Have not got a response to date. Spoke with another broker, who told me that I should be cautious. I want to make the decision on my own, but I am heeding to be cautious, because if I can't get a response back, then maybe he's too busy to mentor, etc. I need a broker that cares and is interested in my success, not just his own.

I've attended one of Mr. Ragsdale's seminars on wealth building and I was so impressed, I took a real estate pre-license course on-line and passed the State Exam this past weekend. I want to be a part of Mr. Ragdale's winning team! I'm interested in working part-time initially, and investing in rental properties using my license/commission as downpayment assistance.
