to promote the links I am given after picking the company I want to promote. I've been working with them for a month and I am very happy. My profits haven't beed as good as I had hoped but I have learned so much, people are paying me to market their links for them. I've had a great experience with this particular site. The other data team site, it is a scam. Just make sure you are picking the right one. Good luck to you!

What a huge rip off. I gave my money, applied for jobs, emails didn't work properly and their was no one to contact to recieve a refund. All the emails kept coming back to me has an error advising me please enter the correct email address. Well is was the address I linked from their website.
