Louis "Lou" Brown is well known real estate investor with an extensive line of training products. His strategies have been recognized by financial magazines and have been used in many countries.

Louis Brown has been in the real estate industry since 1977 and has gained much experience. Throughout the years he has been involved in transactions involving, single-family homes, apartments, hotels, developed subdivisions and built and renovated homes and apartments.

Louis Brown is most known for his talents in creative financing and deal structuring. He has been active in the real estate business as President of the Georgia Real Estate Investor Association, one of the largest with over 3,200 members. He was also President of the National Real Estate Investors Association.

There have been complaints about the way Louis Brown conducts his live seminars. Many people felt that he was holding back and merely using the seminar time to pitch additional products. In addition, I've met folks who felt the material was not worth the amount of money they paid for the courses.
