Iwas facing a very poor situation in my personal life. I did not think I would be able to qualify or purchase a home. I knew I would be homeless. I used the mentor program and I closed on my new home last week. The program saved me. i would suggest this training to anyone. It works!

I attended Luther's seminar Sept. 24th 2011. The seminar was fantastic. I since have met with him and have one property under contract and I am in real estate school. I went because a friend bought two properties from him by using his services. It works if you work it. |

I am most certainly interested in pursing legal action against Luther Ragsdale. I filed a complaint with the BBB but that obviously doesn't mean anything to him so additional legal action is definitely needed. I'm game to stop this scammer. God doesn't like ugly...:( |

Hey I was also scammed by this poor excuse of a person... Looking to file a law suit-please advise if any one else is interested or has already started a list-would like to combine our efforts. This mess has been going on since 2007 and needs to be stopped. |

This so called company is not what i appear to be. It all seems like a pyramid scheme to me, you lose more than you gain. I would not recommend this real estate company to no one. |

He is a scammer. He will not provide nothing that he promises you. I have requested a refund and have yet to receive it. He will not return your calls and everyone on his staff are participating in his scam including charmaine Davis. I wonder how he can continue to scam people and get away with it. |

luther and his staff are scammers. they ripped off a class of people who signed up for his training. the training never took place and we all are fighting to get a refund on our money. He is in foreclosure and is behind on all of his offices. We are putting together a coalition of people who have fallen prey to his tactics. We have contacted the BBB,Attorney generals office and the board of realtors and are seeking charges against him for fraud. Due to his financial state we will probably not get our money back but at least he will be out of business and no longer able to defraud anymore. Luther is a scammer. He claims that he owns the building at 5549 Old National Hwy. He is leasing it and his house is in foreclosure. He promises different services, but never delivers. He does not pay his employees. All of the information he offers is on the web. Don't throw your money away, search the web. |

Have not got a response to date. Spoke with another broker, who told me that I should be cautious. I want to make the decision on my own, but I am heeding to be cautious, because if I can't get a response back, then maybe he's too busy to mentor, etc. I need a broker that cares and is interested in my success, not just his own. |
