MiNeeds, found online at MiNeeds.com, is a website which claims to be dedicated to helping consumers find the best local professionals for their needs at the best possible price, as well as helping professionals locate new customers.
MiNeeds works similarly to other local service matching sites, in that users simply need to create a post of what they are looking for and then wait for service providers to contact them with offers. Users can then compare the offers and choose the one that serves them best. And service seekers can use this website for free.
The way service providers utilize MiNeeds is a bit different however. Though providers can create a free account to establish their presence on the website, they will not be able to interact with customers unless they pay for a monthly subscription.
These subscriptions range in price, from $24.99 a month to $99.99 a month, as well as ability, as the cost increase of each package provides more benefits. Unfortunately there have been reports of a free trial providers can utilize, but their website does not currently have any information regarding this option.
But MiNeeds.com says that their current subscribed professionals have earned over $372 million dollars through jobs booked on their website, with over 12,000 jobs being booked on their site last month alone.
This website allows all their users to post feedback concerning the services they received in public reviews of the company or professional they worked with, whether they wish to log compliments or complaints, but it also allows all providers to publicly respond to these reviews.
If at any point either a user or service provider decides they no longer want to have an active presence on this website, there is no clear cut way to delete your account, however you can go to your Account Settings and mark your current account as “Inactive,” which should achieve the same goal.
If you have any experience with this service, please leave your MiNeeds reviews below.

Off and on again mineeds subscriber
I started a subscription over a year ago for about 3 months and stopped it after booking a few jobs. The problem was the jobs I booked were for a year or longer out. I wanted to make sure the jobs actually happened first instead of continuing to pay for the service.
I have since collected a few thousand dollars from the jobs mineeds landed me, so it does work... just not something that gets you alot of jobs fast as far as weddings go. I am going to start my membership back up after my small success and reading the positive reviews here. I will be sure to post the outcome
MINEEDS CONTINUES TO SPAM AMERICA
I get emails from them daily that I cannot unsubscribe to (which is against the law).
I tried calling them for days - No Answer.
I looked online at the reviews & found much the same thing with most all the reviews I read.
They are a terrible company with NO customer service. I am on HOLD on the phone right now with their customer care center. After about 60 seconds of the call, they automatically hang up.
I call back & the same thing over & over.
I am tired of this harassment from this very unprofessional company & someone from the Federal Government should be putting the owner in JAIL. He is breaking the law every day.
MiNeeds made me money
This site is a great way to get some new customers. I will usually activate my account in the slower seasons, and have found that my money goes way further with purchasing leads then shoveling money into Facebook. I spent nearly $600 in FB advertising and while I got a bunch of new likes to my page I only really got 2 customers out of it. I spend about $200 per month on mineeds when I am an active subscriber and always get 1-3 customers. To me that is money well spent. If the leads were half the price they are I would just stay subscribed, but for now it is easier for me to keep track of things if I start and stop
